I’m from NSW, came down to spend the Christmas period with friends and family. I had multiple changes to my schedule and the team were so accommodating - I was able to collect the flowers prior to my scheduled pick up time. The flowers were gorgeous!! Fantastic experience: I was helped by Lizzie in selecting flower arrangement for a friend in hospital. But then I had to call back after the hospital said that they don’t allow flowers to that particular ward. So another call to Lizzie who was so helpful and professional guiding me to a gift box instead. My friend was so thrilled with the beautiful gift box of chocolates, hand cream and lip balm. It arrived within a couple of hours. Thrilled with the fabulous service and professionalism.

We live 17 hours apart so it’s not like I could deliver something myself. Be sure to look beyond each gorgeous stem, it's obvious Hayley is conscious of the environment, tied with string, no rubber bands, green organics biodegradable bag to keep stems moist, no plastic, simply wrapped in beautiful paper, tied off with real satin ribbon or in a vase you can keep. Very impressed. Hayley's passion for floristry, is evident in each bunch. Thanks Hayley.
