Positive experience: Used Floral Fixx for our wedding. Gorgeous bouquets & arrangements and they worked within our budget. There was a slight mix up and some confusion with the quote/invoicing, as our venue works with them doing packages, but we chose to work with them independently of that since it was more cost efficient. Our venue coordinator got that all sorted out though, and in the end we were so happy with our gorgeous flowers.

Secondly- the bouquet almost a month later is still going strong! Albiet my parents have a cooler house but they are gorgeous! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I stopped by simply trying to buy some flowers for my mom, but the employee, Julie, was not helpful at all. For someone who works there, I expected a much better attitude and level of assistance. Unfortunately, the experience left a bad impression and I won't be returning!!

As the wedding day approached I really wanted an arch for both my ceremony & reception. Fantastic experience: It was my first time going into the shop and I had a really good experience. The staff were patient and helpful. I picked each of the flowers and the fillers and they arranged it beautifully. The flowers were fresh and had a pretty great selection. I would definitely go back and create another bouquet with them as well. They also offer ready made bouquets and their store sells a variety of items.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with my experience so far at The Floral Fixx. I had booked a wedding consultation at the beginning of July, carefully planning it during my short trip home to Manitoba (I live in Nova Scotia) so I could meet key vendors in person. Just A DAY BEFORE our scheduled appointment, they called to reschedule in August which will now have to be a virtual meeting — which completely defeats the purpose of why I booked when I did. Planning a wedding from afar is already stressful, and I had organized everything so that I could meet with important vendors face-to-face while I was home. The last-minute cancellation without empathy felt unprofessional. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication, especially since the appointment had been booked well in advance. Brides traveling home to plan — be cautious and confirm your meetings repeatedly.

Negative experience: Love the shop for the aesthetics however after buying a second time and coming home with the flowers, I noticed the stem on 2 of my flowers was broken from being tied incorrectly. For paying $130 for a bouquet, I expected them to be wrapped and tied in a better way. This was not even 20 minutes after buying them at the store :(

Negative experience: My partner and I bought two plants in the store. We asked carefully before buying them whether they were cat-friendly. The clerk gave me a very sure answer that they were pet-friendly plants. However, after buying them, my cat vomited a lot. We googled and found that aloe vera (we bought desert plants, but they belong to the Aloe family, so we didn't find out at the beginning) is very toxic to cats. When we went to refund, the owner's attitude was very bad. She even said that it was impossible, and then said that they could not guarantee that the plants were definitely pet-friendly. We didn't even ask the store to pay for any medical expenses, but she directly said, 'This is not our responsibility. We are only responsible for refunding and will not bear any additional costs.' I felt that she was very irresponsible, and had no sympathy. During our entire conversation, she did not apologize at all, even though my cat was almost killed because of the employee's mistake. As a lawyer, thanks to the her 'reminder'.

Fantastic experience: Stunning flowers that people still rave about I had a very specific vision for my wedding flowers - I wanted them to feel free, wild, colourful, and non-traditional. I wasn't interested in things being too matchy and wanted lots of variety of colour and texture that exuded joy to match our fun summer wedding. We met with several vendors but as soon as we did our consultation with Floral Fixx, we knew we had found the right place for us. On the spot, our consultant pulled a variety of flowers and was able to make the vision appear in front of us. They offered a variety of options for arrangement size, numbers, and placement for the church and venue, without feeling pressured into any one decision. Because we were interested in seasonal and local flowers, we knew that leading up to the wedding, some availability might vary. Floral Fixx was in touch with a variety of options for us to pick from that still matched the style and look we were going for - and this was all communicated efficiently and with lots of choice involved. While ordering your flowers here isn't cheap, we truly believe we got what we paid for in the best of ways. I have never heard guests talk more about their love of the floral arrangements or the bouquets - so many compliments and the photos were beautiful as a result. 10/10 we recommend!

