Negative experience: I’ve been a customer for a while and have always been happy with my orders, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time, the quality of the flowers was very poor. The hydrangeas and peonies were already wilting, and by the next day they were completely dead. The arrangement didn’t even last two days in my home — the only flowers that survived were the dried ones. I understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy time, but the quality did not match the price that was paid. For what I spent, I expected much better freshness and longevity. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control during peak seasons, as this experience did not reflect the standards I was used to. Photo posted was after 6 days.

Positive experience: The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was beautiful also . The most important thing is that My wife was very pleased on the look on her face Made the price worth it! However, I was very disappointed in the size of the arrangement for the $300 price tag that I paid. Maybe it’s me but I think it could’ve been a little bit larger.

Fantastic experience: A close colleague had a sudden death in his family and as per Jewish tradition, the burial took place very quickly. I was worried that our office would not be able to send a wreath due to the short turn around, but Flower Synergy saved the day for us. Even though I called late in their day, they still were able to accommodate our request and get it to the funeral service on time. They did a custom colored wreath for us and we all were very emotional when we saw what a beautiful and thoughtful job they did putting it together. Pricing was very fair - we got a Premium Wreath (picture below). I would highly recommend them and their customer service. There are few things more awful than the death of a loved one and to be able to show our love to our colleague in this difficult time truly means the world. Thank you so much.

And the text updates really helped. They sent me a picture of the bouquet when it’s was done and it looked amazing They looked so fresh and almost 2 weeks. Negative experience: The flowers I ordered 2 days ahead of time were not delivered, and my attempts to reach out via SMS, phone calls, and emails went unanswered. I have asked for a refund due to the lack of service provided. This has been a disappointing experience, and I will not be using this service in the future.

Negative experience: I have ZERO stars for this florist! They were supposed to deliver flowers to my 86 yr old Mom last Friday.. didn’t! I called, texted, left message on Friday ( no one called back). I called on Saturday ( no one picked up, and I left a message). No one called on Monday, but I called and explained to the person that she did not get her flowers. She repeated back the address, it was wrong! I gave the address again and was assured they would deliver the flowers today. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. Calling credit card to report service was NOT PERFORMED… AGAIN.

Positive experience: Hi Folks at Flower Synergy. Please know that this note is not for posting but for your information/consideration. First, know that based on earlier flower arrangements; and having seen them being prepared, I am and will remain a great fan of Flower Synergy and will continue to refer it to friends. HOWEVER, based on the - I believe it was a Fall Basket (deluxe) - FOR GOSH SAKES! LEAVE OUT THOSE TERRIBLE PLASTIC THINGS which are stuck in the arrangement - perhaps to make it fuller or to add stability. Whatever - THEY ARE GOSH AWFUL! and for any future orders I shall be sure to emphasize that nothing of that nature be stuck in the arrangement!!

Negative experience: My husband sent flowers for our anniversary, and I was so surprised. I am writing the review because I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of....The flowers were not fresh. They clearly were all open for several days, some even brown already. They were $101....I called to let them know and no one answered.

Negative experience: The flowers that I ordered didn't come on time. It came the day after, and was almost dead. Flowers were actually dead the next day. When I email and/or call, they do not pick up or answer their emails. What do I need to do to get a response?

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers from another state for a family member. They were delivered later that afternoon and I received a text with a photo of the arrangement beforehand. I also received an email confirmation for delivery. The photo of the arrangement that was ordered looked just like the photos on their website; gorgeous flowers and the recipient loved them. The arrangements are beautiful and unique....and are in appearance 'as advertised' or better. I needed to make an adjustment to an order after I had placed it and the florist responded in good time and made the change. You will receive a picture of your bouquet before it leaves the store and you are updated when it is delivered. Just a great experience all around.

Positive experience: My mom really liked the Mother's Day flowers; and the price was relatively affordable for the area BUT delivery wasn't until about 7 pm. They only had about 2 miles to go. I had assumed the flowers just hadn't come, but they made their way there. I was called the day after and apologized to, which was a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a florist in the Newport area (to send flowers to my boss) and stumbled upon Flower Synergy! The reviews were great, pictures were beautiful, and seemed reasonably priced! We did just a standard arrangement and it was GORGEOUS! My boss was absolutely awed by the delivery she received. The communication was great - I placed my order online on a Wednesday night, Thursday morning I received a text message with a photo of the bouquet from the florist, and then an hour later it was delivered. Highly, highly recommend!
