Fantastic experience: I was ordering flowers from Oregon to my Aunt's birthday party in Huntington Beach, CA. At 12:30 I was rushed to get the order in and delivery around 4:30. I left it up to the florist to make the arrangement with the flowers he had and he promised delivery on time. This arrangement was exquisite and delivery on time. Fantastic experience: The flower arrangement we bought for my Mom's 94th birthday was lovely but what really made these guys stand out was their service. I accidentally ordered the delivery for the Monday after the event but they were able to change the date to Saturday which was wonderful. A heads up for anyone planning on using them the website doesn't allow for deliveries on the weekend but they told me you can do that by phone.

She offered to put it in a basket or some other vessel to make it more giftable. I truly appreciated her intuitiveness, and the fact she went out of her way to make sure that it was something that my mother-in-law would love. This is my new Go to for Flowers in Huntington Beach.

Fantastic experience: I love trusting the florist to bring their creativity and style to arrangements because they’re always better than the picture online or what I could have imagined. This was no exception. I only vaguely described what type of arrangement I had in mind to Hannah the florist and am just thrilled with what she created! It was delivered within three hours of placing the order since it was local. Will definitely use again.

Negative experience: A bit disappointed not going to lie, paid premium so that it would look full like the picture that’s advertised and I don’t feel like they look alike. I understand sometimes it’s based on availability, but the advertised pictures vs what you get is a bit misleading.

Fantastic experience: Great flowers. I had chosen the wrong delivery date for my flowers and I called at 3:00 PM to see if the flowers could be delivered ASAP and they made a special delivery right then. They didn’t hesitate and quickly delivered them. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience: I called Secret Garden requesting a birthday lei to be made and delivered the same day. They made an orchid lei and added some lavender sprigs for a little scent. My friend in CA who is a former resident of Hawaii loved it and sent me a photo of her wearing it at her birthday dinner in Huntington Beach! They were our florist for our wedding and for every birthday, anniversary, high school dances (4 kids) and every life event where flowers are what's needed to show support or cheer someone up. All I need to do is call them and tell them what I'm looking for and I trust them to do the rest. We have always been happy with their design and attention to details. Even down to the color and style of vase. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was shopping Secret Garden online for a Christmas arrangement gift and had a question about one of their bouquets. I talked to somebody who was extremely helpful and friendly. I was assured I was picking a beautiful bouquet. He was right! Very satisfied.

Positive experience: I ordered the Jolly Candy Cane boutique that was supposed to come with pinecones, candy canes and red berries according to their website. When I spoke to the owner, she assured me they still had all this in stock. When our elderly friends received the boutique - which we paid $107 for - the pinecones and red berries were missing from the pic our friends sent us. I called the shop, and the owner said it was their error and they would redo the bouquet and pick up the old one. Well, our friends refused this when the florist called them (much to my surprise), so the only offer I got as the paying customer was $1.50 credit on my bill for the pinecones. So I was left feeling very let down and disappointed after spending quite a bit of money on this and didn't get what I asked for. The owner, Hannah, was very nice - but I feel some kind of decent credit should have been made for this oversight. Not sure I will order from them again ...

Positive experience: I personally did not see the flowers, yet, but they did exactly what I had hoped they would do which is put a big smile on my moms face. I ordered them for her birthday as I was out of town for work and according to my mom they were absolutely beautiful. She said she could stare at them all day! Thank you Secret Garden! Update, just saw a photo of what my mom received and although I paid for the premium, the arrangement looks more like the delux that is pictured online. Smaller than what is pictured online for the premium. :-( They are still very beautiful but smaller than pictured. Also one other small detail as I ordered them online the website would not allow me to personalize the gift card. When they arrived my mom did not know they came from me since there was no card or note or name on anything to indicate it was from me.

Fantastic experience: I live in NYC and wanted to send flowers to someone in Huntington. After researching different floral shops in the area, I found A Secret Garden had high reviews and gorgeous, unique arrangements. Ordered a bouquet the day before. When I made the order, I called the shop to specify a morning or afternoon delivery (I don’t think you can do this on the website). The delivery arrived on time and the arrangement is absolutely gorgeous. The person who received the flowers completely loved them. I am SO PLEASED with this decision.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to surprise a friend of mine and cheer her up so I found this place on Google and figured I would try it out. The owner Hannah answered the phone and I gave her a price range and my friends favorite color which is purple and she put together an amazing arrangement of flowers and suggested chocolate as well with a custom note. Hannah even added an additional $25 worth of flowers to the arrangement and offered express delivery. My friend was shocked when the beautiful arrangement of flowers with Godiva chocolate showed up at her door. She loved them and was very happy. I would highly recommend this place. The quality and customer service is excellent.