When requested, Anna provided suggestions to make the bouquets more financially economical but would still include certain colours and textures I was looking for in my bouquet without going over budget. Fantastic experience: Quick delivery and staff were super accommodating. I was able to update the card message after I had submitted the order. On top of needing to update the note, I hadn’t realized that when I entered my payment information on my order, the delivery address was overridden with my billing address (thanks, autofill). We had a bit of a surprise when the delivery showed up at our house, but the delivery driver was super understanding and accommodating and took the delivery to the correct address. I appreciate the efforts made by the Floral Fixx staff to “make it right”, even though both errors were totally on me. Will definitely order from Floral Fixx again!

Fantastic experience: As the son of the owner of Roy’s florist which my father sold over two decades ago, I have had a lot of experience with wedding flowers. Obviously, I had some concerns about utilizing a flower shop to prepare and deliver and set up the flowers for my son and daughter-in-law‘s wedding. When I originally met Julie the owner with my wife, son and daughter-in-law we were greeted with professionalism and a lot of knowledge in the area of wedding preparation. I want thank Julie and her team for providing an eventful day with such beautiful flowers. The set up team at both the temple and hotel Fort Garry did such a professional job with no details spared. Would we recommend floral fix to anyone in the future? The answer is absolutely!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in this place over the last year. The first image is from my anniversary last year which costed 55$ and the second image is from this year which costed 85$. It’s actually so ridiculous, The quality, the quantity, and the customer service experiences had gone downhill. They even changed their little cards to normal pieces of paper. Save yourself a headache and goto a grocery store, at least their little message cards are printed on card stock instead of paper!!!

Negative experience: The worst experience I’ve ever had with a florist. The flowers I purchased my mom for Mother’s Day was not as the picture advertised. I’m beyond disappointed. We took the bouquet back but the “fix” they did felt like someone just trying to get us out of the store. Didn’t care that the flowers matched or that it was well done. Go elsewhere, I’m never ordering from here again.

Fantastic experience: I've used Floral Fixx twice (both recently) and I'm really impressed with their range of options and pricing. While so many florists are using online distributors, Floral Fixx seems to have actual, locally-curated selections, and with a really broad range of prices for different occasions. Even smaller bouquets and arrangements seem to be very well made and thoughtfully put together, so they don't look "cheap" compared to something big and extravagant. I really appreciate the service and they'll probably be my go-to going forward!

During the initial consultation, we were very impressed with Anna and how she was able to work with us to create a mood board and floral arrangement on the spot with just a few inspo photos and ideas we had. Anna was honest and clear about pricing, what flowers look best together, and offered ideas on substitutions to save cost - which we really appreciated! Throughout the planning process, Floral Fixx was always quick to respond, easy to work with, and was able to accommodate our requests. The delivery of the flowers went exactly as planned, and the arrangements were so beautiful - better than we ever thought was possible! On the wedding day, the team did a fantastic job setting up the arch and chairs, coordinating with the venue, and repurposing the flowers from the arch after the ceremony. Fantastic experience: I first visited Floral Fixx when they were in their original location next to Rona. I would visit for my mother’s birthday florals and the staff would gather me the most beautiful bouquets—gorgeous bouquets that older floral shops would charge $100 for! I came to the Floral Fixx for my grandfathers celebration of life too. They really made our vision come to light with the carnations. My last visit was just before December, and I had seen on their website their beautiful Christmas catalogue. Upon trying to order online, it said I couldn’t pick up for two days. Well, I went to the store and asked the staff and the lovely lady was able to make me the arrangement in less than 20 minutes! Wow!!!! They are so accommodating of the average consumer. Not to mention they have professional designers who will sit down at the table with you to make your dreams come to life.

Fantastic experience: Amazing to work with! You get a free consultation to go over what you're wanting where they bring out all sorts of different flowers to handle and look at in person. It gave me a better idea of what the flowers would look like rather than just naming each flower and having to picture it yourself. I got to work with Anna and she made the consultation so fun and absolutely understood my vision and made it come to life!! They made us coffees and sat with us in their cute little shop. Such a fun experience!! They do AMAZING work and it's also affordable compared to any other quote I got. I would never go anywhere else for flowers. Positive experience: Probably more of a 3 1/2 stars I ordered a few items for my mom’s funeral that was out of town/a 3 hour drive…the store did not open early to pick up our arrangements/they weren’t ready as previously discussed/and 1 bouquet was disappointingly small for the price charged It put us 25 minutes behind schedule and was disappointing that those details were missed . However, the casket spray was beautiful and selection of flowers was amazing. I think if there was more attention to those details i would have given them a 5/5 !! In the future, I suggest meeting the day before to look over bouquets to make sure they are meeting your vision & expectations

