Negative experience: I ordered a sympathy arrangement for my mother in law. Yes I understand making concessions but what I received was ridiculous and embarrassing. Nothing like what I ordered and the cost? I can’t believe I paid for that. I used the customer service chat and got nowhere and emailed customer service with no reply. Never again.

Negative experience: EDIT: They have claimed they contacted me in the response below. Aside from the instance I mentioned in my original review where they provided no contact information, nobody has reached out to me. When I call the number for Winnipeg Bloomex it redirects me to the toll free line that I already called and got me nowhere. I found a Winnipeg phone number but it was disconnected. Make no mistake, they are not making any effort to rectify the situation. ——————— Save your money and order flowers elsewhere. This business feels like a complete scam. I am located in Ontario and placed an order for a bouquet of 20 Spring Tulips to be delivered as a sympathy bouquet for a friend. I specifically was looking for tulips as these were important and sentimental to the person receiving them. A few hours after placing the order, I receive an email that due to a shortage, my order would be fulfilled with “Designer’s Choice” bouquet. I understand shortages can happen but for an important event like this, I specifically needed tulips. I called customer service and was put on the phone with the most unhelpful representative who seemed to have no knowledge of any products or even how the company works. I first asked if they could let me know what flowers the order had been updated to include since it was no longer tulips. He had no idea and said he couldn’t tell me until it was delivered because it’s being packaged. I asked if I would be credited if the new flowers were of lesser value than my original purchase, he said “I don’t know it’s being packaged”. We went back and forth for what felt like forever. He was unable to provide any details or helpful information about this change in my order aside from “it’s being packaged”. I asked them to cancel and refund me because I didn’t purchase a “designers choice” bouquet and specifically needed to send tulips. Again, “we can’t it’s being packaged.” I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or manager about this and he said he had no manager and that they can’t cancel it. After even MORE back and forth on this I was abruptly put on hold for a while without any word as to what they were planning to do. After what felt like forever, someone comes back on the line and tells me the order has been cancelled. I ask if it will be refunded to my credit card and he says yes and then hangs up. A few more hours later, I receive an email from bloomex with no contact information for me to respond to, saying my order has been cancelled and my options are a store credit or change in delivery date/address/recipient. I reply to the email and tell them I do not want a credit but want a refund after the headache they’ve caused me. Later, I receive another email that “due to no response” they are issuing a store credit to be used “ on Tuesday-Friday delivery when ordered one day in advance prior to 3:30 PM”. This is completely unacceptable. You fail to fulfill my original order and update my order without confirming with me. Then you issue me a store credit instead of a refund for an issue YOU caused? I won’t even get into how the store credit can only be applied on a Tuesday-Friday delivery because it’s laughable. I’m done trying to deal with them because it’s clear nobody at this company takes anything seriously. I’ve ordered from Bloomex in the past and never had issues but I will NEVER order from here again after this. I now have to go take this up with my credit card because they couldn’t simply refund me for a service they failed to provide.

Negative experience: My partner ordered two bouquets - one of them was set to arrive with chocolate/bear and the other, just the flowers. He ordered them 4 days before Valentine’s Day and delivery for 02.14 was still open. The days leading up, he received no information other than confirmation his $200 order was placed. The day off, he got a notification it was delivered. He went outside thinking maybe they left it at the door, and no. He checked their website and no information was there. He bagan chatting with the teams and was getting bs answers like « you weren’t home » « you didn’t answer your phone » etc. We got nothing. By 6pm, it was clear it wasn’t going to come. We asked if we could then pick it up, no reply. I then threatened a chargeback. No reply. It’s been 1 week since I was supposed to get my delivery and still nothing. The bank is now dealing with it. DO NOT ORDER HERE FOR HOLIDAYS. Regular business/random days might be best.

