Fantastic experience: Whitehorse Flowers were excellent florist to deal with. Once I made the booking they were quick to message to me and confirm the delivery date and then did something that no florist has ever done before, they sent me pictures of the flowers at the place of delivery which was excellent. What I ordered was what I delivered. Wonderful service.

Negative experience: We had some flowers delivered from Whitehorse flowers earlier today as a get well gift for my wife which was great. Unfortunately 4 hours later the shop sent a driver to collect the flowers saying they had delivered the wrong bunch.I explained they had been unpacked and put in a vase .He spoke to the shop owner who instructed him to grab the flowers from the vase and bring them back and let would get a new bunch later. A very strange and upsetting experience for my wife. I would note use these people.

Negative experience: Ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for my partner in our long-distance relationship, hoping to surprise her. They arrived a day late, after she had already left for a trip, so she never even saw them. I was told extra flowers were added as an apology, but timing is the whole point on special occasions. If a shop can’t deliver orders on time for such important days, don’t accept them in the first place. Customers deserve the chance to make alternative arrangements rather than be left disappointed

Bit disappointed that being a local florist near the Box Hill Hospital and presume they get delivery orders frequently to the hospital, that they may have realised that my order was going to ward 4.1 which is the cancer ward and let me know before an expensive purchase that NO flowers allowed. Negative experience: I went to this shop last weekend to order a blue bouquet and clearly told the staff that I would pick it up at 9am today. I even paid a deposit and gave the staff a photo reference, which they recorded at the time. However, when I arrived this morning, the bouquet was not ready, and the staff started picking flowers on the spot. There were hardly any blue flowers available in the store, completely different from what I ordered. I needed the bouquet for a very important occasion, but because of this delay and the lack of suitable flowers, I had no choice but to leave without it. I’m very disappointed and confused about how this could happen, especially after confirming everything in advance. ---- new added 20:34pm 18 Oct: I’m sorry, but I didn’t feel any sincerity or real accountability in your response. You keep saying you “take full responsibility,” but let me and my family went through what actually happened. Last week when we came to your shop to order a bouquet of blue flowers. We showed your staff the reference pics and they quote $150. We paid the full. Ten minutes later, your staff called saying the price needed to be increased to $250 but they offered us $200. Since the bouquet was for a very important occasion, we agreed. Yet you hadn’t prepared anything. The bouquet we ordered was for my sister’s graduation ceremony, a once-in-a-lifetime event. We went to pick up the bouquet in the morning, but it wasn’t ready and there were almost no blue flowers. Because of that, we were late to the ceremony, and my sister was really upset. She didn’t have any flowers during the whole ceremony. We had to buy another bouquet for photos after the graduation ceremony was end and later find another florist to get some blue flowers that barely meet our needs. The whole day was stressful and disappointing. All because of your negligence. Yesterday afternoon when we were contacted for refund, no compensation was mentioned. At late night. you messaged me to ask if you can organise something for me after our review. Today, one of your staff members messaged us saying they may lose their job if we didn’t remove our review, and offered a $100 voucher and free delivery for our next shopping, which frankly felt like emotional manipulation rather than a genuine apology. Also, how do you think we can trust you and buy flowers from you again after we have came through all of this? We believe what we have requested, $400 compensation, is more than reasonable considering both the actual expenses we incurred yesterday to buy flowers and the disruption caused to such an important day. But honestly your negligence cannot be measured by money. It seems what really matters to you is your Google rating, not the customer experience.
