The lady that helped wasnt very nice and didnt give me any help or guidance. They even charged for the ribbon even though I spent $50 on bunches of flowers.. very disappointing experience, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..

Negative experience: Have purchased at the store for a few years. Used their delivery service for Valentine's day. Wrong flowers delivered, left on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Upon returning to switch the incorrect order, the delivery driver instead of apologising made the remark to my partner "heard you didn't like your flowers" like this was her fault for his return? Yep, thanks Fresh Fresh Flowers for this experience. Edit in response: The order was not a specific request, it was advertised 'colour as pictured' on the website along with an image of the vase of flowers and colours. Fresh Fresh Flowers did not provide what was paid for. I can agree the delivery driver doesn't have to apologise but do you condone them making remarks to put down my partner rather than diffuse the situation? Again, I agree the team should be the one to issue apologies and customer satirisation queries. But all I have gotten from your response is no apology, blaming me for a non-existent 'specific request', and the rush you guys did to provide what was actually ordered. Attaching photos of the item ordered from your website along with what was given.

I had a beautiful experience with the helpful staff, and ended up purchasing a gorgeous little posy in a jar for $50 then arranged on the spot for them to deliver to my son's primary school same day, and got an email confirmation once it was delivered. So pleased with the service, and feel so lovely knowing how pretty the blooms were presented too. Will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful florist with truly gorgeous flowers. Perhaps a bit pricey, but the flowers last. I am, however over the senior lady in the shop giving me a lecture about how bad cellophane is for the environment when I have requested it to enhance the presentation of a gift. This has happened twice. If it is so bad the shop shouldn’t stock it and I would suggest the senior lady keep her opinions to herself. After having a lovely day out I did not welcome being lectured to. It won’t stop me visiting the store but I’ll be requesting another assistant in future.

Negative experience: On two occasions the most senior member of the team has been rude. First time I thought she was having a bad day, second time I can’t find an excuse for her. When asked to help me with flower arrangements she was annoyed and offered little help. The reason we went there is because other florists were closed and we won’t be returning to this place. Other girls are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Last night, I received anniversary flowers that were incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged. Best part was the unique foliage included -- pink kale bulbs that complement the blooms in a clever way. Really impressed.

Negative experience: Spent nearly $200 on flowers and some were dead and starting to smell and others didn’t even open as t all and may I add never opened. I called and complained and was told I could have a refund. Was asked to email a photo. Someone then called and I was then told I will only get a $50 voucher. Have sent another email and now I’m just been ignored. Very poor communication, poor follow up, poor quality and poor customer service. This is how your get treated by been a loyal customer. I accept some times items are not as good as they should be but when you don’t get a positive reply when you make a complaint that speaks volumes. Mel (the owner) doesn’t believe in the statement the customer always right. In fact it’s quite the contrary and more like the customer is always wrong. Doesn’t sound like Mel’s heard of good old customer service to me. Mel I spoke to a man and he said he would replace the flowers, and asked me to send an email with the photos. Then I was emailed by a lady who read the email and had no idea about the conversation I’d previously had and offered me $50. I don’t need your money I just wanted flowers that were fit for there purpose. I told her don’t worry about it and she called me and I explained the situation. She offered me a replacement bouquet that day but I wasn it in the area so i couldn’t take her up on the offer. I since sent an email but I was ignored so don’t try and dumb it down. I was told the flowers that hadn’t opened will even though the rest of the bouquet was dying and rotting but they never opened they just died also Initially the lady said that’s bad they did t open and she would speak to the supplier so she acknowledge an issue. Shame the owner cent be big enough and humble enough to do that. So I’ve spoken to 3 different people and got 3 different answers now. You reckon that’s good business? Your communication is horrific you obviously arent communicating with each other and your communication isn’t consistent in your resolution to the problem. I buy flowers off you monthly and this is how you treat people. Your right it shouldn’t matter how often I buy or what I’m spending you should stand by your products and service and the excuse was because it was Mother’s Day and quite manic and lots of volume . That’s said you should be more understanding and apologetic and want to go out of your way to remedy the issue. Not some half hearted apology. Are you really that desperate to make money that you treat people this way. You’d think there wouldn’t even be a hesitation you’d just say sorry and we will replace it. Not all this drama and excuses. Hope you’re enjoying the profits of your business. You’ve got my email and my phone number, I’m not chasing you, I’m the customer or did that slip your mind, so if you’re happy with your service then so be it. And changing the water doesn’t change the smell of the flowers rotting. The water wasn’t the issue it was the flowers that died. I thought you would know that been a so called expert in your field! From as far as I can tell you make excuses so you can dumb down the bad review. Very fake Mel. A good business person would acknowledge the situation and take some responsibility for your poor products and also what your staff have said instead of making untruthful statements so you look good which is also been very fake. As long as you can sleep at night, but the chickens always come home to roost. Remember that !!!