Negative experience: I have never had a problem ordering from here and until recently, I put in an order on Feb 11 a few days before Valentine’s Day, the site was promoting red roses which is what every girl wants for Valentine’s Day, thinking I would get my girlfriend exactly what she wants, I placed an order for 18 red roses, valentines days comes and when the flowers finally show up, her and myself were disappointed to find out we got pink roses. Not only did we get pink roses, they only gave me 15 roses instead of the 18 I ordered, after days of complaining and trying to talk to someone, some one was finally able to say we can maybe credit you 35$, but it has not yet been approved. Make this make sense, why promote red roses on your site when you can fulfil an order, I know it’s busy holiday but don’t promote stuff you don’t have.

Negative experience: I was supposed to get a supersized valentines bouquet with a bear and chocolates, it was not supersized there was no bear or candy, when I called I didn't get an apology and they said I would get a call back the next day I did not receive that either. When I called back the second time the agent hung up on me and was extremely rude.

Negative experience: I purchased an arrangement and it eas nothing like the ones I picked, I made a complaint and sent in email with pics of what I ordered and what I received. This was for a friend sympathy arrangement and I was embarrassed when they sent me the picture of what they received. I have since sent 4 emails and have had no response. Im absolutely disgusted. With the arrangement and the lack of customer service. This company should no longer be in business.And I have no idea how they are.

Negative experience: I would leave zero stars if the option was available. Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday, for an 80th birthday party. Paid the shipping, everything online said it was good to go. Saturday afternoon received a text saying they couldn’t deliver. Wouldn’t be able to deliver until Tuesday. Asked for a refund. Said they couldn’t do that on the weekend. Called back later to see other delivery options. Nothing. Received follow up email saying credit only no refunds. Will become contacting again on Monday to ask for refund. Complete waste of money and time. Change your online Info if you cannot fulfill orders properly! Your customer service staff need an upgrade in their delivery of information. Do better!! Do not use this company .

Negative experience: I will NEVER order from Bloomex again. I paid for flowers to be delivered on a specific day. They were not getting delivered until THREE days later. I said cancel it, I don’t want the sent now that it’s three days later. They said they would cancel the order. Well the delivery man dropped it off to the neighbours, not even the delivery house because she wasn’t home because we didn’t plan for a three day later delivery. She went to the neighbours several times to get them and they weren’t answering the door. Bloomex said because it was delivered they couldn’t refund me. How come I pay for a delivery for a specific day and when they don’t deliver on time I still have to pay. Truly disappointed and was a compete headache. Customer service was condescending and not helpful. I was told 3 times someone would reach out to me and I’m still waiting a week later.

Negative experience: After numerous phone calls telling the sender they were being delivered on the 23rd of December the arrangement was finally delivered the 27th… wilted flowers, very poor service and communication… not a place I would recommend ordering or buying from. Driver couldn’t run away fast enough, likely sat in his car for 4 days… cleaned them up so the look better but pretty sad service…zero stars is a more accurate rating…

Negative experience: The last time I ordered from them, the flowers were the complete opposite colour of what I ordered. This year, the bouquet arrived 3 days after the date I had selected for delivery and were once again the complete opposite colour. When I contacted them about the delay and a possible refund/credit, they glossed over my request and simply said the bouquet was on its way. I’ll be buying from a different company from now on.

Negative experience: When you search for a local shop, this site pops up so you think you are dealing with someone locally. And they even sound that way on the phone. The person on the phone said she knew exactly where I wanted the item delivered and could do it the next day. She said it would be about $110. When I got the charge, it was actually $179 AND it not only wasn't it delivered the next day, it was never delivered! Now I find out that I was talking to a national website that sends the order (or not) to a local shop and they collect their fee and wash their hands of the whole thing. I'm trying to get my money back but, so far, NOTHING. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge with my CC company. This is really misleading.

Negative experience: I have ordered from Bloomex several times in past, without issues. They state there can be some differences with arrangements but of course what they offer on their site and customers purchase, there should be some symmetry, if not in flowers, at least in colours. I selected a beautiful Festive arrangement and was embarrassed by what our family received, it looked more like a get well soon bouquet. Not sure I will be using them again at this point. I've written in to their customer service to see what they have to say as well. So one star, if you're super open to having your recipient receiving whatever, then you're golden. If precise selections and details matter, steer clear.

