Negative experience: Found this place online and placed an order for flowers and a message on a card to be delivered. The flowers arrived but no card so the person who received them didn’t know who they were from. It was disappointing that we had to ring the recipient as we had not heard from them.

Positive experience: I found the florist very easy to access and order. The website stated ‘same day’ which I expected but the delivery was next day. The flowers were beautiful and very much appreciated by the recipient. I am concerned that the cost (approx. $200) which included vase and helium balloon was a-bit much, considering the amount of flowers could have been more generous. Othwise, happy with this florist.

Positive experience: I have been dealing with this florist for many years, though I now live in the western suburbs. I was a little disappointed in yesterday's service I gave the correct address which was questioned and the error was at the shop end. They helped us choose appropriate bouquets, corsages and buttonholes for the whole wedding party, and given the somewhat short notice were able to assure a slightly nervous bride and groom that everything would be ready for pickup on the wedding day. Negative experience: Absolutely unhelpful and abrupt when responding to my queries. No basic courtesy of addressing someone by name or even saying a Hi when responding to my emails. I had sent a photo of what I was looking for and had respectfully asked for suggestions and if i could come in on 2 different days both of which they are busy and I completely understand that. However, no response or acknowledgement was given on the photo of the bouquet I sent or if it was going to be available. I was also going to order some wrist corsages and buttonholes which i preferred to order in person and had informed them. They were not at all forthcoming to offer me other available earlier dates or time except telling me they are unavailable on the dates I suggested. Did not even bother to find out how many corsages/buttonholes I needed or atleast the colours I am after to assist me accordingly. They suggested one date the following week and then when I asked if that would give enough time for my order, I was told if I ordered a basic bouquet and flower colours for my corsages/buttonholes, it would be ok, otherwise it is too late and very difficult. Why even suggest and agree to a later date then? Instead of just politely declining so i can order what i want elsewhere instead of a basic bouquet and flowers which is not what I am looking for?! Made me feel as if they were doing me a favour with their unhelpful, abrupt and condescending responses. Disgraceful customer service. Utterly disappointing experience. Thankfully, I was able to find other florists with a 5 star rating who have exceptional communication skills, are helpful, respectful, able to fulfill my orders as requested and work out dates that work for both of us. So glad I did not waste my time and money on this disrespectful business. Would never recommend anyone to them.

Fantastic experience: Simeon did an outstanding job at our daughters Chuppah on the 13/12/22’. The flowers depicted the vibrant colors that the bride loves, and set the tone for the happy energy that followed. Simeon listened and assisted us with the beautiful Peace Lily plants that were covered with a hessian wrap and white bows for the centre pieces, and his staff assisted with the fairy lights and table numbers that were especially made for the night by the twin brother of the bride who has Autism, as a finishing touch for the plants. Having beautiful flowers and plants adds such a wonderful dimension to a celebration and Simeon did a wonderful job.

Fantastic experience: There are florists for day to day deliveries and special occasions and there are Valentines Day florists. Simeon's Flowers rose to the occasion(see what I did there, rose like the flower... nevermind , you'll get it) in the busiest, most hectic day for flowers. When other florists cannot offer the type of flowers you want or cannot accommodate your requests, give this florist a shot. Because in the single most important day to give your loved ones flowers, Simeon's Flowers can get the job done.