Positive experience: This store is just lovely. The customer service is impeccable, and they handle everything professionally, from the largest wedding, to the smallest request. I was especially touched when they were able to fulfill an acquaintance's request for a certain unusual flower at very short notice, for a grandparent's funeral. This is a local shop well worth giving your business. Edit: I returned 3 years later to their new location, and got personable, caring customer service again and a beautiful bouquet that made the Birthday Girl very happy! Consistently great!

Fantastic experience: I discovered Floral Fixx Design Studio almost twenty years ago. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, and--for someone like me who is not terribly familiar with flowers and plants--to be able to provide helpful recommendations. I go there expecting a positive experience and leave with a gratifying purchase. As a result the Floral Fixx is the only flower shop I have used in almost 20 years. On my most recent visit owner Julie Myers assisted me with a bouquet for my 10th anniversary which my wife loved (and earned me lots of bonus points!). Fantastic experience: I few weeks ago I entered the shop for the first time. I was surprised how large it was inside and how much stuff they had. Very Impressive. I was looking for some eucalyptus leaves on stem as I was feeling nostalgic. This was the 3rd florist shop I had gone to. The lady who served me was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a place I want to go back to. Last week, I chatted with a friend who was going through a lot of life transitions and decided to sent her some flowers. I ordered an arrangement on-line with Floral Fixx and it was exactly as seen -- so beautiful. I would highly recommend this place - it has a lot of class.

Fantastic experience: After my gf recommended me this place, I came into floral fixx out of my element like a lost fawn in search of a gift for my mother. I was kindly offered assistance by various employees at the shop. Almost every item in the store is aesthetically pleasing and looks like my gf’s room (I think that’s why she sent me here). The store itself had many great gifts ideas, some at a really great value. The lady packaged my gift very nicely at no extra cost, which I did not expect. my mother loved her turtle vase fittonia plant. 5/5 definitely coming again after I make a VSCO account.

To my disappointment no one at the office answered. When my daughter was finished her meeting she texted me, I called the delivery lady..... she was still in area!!! To my delight my daughter got her arrangement. Fabulous company to deal with , there work is amazing. Not my fur time using this florist, they did my wedding flowers that we’re perfect! Thank you so much for your patience n willingness to go back. Lastly my daughter loved them, n made her day

Negative experience: We were recommended Floral Fixx by our wedding venue. We trusted their recommendation, and didn’t even look at alternatives. After some challenges getting an appointment, we arrived at our scheduled time for 11am today. Two appointments were in progress, with no sign of wrapping up. We were greeted, and told that someone would be with us when their appointment was done. After 20 minutes standing in the shop, trying to keep our kids from touching things, we called it. What’s the point of an appointment if the time won’t be honoured? If you’re running behind, tell us, and ask us if we can return later. This situation could have been easily handled. Instead, we’ll be taking our floral budget elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I loved my wedding bouquet and all our flowers from Floral Fixx - it was exactly what I pictured! Julie was awesome and knew exactly which flowers would fit our vision. Our wedding was almost two weeks ago and we are still enjoying some of the centerpiece arrangements in our home! I'm also drying out my bouquet so hopefully I can enjoy it for many years! Positive experience: I ordered flowers from Floral Fixx for my wedding and they did such a great job! The bouquets and centrepieces looked great and they were very accommodating with our small budget, giving us something that we were happy with without going over budget.

Fantastic experience: Julie did a great job on the flowers for my wedding. She really listened and tried to work within our budget. We were able to get much nicer flowers, with roses and orchids, for far less than I expected. My cousin bought her wedding flowers there as well, and they were also beautiful. My bouquet didn't start to wilt or look droopy for several days, even the orchids that had no stem or leaves.
