Negative experience: Terrible experience with this business. Order and money taken only to be told delivery is 2 days late after being outsourced. Flowers arrive dead from Melbourne. Do not trust this business to do the right thing

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at Flower Mint! I placed a last-minute order for my sister’s birthday at midnight, and the flowers were delivered before midday with seamless delivery and excellent communication throughout. The flowers were absolutely stunning, and the arrangement was beautifully done and very professional. You can really tell how much care goes into their work. Highly recommend and will definitely order again!

Fantastic experience: We honestly cannot thank Kylie enough. We ordered flowers and a handwritten card for a much-loved family member who is very unwell in ICU, only to find out that flowers weren’t permitted. Without hesitation, she went completely out of her way to make sure the gesture still reached our family — personally delivering the flowers to another relative and hand-delivering the card as well. In such an emotional and difficult time, her kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness meant more to us than words can say. This was so much more than a transaction — it was genuine care. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a florist who truly goes above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers online, after hours, and realised I put the wrong address! I emailed at 8.30pm and got a response that night to say the new address was updated and the flowers would be delivered to the new address. Flowers were exactly as in the picture online. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

The service I received from the team was welcoming and friendly. They also have same day delivery. Fantastic experience: This is one classy florist. I have never been into the store as I live in Melbourne, but they take your order over the phone, interpret your instructions to the letter and create something beautiful every time. Most recently I organised multiple table arrangements for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. The flowers finished the decorations off perfectly. They arranged delivery to the venue. At the end of the event some lucky guests got to take one of the arrangements home with them, a nice momento from a very special evening.

Fantastic experience: I came across The Flower Mint via an online search and used them for the first time for mum's birthday & found ordering online really easy. They were delivered on the date I requested, I received a notification from the Flower Mint to let me know they were delivered. Mum sent me a photo and she really loved them. I ordered the 'Jar of Blooms' native, I loved how stylish they looked and the colours selected, a lovely pop of colour delivered seeing I don't live near mum so was unable to visit. I was happy to be flexible as other florist sites that I looked around at were advising due to covid there may be some stock issues, which I understood during these times. However I was pleasantly surprised the flowers were as described on the website. I would recommend Flower Mint & look forward to using them again.

Negative experience: I rang to order flowers for a friend. As the person was taking the message for the card, she clearly was becoming annoyed (it was three full sentences, but surely that its okay). When she completed this she said I would need a full sized card, which I agreed to. When we spoke about the type of flowers, she suggested natives, which I did not want. She stated that she had limited flowers today, not surprising given its lockdown, and suggested a 'hat box' that was made up. I asked if she could send a photo of it to me, but she declined saying she was very busy today. I didn't place the order!!! A shame as I had received flowers from them sent by a friend and they were really lovely. Follow up email after email response from the owner: Dear Kylie, I am well aware that reviews remain on Google for a long time and hence I don’t write bad reviews lightly. I can’t help but wonder how long it would have taken you to grab your phone and photograph the hat box? Also, do you ever want to see what you are purchasing, or are you always happy to buy sight unseen? But really the issue today was your surly attitude pretty much from the get go and you clearly decided not to reflect upon this. Instead you chose to make defamatory claims about me; such a response has not in any way encouraged me to remove my review. All the best Mary

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service at The Flower Mint. I order a Pastel arrangement of flowers delivered to a friends house for congratulations. I didn't receive any evidence of what what being sent nor any communication they had been delivered. My friend then sent a photo of what was delivered to her house and I was then even more disappointed to know the arrangement was nothing like I ordered online. It was a bright arrangement and quite small one at that. I then rang the store to question, as the flowers weren't what I ordered. The owner was very rude and not apologetic/accommodating whatsoever. I'll be telling friends not to go to that store and I certainly won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: Looked for flower delivery on google and found that most bouquets were in the $90-100+ range and not what I was after. I found Flower Mint and ordered a $40 bouquet + $10 delivery the night before. I rang Kylie to confirm order the next morning and she was lovely to talk to. Flowers were gorgeous and well worth the price. Will definitely be making this my go-to flower shop.

Fantastic experience: Used the website to organise to send flowers. I asked to be sent a photo of the flowers and let know when they were delivered. I was contacted within the hour with a picture of the most beautiful native bunch- just gorgeous and an eta of delivery. In the past I've used interflora, I found this experience far superior.

Kylie answered and with the delivery being in town was able to help me out with exactly what I wanted and was able to deliver. Service above and beyond, with a cheery smile in the voice.
