Fantastic experience: Being UK based I needed to send flowers to a friend and Karen was so thoughtful and patient with me, even when I messed thw address up. Its been a difficult time and I was rushing to send then flowers which was 100% my fault but Karen sorted it for me. Fantastic customer services, if I lived locally I would be buying from her weekly.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Karen. I wanted a funeral sheaf in colours to reflect family from England for my Aunt who has sadly passed. I mailed Karen and advised what i would like and she was so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The flowers she created were superb and i can't praise her enough. It is difficult being so far across the world, but Karen made the whole process so easy. She sent photos so i can share with our family here and see the truly beautiful flowers she created Thank you so much Karen.

Fantastic experience: Magnificent arrangement of flowers to sit atop my son's coffin and for celebration service last Monday. Thankyou Karen. Truly beautiful and lush. Afterwards the arrangement was made into numerous smaller posies and distributed to people. Many comments on how beautiful the blooms were.

Fantastic experience: I have never received, nor given, more beautiful flowers than what The Flower Spot can do. The flowers last so long (providing you take care of them), and even survive travel/transport in hot weather pretty well! The staff are great, always friendly, very helpful and the end product is always beautiful. 2 arrangements in the last week by The Flower Spot, both given and received.

Fantastic experience: Called "The Flower Spot" at 9:00am, on what would be the busiest day of the year for them (Valentines Day), and asked for a bouquet of flowers for my wife, to be picked up that afternoon. The staff went above and beyond as they always do and when I arrived at 2:15pm to pick them up, the staff were extremely courteous, even though they were absolutely under the pump. And the flowers STILL look wonderful today.

The arrangements always look fantastic, whether ordering a pre-set design or a custom selection, and they're great value for money. I have been to other places in the past, but the flowers tend to die within a few days. The flowers from The Flower Spot routinely last around or over 14 days. I never go anywhere else because I don't need to. Karen and everyone else are always very polite and helpful. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: A truely customer service based business. I called the morning of the day I need a delivery, and that was no issue at all. I had asked if they happened to do the flower arrangements in the tea cups and was told they had in the past but currently had none in stock. After patiently listening to me trying to decided what I wanted, I chose a bouquet of mixed flowers and I had my order placed. Only a hour or so later I received a phone call back from The Flower Spot saying they had been able to source 2 tea mugs with different designs and if I would prefer one of those. All of this was done with a smile you could see over the phone. To top it off, a picture of the flower arrangement was sent to me as I love out of town, and it was just perfect for the occasion. Affordable and reasonable prices, wonderful service and beautiful end products. Highly recommend.
