Negative experience: Second time I have ordered from Melissa florist. The most recent order was disappointing. Order was forgotten and some of the flowers were wilting and brown. For the price I paid, it was not good enough considering the flowers were wilting. Let me remind you, you have forgotten the order. I ordered about 3-4 weeks ahead. It was not a last minute order. Flowers received on the day was wilting and brown.

They had an amazing range of bouquets, a beautiful selection of flowers plus a great range of gifts and cards. Their arrangements were stunning, and I found exactly what I was looking for. You can see the care and affection they put into all the arrangements and flowers.

Negative experience: My husband and my workplace loves buying from this place. And I also love their flowers when it's not a busy period. But today we were quite disappointed. The flowers were not fresh and we were charged for $80 and it wasn't even properly arrange. Would've happily paid for it if the flowers weren't this bad. What a rip off!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, had a valentines gift organised for delivery, spoke to Melissa the day before and said I may have to change delivery to a totally different suburb she said that’s perfectly fine, as my partner had been unwell, I said no let’s just leave it for delivery to he’s work place, we started the morning on Friday and he still felt unwell so he stayed home from work, I asked if it could now be taken to another delivery address she wasn’t hesitant at all and said that will be okay. Highly recommended the florist for all your Valentine’s Day flowers and gift's. 10/10