Negative experience: Ordered a sympathy gift to be sent out. Put in my credit card info then it asked for the address to be delivered to. Later I got an email saying they were outside the delivery area and would have to ship the gift box 2 days later than the schedule day.... maybe get the address before you let me pick the date? Now im trying to cancel the order as the receiver will not be there and I'm not trying to send a sympathy gift weeks later and they are fighting the refund. No I dont want a credit or to wait and delivery it later. Don't purchase from Bloomex.

Fantastic experience: Had such an awesome experience, talked to Chantel and she was able to make the perfect bouquet for my grandmother who had just had surgery, her favorite flowers were mums. They didn't have any in stock, but were able to get some in, my grandmother was super happy to receive the flowers. Said how beautiful they were. Thanks again Chantel for knocking it out of the park. Negative experience: Do not order with this company. They commit fraud and take advantage of people when they are vulnerable. They do not have a working phone number, do not reply on chat, and do not reply to emails. They accept orders for locations they do not deliver to, and do not deliver them, but do not refund your money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and my credit card company.

Negative experience: Bloomex - if I could give a zero star review, this is what it should earn. I spent a lot of time picking out the perfect flowers to send in Winnipeg. The flowers looked absolutely nothing like what was ordered. I had specifically picked out the flowers and the arrangement I wanted There was no contact from the company saying that there would be any substitution in any of the flowers or even the vase or even the bow. Nothing was what I requested. The company offered me a credit which is completely useless to me as I would never consider using this company again as you don’t get what you order. I requested my money refunded or a replacement bouquet sent that looked like what I actually ordered After my experience, I looked into the reviews and found so many negative responses. When I ordered the flowers, I looked at the reviews on their website which of course were fabulous. Don’t order through this company even though “ it’s trusted by millions” according to their website. What a joke.

Negative experience: I placed an order for my mom that was delivered today and I was extremely disappointed to hear that the bouquet of flowers was very skimpy. The picture I saw online had a full bouquet with lots of flowers for the $43 and the one that was delivered had only 1 rose, I lily and 3 carnations. How is it possible to charge so much money for a sad bouquet like that? Very disappointing Bloomex!

Negative experience: :( I ordered the Heavenly Lilies and was assured they would be delivered the next day. However, I later received an email saying my flowers were being replaced. When I called, I was told they would be sending white roses instead. My significant other loves lilies, and I specifically chose them because they hold special meaning for us. I didn’t want a substitute, but I was told I couldn’t get a refund to purchase the flowers elsewhere. Instead, I was given store credit and told to wait until lilies were back in stock. I had planned to use the lilies to ask her to be my girlfriend, but now that moment is on hold

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with an experience I recently had with your company. On Nov 5 , I ordered the "Always a Lady Deluxe" flower arrangement for a very special occasion. I received a call and an email confirming that the flowers had been delivered to my wife. However, upon arriving home, I found a completely different set of flowers than what I ordered. I have been with my wife for over 17 years and have consistently bought her flowers, but I have never bought her a bouquet of roses before. This mistake was especially upsetting given the significance of the occasion. When I contacted your customer service line to address the issue, I was disappointed by the manner in which I was treated. The representative sounded as if they had just woken up, and when I explained the situation, they abruptly asked for a photo of the flowers and told me someone would get back to me. I further inquired about the timing of a response, and I was told only that I would hear back in two to three hours via email. I waited as instructed, then went to bed without any resolution. The next day, I called again and was advised to wait for an email with further instructions. Later that day, I received an email stating my refund was denied because the supplier did not have lilies due to higher prices and limited quantities caused by restrictions. I find it unacceptable that you would send incorrect flowers and then deny a refund, offering only a $40 in-store credit to a place that sent my wife the wrong flowers. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expected from Bloomex. I request a full refund for this order, as well as an explanation of why I was not immediately notified of the issues with my delivery. I hope to receive a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Sincerely,

Negative experience: I've ordered through them quite a few times. At one point, my credit card wasn't going through, so after multiple attempts they blocked my account. I made a new one, and had some flowers in my cart. They were for my mom in the hospital. She ended up changing rooms so I never purchased/sent them. A couple weeks later they sent the flowers & charged me anyways. SENT THEM TO WHERE? I didnt even fill out the information! I emailed them asking for a refund. Never heard back. Will NEVER order from them again.

