5 months ago Fantastic experience: We had the most incredible hens afternoon with Jen! We were the first group to experience her bubbles and makeup lesson and it was absolute perfection. From the moment we walked in, everything felt so luxe and beautifully styled. The bubbles flowing, the stunning shop, the attention to detail! It was such a special experience. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Magnolia Blooms is the most beautiful shop. Jen has a passion for weddings like no one else I have ever met. She really created the entire vision for our wedding. Not only that but our flowers were exceptional. Most of our guests took home the centre pieces and with a little top up of water got at least 2 weeks of enjoyment out of them. Stunning!

1 year ago Negative experience: I made an order through your company on Saturday 10th May for a love basket to be delivered for ideally Mother's Day (11th May) to my mother's house in Elmore. I understood that it was last minute as was most probably not going to be delivered the next day, however i am absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication, from your company, the time it ended up taking to deliver the order and then the quality of which the order was delivered in. I had to send numerous emails questioning the whereabouts of the order, to be told in one email it would be delivered on the either Wednesday 14th or Friday 16th May, to which it was not delivered on either day. The next email I sent was on Saturday 17th May because the order had not been delivered on either the Wed or Friday and I was met with complete silence. The order was FINALLY delivered on Tuesday 20th May, exactly 10 days after I placed the order and half of the flowers were wilting and the greenery was dried out with the foam inside that was meant to be wet to help keep the flowers alive, bone dry. I have attached pictures for your reference. To say I am angry is a complete understatement. I have never in my life had such poor service from a company, and I have never felt compelled to review a company until now. I've worked in customer service for 26 years so understand that staffing can be hard, things may not be available and other issues can arise, however communication is key and that has not happened in this instance. I am asking for a full refund including delivery. To pay $120 for poor service and quality is not at all acceptable.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide and I understand your frustration given you ordered for Mother’s Day. We will issue a full refund including delivery to the original payment method; you should see the credit within 5 to 7 business days. We will also investigate what went wrong with fulfillment and communication to prevent this from happening again. Thank you again for your feedback and for providing photos; we appreciate your patience and are very sorry for the distress this caused.
1 year ago Negative experience: Disgusting service. Remember Mothers' Day? Well, my flowers arrived today - 10 days late. Lots of excuses initially about having to get stock in (assume the bucket) but assured to my daughter (interstate) that they would be delivered Wed or Friday last week. Several emails later, none of which were answered by anyone at the shop, the flowers arrived. All the roses browned, one flower shoved deep into the bucket. The green "sponge" inside bone dry. At no time did management advise a further delay with delivery or offer the chance to cancel with money back. My children were upset that the flowers didn't arrive as promised. I felt bad having to accept this present considering the state of the flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Our Hens group had a beautiful time at Magnolia Blooms! Jen was so wonderful and made the experience extremely easy and enjoyable for everyone. The shop is absolutely beautiful and fits perfect for a girly Hens day! Everyone left with such a beautiful preserved flower arrangement to remind us of our beautiful day

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Absolutely gorgeous flowers delivered for Mother's Day, such attention to detail and even emailed me a photo of the bunch flowers before they were sent out! Easy to use website and chat function which was handy to communicate with the owner, as I was overseas and was unable to call! Definitely recommended and will be using again!
