Fantastic experience: I called from Edmonton to have a sympathy basket sent to friends who had recently lost their mother/mother-in-law. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and assured me that the basket of live plants was very nice, with beautiful plants, although they were not exactly as the picture. She clarified the names and address of the recipients several times, even writing it on a paper as she was having a computer issue and assured me that they would make the delivery that day. In no time after hanging up the phone I got the email confirmation of my order with my receipt and by mid afternoon the basket had been delivered. I was extremely pleased with the services and promptness and even happier with the basket when my friends sent me a picture of it. Fantastic experience: When I checked out Broadway Florists’ website and saw they’d been around for 100 years, I figured “they must be doing something right!” And my experience ordering a plant for delivery didn’t disappoint. Michelle was very helpful and cheerful on the phone, carefully checking details with me and ensuring I got good value. When my friend received her plant in a cheery yellow pot, she was so happy she sent me a photo her holding it and smiling ear to ear. They’ve been around for a century for good reason! Negative experience: The flower arrangement was very very sparse, with flowers too far apart (5 to 6 inches apart). It was too large for the number of flowers in it, making it not attractive at all. I was not pleased with it.

Fantastic experience: I had a special bouquet sent to my aunt in a residence for her 99th birthday. I've sent her flowers before, using other florists, but these were exceptional. The other residents kept coming by to look at the Oriental Lilies and take photos, so she had them moved to the main chapel, for everyone to enjoy. What better compliment can you get! I will definitely be ordering from Broadway for her 100th.

She was very happy with her new potted mini rose bush for Mother’s Day and is now trying to decide where to plant it outside! Mom says the flowers that I get delivered to her by Broadway Florists are alway top quality. Since I don’t live in Winnipeg anymore, ordering them online and knowing she will get a beautiful floral gift as intended, is excellent. I highly recommend them.
