I had an issue with my flowers during transit and I was more than happy with how Selina responded, offering to fully remake the order or anything else to compensate. Your flowers are beautiful, my mum still loves the bouquet! I also ordered some lilies for my sister, who said they arrived perfectly, with most yet to open still! Positive experience: Had some issues with my flowers. Before writing a review, I spoke to vogue and let them know my concerns to give them an opportunity to fix it. After coming to a conclusion that my assumption was correct, I was offered a full refund. Their flowers are always beautiful, but appreciate good customer service.

Negative experience: Very disappointed and annoyed when recently ordering a boquet online to give to my daughter on her wedding day. I had selected the 10am timeslot and it was printed on my receipt. When the flowers hadn't arrived by 12.30 I phoned to be advised they didn't do deliveries until after 12.30pm! Had to race into town to collect flowers to give to my daughter before her wedding. It spoilt the surprise I was hoping for my daughter and I will never order from them again. I was told they didnt know where I had requested the 10am time when it appears on their website that you can have them delivered from 10am-3pm on a Saturday! If you are ordering for a specific time I would 100% ring up and check to avoid any miscommunication issues.

Negative experience: Very pretty arrangements and the person I purchased for was very happy however I wouldn't recommend this place as the customer service/ communication isn't great. I never received a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered and it looked very different to what I had ordered, I also had to send two messages before receiving a response. Didn't get delivered until late afternoon, some more communication would have made this okay so that I was not wondering if it would ever turn up.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the customer service received from Selina at Vogue nature. They happily added a note to my bouquet after I processed my order. The only recommendation would be for them to look at streamlining their website and ordering process as it's a little clunky. Other than that they definitely have the best styled arrangements in Bendigo ! Xx

Negative experience: I purchased a bunch of flower on line and the bunch delivered was nothing like what I had believed I had ordered, when asked about the difference, Vogue Nature stated that I had chosen a different color, I did not choose any color, and then proceeded to imply that I did not know how to navigate their website. Totally dissatisfied with the online service and the phone service from the company. When stating my dissatisfaction I was asked with a tone "what do you want me to do". Well If you want to run a successful business, it would be advantageous to you to offer some way of making amends in good faith. Nothing was offered by way of an apology. Not happy at all!