Positive experience: The website was easy to use, I waited a bit to place my order and a customer service rep contacted me to make sure they could answer any questions I had. Fantastic experience: A very convenient way to send flowers. It’s always nice to see what the arrangement looks like. After seeing what was delivered I’m very unhappy . The arrangement is totally the wrong colours. Red and yellow Rather than soft mauve and pink. Very unhappy.

Positive experience: I was extremely disappointed with my Bloomex order and I would suggest that people do NOT order any flowers from them. When my flowers were received (NOT prior to being received) I was advised that my order had been changed. Now I wonder who had the authorization to change the order because I did not? The change in order, however, was for a much smaller bunch not equal to what I paid in them. They were for my sister's funeral and I was very disappointed and upset that I received an inferior product. Also, extremely disappointing, the flowers that I ordered were supposed to be in a glass or china vase as a keepsake to her children. BUT they were in a paper cardboard container that was not able to be saved. I contacted Bloomex about these problems and they never replied and did nothing about this situation. Unfortunately, I was in too much grief to further pursue the complaint so they got away with their shoddy business practices. So I would suggest that buying flowers with Bloomex is NOT WORTH your time and money.

Negative experience: I was sent flowers for my birthday. When I received them, I was extremely disappointed. The flowers were old and wilted, and they weren't even the right size. When I called my friend and she sent me a photo of the order, the bouquet didn't match the photo. I don't recommend buying from Bloomex. You should be ashamed.

I ordered the Peaceful White Lilies funeral arrangement—something elegant and appropriate to honor a loved one—and what was delivered was nothing like what I selected. The arrangement sent was not only incorrect, but entirely unsuitable for a funeral. It was an embarrassing, thoughtless mess. I spoke with a representative named Alex, gave clear instructions, and chose from their own catalog. Despite that, they failed to deliver the correct arrangement—at a time when getting it right mattered most. What makes this worse is that after reading other reviews, it’s clear that this isn’t an isolated incident. Bloomex has a disturbing pattern of sending incorrect or subpar arrangements. That’s not just bad service—it’s unethical. They broke the trust I placed in them during an already painful time. Instead of delivering a respectful gesture of sympathy, they caused even more distress. I have demanded a full refund and an explanation, but honestly, no apology or refund can undo the damage done. I strongly urge others to think twice before using this service. If you’re sending flowers for a significant occasion, especially something as sensitive as a funeral, go elsewhere. This company has proven they cannot be trusted with meaningful moments.

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero stars! Also wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this scammy company. The flowers hardly looked like the picture on the website. Paid for wine to be delivered with the flowers and that didn’t happen. Asked for a refund for the wine (not a credit!) and still haven’t heard back. Paid $119 in total for a bouquet of flowers that I could have gotten from Costco or Safeway for $30ish. So disappointing. Probably going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if they don’t refund me for the wine they charged me for. Realistically, I should get half my money back since the flowers were nothing like the ones I paid for. Do not order from this company.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with your service. My husband placed an order as a surprise for our anniversary — it was supposed to be a large bouquet. Instead, what arrived looked as if it came from a supermarket, the package was opened and damaged, and the bottle of wine was missing. This is completely unacceptable. How can you claim to provide a professional service if you fail to deliver what was promised? Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will be filing formal complaints and making this public across all social media platforms.

