Fantastic experience: I live on the Sunshine Coast in BC and ordered the flowers from the website. Every part of the process was easy and well done. Their email messages were timely and accurate. The flowers were delivered at a convenient time for my family who tell me that the arrangement is beautiful and the photo they sent verifies this. It was exactly as shown on the website. I will use Valley Flowers again and would definitively recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: This shop had a variety of price points and beautiful arrangements. I ordered from Ontario and this place delivered within their city of Winnipeg, no extra charge. My friend received her arrangement on time and was very pleased with her gift. I highly recommend their service. Only one recommendation for this shop. When you answer your business phone, you should identify the business along with your first name.

Fantastic experience: I purchased bouquets and body flowers for my wedding. They were reasonably priced, and Sheila was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions or wanted to adjust my order. The order was delivered on time as expected in great condition.

Negative experience: Cancelled my order after seeing some terrible reviews (although provided a different reason for the cancellation). I did find Sheila curt and condescending and I am sure I will get a condescending reply on this post, as in similar negative reviews. Update: Yup, response was not surprising. Not an odd review, merely explaining how I took heed on some of the negatives reviews. I like to give my business to locals that sound friendly.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what the lady’s name that made this bouquet for me but I wanted to purchase a bouquet right in my price range and she was able to make a bouquet on the spot for a graduation same day. It turned out beautiful and I’m truly obsessed with the vibrancy and fresh quality of the flowers. Thank you so much to both lady’s for helping me out!! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future

Fantastic experience: Easy website to use and received constant updates via email! No complaints in the communication department. The flowers were beautiful — only thing was, I originally ordered a certain bouquet because it was non-toxic for pets, and they ended up including/replacing some flowers with toxic ones. However, I never ever made them aware of my intention, and any florist makes it clear that the bouquet won’t be the exact same as the photo. So once again, no complaints! I let the recipient know about the mildy toxic additions and they didn’t mind at all! Purchased: Loving Thoughts

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Valley Flowers. I wanted to order flowers unexpectedly for a funeral. Having to order online/through the phone and not being there to see the flowers can be stressful. The team at Valley Flowers made the process easy and removed all the stress. I ordered a large vase bouquet and a wreath. I called and they walked me through the details and were very reassuring. They were able to swap a pink wreath for all white flowers. They confirmed they'd call if they ran into any issues since the delivery had a firm date/time. They ensured that the flowers would arrive at the funeral home the night before for an early service. They were able to provide all white flowers and they did a beautiful job with the arrangements. They were full and looked stunning. They communicated by email (my preferred method) on the steps and confirmed delivery. It gave me a lot of comfort. Thank you for everything! Would highly recommend and plan to use them again!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the friendly, fast service I received and was told by the person I sent the flowers to that they were fresh & geogeous when they arrived.

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with this flower delivery service. I ordered a bouquet, but what I received was completely unacceptable-wilted, not fresh at all, with fewer flowers than expected, and it looked absolutely terrible. On top of that, the bouquet was extremely expensive and didn't match the picture on the website. No one apologized, and no one even responded to my emails or provided any customer support. To make matters worse, this bouquet was a gift from my friend for a very special occasion. She carefully chose flowers that had a deep meaning for her, but they never arrived as expected. She, too, is very disappointed. I strongly advise against using this service, as their products and customer service are beyond unacceptable.

I live in another province so am unable to view the creation, so her word is the validation your flower shop is the best.

Positive experience: Really easy process helpful staff. I used valley flowers for my wedding. The bridal bouquet looked beautiful along with the bridesmaids. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen’s roses looked to be in a little rough shape which was too bad. But the bridal bouquet didn’t have that problem. They also made a flower arrangement for our arch which was absolutely beautiful. The staff worked really well within our budget. Other than the roses I would recommend this business if you want some budget friendly flowers for your wedding.

Once my on-line order is placed, I am assured they will do whatever they can to contact the recipient and arrange a delivery time. This particular arrangement is one of my favorites to send as it shows the uniqueness of sending flowers from far away, and every recipient has loved it (picture of actual arrangement received).

Fantastic experience: Showed up on a Saturday of Mother's Day wknd with low expectations as it was the day before Mother's Day. Their staff was literally on a lunch break and stopped to help me pick out two arrangements. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and those flowers are still blooming and going strong almost two weeks later. I've been a customer here for years and always very impressed with not just their quality of product but price and customer service! Would highly recommend checking them out. Negative experience: Supported this shop all through covid, going out of my way paying more to show support, tipping graciously when picking up. Every year for 20 years I purchase my wife a single star gazer lily in a small glass bowl. I’ve stood there while it’s done. I takes less than 5 mins to do. Was told this year they had no “room”. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. Will never spend a single cent in this business again.

Negative experience: I ordered a “bright bouquet” for my friend after surgery and was disappointed when numerous flowers in the chosen bouquet were substituted. The stores policy on substituting flowers is hidden under the bouquet details, an area I neglected to double check. Not only was the bouquet dull and dreary with overwhelming amounts of sickening yellow, they included a card that was addressed to another client which read “Happy Birthday Mom”. After reaching out to what I assume was the owner or managers personal e-mail listed under contacts on their webpage and receiving no reply, I sent a second follow-up e-mail including the general store e-mail. A response was received quickly the second time but instead of working with an unhappy customer to keep their business I was told I should do a better job at reading their policies and stating if I want different substitutes. They also tried to blame lighting and photography for the dull look of the flowers, however I had also seen them in person. There was no proper customer service in regards to substituting multiple flowers (including brightness of flowers) or the incorrect card/note sent with the flowers which really was unprofessional. I do not suggest using this florist unless you physically go in and can double check your order before purchase. Extremely rude customer service!
