Fantastic experience: I recently had the best time at a workshop with Proteas Direct! Sue was fantastic, guiding us through a step-by-step visual demo while still giving us the freedom to let our own creativity shine. We were treated to a delicious afternoon tea, and Steve kept us entertained with great stories and helpful gardening tips. Beyond the workshops, their shop is full of gorgeous, affordable arrangements that truly last. Everything is grown locally, and they even have a nursery on-site! I highly recommend dropping by—it’s the perfect place to find something special for the people in your life who deserve it.

Fantastic experience: We saw the shop by chance on our way home from camping and popped in. Great range of varieties and Steven was so knowledgeable in letting us know how to care for the plants, and helpful. He even helped us get them to our car and van which was parked in the street behind. Would recommend this shop for all your protea and florist needs!!! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: I buy flowers here often, and joined the flower arranging class to see how the gorgeous bunches are done. The flowers are great quality and variety, and they last for weeks! Australian flowers are incredible. Staff is friendly and the flowers and workshop are great value for money. If you can, treat yourself! You're worth it and the flowers are too!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful time at the protea workshop! The owners are extremely generous, and the value you get for the price is incredible. The class was easy to follow and gave plenty of time to relax, get into a creative flow, and learn not only flower arranging skills but also how to plant your own protea to take home in a pot. Afternoon tea (with some delicious treats) and even wine were provided, which made the experience extra special. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone wanting a fun, hands-on, and inspiring day out!

Fantastic experience: The workshops at proteas direct are a wonderful way to spend an afternoon learning the art of floral arrangements. Sue and Steve are very knowledgeable and passionate, in both the arrangements as well as the plants themselves. I have purchased over a dozen plants from them and every single one of them has been in great condition. If you want great advice and quality plants, this is the place to go. If you are looking for an arrangement as a gift, these will last a long time. I’ve had an arrangement at home for over a month and it still looks amazing.

Fantastic experience: Great variety here. I think, when it comes to gift giving, ya can’t beat a good arrangement of flowers, or anything to do with floristry in general. I had driven past Proteas Direct Florist a number of times but today I stopped, and popped in to get a gift. There is plenty on offer here and you are spoilt for choice. I settled on a floral arrangement which, in my opinion was a real classy affair. Thank you to the very busy, talented and friendly Stephen and Sue. Proteas Direct Florist is worth checking out.