Negative experience: Ordered Flowers for a funeral. Paid extra for deluxe flower arrangements. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered. The Deluxe Heavenly Lilies arrangement I received did not even include a single lily. The Deluxe Blue Horizons order didn't have any lilies in it either and looked nothing like what was advertised. Company wouldn't refund order, yet I didn't receive what I ordered. Will go buy flowers elsewhere. BEWARE of this companies false advertising.

Negative experience: Never order from here the person I spoke with assured me it would be delivered by 1:00 pm and after purchase was informed by email it would be delivered by 5:00 pm and the place of delivery closed at 4:30. Also the When I ordered on the phone this was not told to me that it might be delivered by 5:00pm. I had asked if this could be delivered by 1:00 pm as the facility would be closed at 4:30. The person the took the order said it would be delivered by 1:00 pm. The bouquet was not what I had ordered as well, it was not even close, there were no purple or pink flowers or yellow roses. Completely different from the ones I had chosen.

Negative experience: Ordered roses for special occasion. During order explained that wanted to combine 2 bouquets together in 1 bouquet and deliver it at 2pm. Person that I dealt with it repeated my order and confirmed. Order came as 2 separate bouquets and instead of 2pm they delivered it at 10:30am in the morning. I wish you guys pay more attention. Ruined occasion surprise. Very disappointed with service I received. It was the first and last time I ordered with them.

Negative experience: Bryan on the phone was super helpful and got every single detail correct that I requested. However what was delivered was a big disappointment. I asked for black, gold, and white balloons, if possible with a number 18 for my son’s 18th birthday which he’s spending in hospital. Was willing to pay more for it if necessary. What I got was 4 multi coloured bright happy birthday balloons that a toddler might appreciate. Not even an attempt to go with the colours I requested. The fruit and chocolates basket was also a disappointment. Just whole pieces of fruit with a couple boxes of chocolate snacks dumped in, with balloons attached to them, so you can’t even access the dumped in fruit or boxes without cutting off the balloons.

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable experience with Bloomex. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered by 1:00 PM — not only were the flowers never delivered, but the company had the nerve to send a photo of my house with no flowers in sight as “proof of delivery.” A picture of my door without the product is not proof. When I reached out, I was offered store credit or a replacement, which I would have considered if Bloomex had acknowledged a possible mistake. Instead, they continued to insist that the order was fulfilled, despite the lack of any valid evidence. I contacted their customer service directly and was told that company protocol requires drivers to leave flowers on the doorstep and photograph the actual delivery — not just the house. Clearly, this did not happen. They refused to take responsibility and would not issue a refund. This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is incredibly disappointing. I will never be ordering from Bloomex again and I would strongly caution others against doing so. If you’re sending something important like flowers for a special occasion — go with a business that’s transparent and trustworthy.

Negative experience: Boy oh boy. I ordered the Pink Bliss bouquet in the supersize option, and it definitely wasn’t cheap — I paid $95.18 (product + delivery). I spoke with Kathy, who was great — very easygoing and helped make the ordering process fast and smooth. So no complaints about the customer service side of things. However, when the flowers arrived, I received no delivery notification — just a surprise when I saw the box sitting at my front door. When I opened it, I was expecting a large, impressive bouquet, especially since the site listed the regular size at approximately 15.5” W x 17.5” H. But to my disappointment, the flowers were much smaller than expected, and nowhere near what I imagined for a “SUPERSIZE” order. Honestly, I regret not just going to Safeway or Costco. I could’ve bought something bigger, fresher, and cheaper, and saved myself the nearly $100 I spent here. I don’t recommend ordering from this company. If you want value for your money, stick with Costco or Safeway — they’ll likely give you more for less.

Negative experience: absolute terrible experience ordering through Bloomex. I ordered Tulips to be delivered on mother’s day and paid 70 dollars. I got the wrong flower arrangement that was worth a lot less money and was not at all what I ordered. After calling and being told I would get a call back from a manger I waited weeks and got no reply. After calling again weeks later I was informed they did not have the tulips that i had originally wanted so they sent me that arrangement without even checking with me before hand. They then proceeded to let me know they can not refund the order even though it was completely incorrect. I was told again a manager would give me a call in 24 hours and yet again about 6 days have passed with absolutely no resolution or call back from management. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!! Extremely disappointed with my experience with Bloomex. I placed an order for the “Blooms of Love in Mason Jar” arrangement to be delivered on my mom’s birthday. Not only did the flowers arrive an entire week late, but the bouquet she received looked nothing like the one advertised. It was a completely different arrangement, and many of the flowers were wilted and drooping. Despite several attempts to contact customer service via email, I received no response. On the day of the missed delivery, I was informed—only at the end of the day—that they don't deliver to the address I provided (which their system accepted and approved at checkout). I was told they had to use Purolator instead and would be charging me an extra $10, while “upgrading” the order by adding cookies, which felt like a poor consolation. I immediately responded to cancel the order and request a refund — again, no response. When I finally reached someone through the website’s chat, I was told my cancellation and refund would be honored. The next day, I received an email saying it was too late to cancel because the order had already shipped. I replied stating this was unacceptable and, once again, was ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the product received was nowhere near what was promised. I would strongly advise against using Bloomex.

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX. I paid $70 for mothers day flowers and the delivery driver never dropped them off. He even called my mom to let her know he was on the way there and then never showed. Customer service was HORRENDOUS. Some of them have very little grasp on the English language and others seem purposely useless. They refused to refund my order despite never delivering the product. At one point they tried to say they were waiting to deliver them until they had the freshest flowers for the delivery despite the order being 2 weeks late. I eventually had to request a charge back with Mastercard to get my money back. This company is so bad it borders on a scam. The flowers are grossly overpriced even if they do show up. You suck Bloomex and you should feel bad. Support local yall, don't give these piece of trash companies your money.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE!!!! Absolutely horrendous service. I would give negative stars if I could. They delivered flowers to another city through purolator. Sent a “delivered”notification, which was false. Several days later, purolator updates tracking information that the product is so damaged it is getting thrown away. Trying to get ahold of bloomex to get a refund is an absolute nightmare and they keep saying they do not provide refunds.

The flowers delivered were COMPLETELY different and not what we ordered at all. Not only are they the wrong flowers, they aren’t even close to the larger size we ordered and paid extra for. You could get a better bouquet of flowers at Safeway for 5$. The customer service has been absolutely no help. Total scam! I feel completely disappointed and ripped off. Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars. I order 2 Mother’s Day bouquets on Friday for delivery on Saturday, keeping in mind the website offers same day delivery so I didn’t think it’d be an issue. I also signed up for sms tracking and didn’t receive any text update, nothing, about delivery or it being delivered. Why offer sms tracking if you aren’t going to do it? The bouquets came LATE on Sunday and they gave me someone else’s order, THE WRONG ONE. I have included a picture of what I ordered and what I received, not even remotely close to the same. No one answers their emails or phone calls, how frickin ridiculous. If you don’t have the product anymore, let me know, if you’re running late, LET ME KNOW. What a joke. Never mind this poor grandma missing out on a wonderful surprise and not to mention the fact that the other person’s information is on the card, name, phone number, and full address; as well as someone else receiving that information of mine, how unprofessional.

Negative experience: I’m quite unimpressed. No point in contacting this company again. I could not be with my fiancé on Mother’s Day. And have in the past forgotten that her favourite flowers are CALLA LILLIES. So this year I ordered calla Lillie’s to be delivered before noon on mother’s days…. at 3 pm she received perfectly ordinary red roses. Their own substitution policy states that it is highly unlikely they would run out of a particular flower and substitute with another stating it only happened 1.5% last year. You may as well have sent $163. worth of geraniums. It was not what I ordered and I was not even notified. I placed my order days in advance.

Negative experience: This company has messed up my orders on NUMEROUS occasions now and I will never order here again. Two years in a row I have ordered multiple flower bouquets for mothers day. Last year I ordered 3 and I only received 2. I called numerous times and no one was able to help. I had to send an email with a picture of what i received and then customer service called me back. This year I ordered 2 bouquets and I received 1. I called FOUR times and no one was able to help, they just kept telling me they would contact the warehouse. Who ever is filling the orders in Winnipeg is NOT paying attention at all. I had to email again letting them know and they said they sold out of that bouquet and had to pick another one and didn't know when it would arrive. SUPER disorganized and terrible service. Wasted hours in the day calling and emailing.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars i would. I placed my order 3 days ago and had it set to business hours (8-5pm) for my mom for mother’s day. I took the time to call and confirm the day before they would be delivered before 5pm. The representative i spoke with confirmed they would be delivered on time. I also touched base throughout the day to make sure. 430 came around and i called asking for an update and the person i spoke with told me they can’t guarantee delivery before 8pm? 5pm passed and no flowers. I even tried to redirect them to a different address and they said they were unable to until the flowers were rejected. I wasn’t even able to cancel the order. Horrible experience and will NOT be ordering from them again. And will make sure to let anyone and everyone know not to as well. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Scammy business, do not shop your flowers here. Their website will crash at the end, but they will still charge you even though there's NO email confirmation and they didn't even receive the destination address. You'll only know because of your bank statement. Because of this, I was triple-charged on flowers for my mother-in-law. I called them immediately once I saw my bank statement and they flatly refused to refund me, only offered for me to use the credits for another occasion. Only once my partner called them with a white voice over the phone they relented and offered to refund (I will still check if it happens). Scammy by design and racist.

Positive experience: I’ve sent Bloomex several times. This time, due to my referral, I received an order. 30% of the flowers/ferns were either dead or next to that. So far 2 days later 2 roses aren’t opening. The thought behind this order means more to me than the quality. Now I’m second guessing ordering from here again

Negative experience: Flowers and service were horrible, were the worst flowers I have ever seen, I ended up not even giving them away. They looked like they were picked from someone's yard and that's being generous. The flowers were very cheap looking tied with a tacky ribbon that somehow was supposed to compensate. Needed something last minute so I went for this instead of other florists. Delivery person was unprofessional, leaving the flowers on the steps instead of hand delivering like other florists. I also couldn't get to the door when they rang the bell and called them no more than a minute after. Instead of saying they'll be right there, they complained about how they were knocking and ringing the bell. I could not get to the door, simple as that. I had also requested a note to include that I had written and they printed the letter behind a coupon page??? It was a heart felt note and the least they could do is spare some paper. Do not recommend at all, super disappointing especially on a special day.

Negative experience: Imagine calling ahead of time, they confirm they deliver to blumenort MB, you want the flowers delivered for the death of a son. Later to find out that they’ll deliver at a later date, not confirming that at all and refusing to do a refund. They’re flowers, it’s not hard to refund. I hope you learn to have better customer service and communication in future.

Negative experience: Customer service was excellent. Easy to order and have flowers delivered. Edit: Flowers were delivered and look nothing like what I ordered. I contacted customer service and was told they met their standards. So disappointed.

Negative experience: My Mum suddenly went into the hospital so I decided to send flowers. I started my order online but immediately got a call from Vinni with Bloomex. From the call she made it sound like my online order did not go through! So she asked if she could help so I agreed. Only to find out now I’ve been charged twice two orders for the same place same person. I’ve had such a difficult time trying to get this resolved it’s ridiculous!!!!! Not happy at all!!

Negative experience: Ordered flowers on February 5, 2025 for my teen to give to his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered the morning of the 14th. They never arrived. I couldn’t track the order because their website was down and no one answered the phone. On Feb 15, 2025 someone finally answered the phone and after about 20 minutes located my order and apologized because it was “missed”. They now say they will be delivered before 8PM. I asked to cancel and have my money refunded but they said all they can do is give me store credit. I refused it because I will NEVER be ordering from the again. February 18, 2025 UPDATE - the flowers were delivered TODAY
