Fantastic experience: Gorgeous Orchid! Perfect birthday gift!

Fantastic experience: The cheerful get-well arrangement was delivered a short time after I made the order, and the recipient was delighted! The florist was very accommodating when it came to changes to the colours and pet-safe materials I requested. I could not be happier!

Negative experience: Online and the delivery services are poor and I don't recommend it. The flower arrangements themselves are lovely though. I ordered before the store opened on Valentine's 2026, received confirmation on the website, credit card was charged but did not receive the flowers until after 2030hrs! When I called the store in the afternoon, it was apparent that they had technical issues. The florist stated they were running out of product but was eventually able to find my order on their system. As it was explained to me, I was not the only person that the system failed to handle the order correctly. When I had given up on receiving the order, I received a call from the delivery driver around 2000hrs stating he tried to deliver the flowers but I didn't answer the door. Impossible because I have cameras. The driver quickly lost his words and said ok I'll come back. He asked me for my address again and finally made the delivery just before 2100hrs. If he had in fact just attempted delivery, why would you need my address again? The driver was not honest and when faced with proof, he finally decided to make the delivery. For the cost of the product and the delivery, I expected better service. Once again, the online and the delivery service was poor and I don't recommend it. The flower arrangements themselves are lovely though. Perhaps call when the store is open and go pick them up in person to avoid any delivery or technical issues.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the funeral memory sashes I received for my brother’s service. I specifically chose to have these done professionally because I wanted everything to be perfect for him, especially during such a difficult and emotional time. I even mentioned that I could have made them myself, but I trusted that the professional service would provide a higher‑quality result. Unfortunately, what I received is far from what was expected. The ribbons are not silk or satin as anticipated, they are stiff and of noticeably low quality. Even more upsetting, the lettering consists of basic stickers that could easily be purchased at a dollar store or a craft shop such as Michaels. This completely breaks my heart, as these were meant to honor my brother in a meaningful way. I also provided the exact size of the wreath, yet the sashes are significantly too long. With the funeral being tomorrow, I now find myself unsure of what to do, and this added stress is something I never expected to face at such a painful time. Given the circumstances, the price I paid was substantial, though I was willing to pay it to ensure the very best for my brother. Instead, I am left extremely disappointed and hurt by the quality and presentation of the items. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

Negative experience: My boyfriend ordered me flowers/etc for Valentine's day (spent almost $200). On the website it states 3pm latest delivery time, they finally showed up at 7:10pm. Nice arrangement but an update to at least my boyfriend letting him know they would be delayed would have been ideal, lack of communication completely. Can I say the arrangement and teddy bear is worth 200 dollars? Not in a million years, but so thankful to my boyfriend for the sweet thought.

Negative experience: Didn’t give me the damn flowers. Don’t order from here. Waste of time and money and full of incompetent staff

Fantastic experience: Osborne Florists designed a beautiful arrangement in a tea cup for my daughter’s home warming present. They even had her favorite tea and a diffuser for me to buy to include with the flowers so she can look forward to using her new tea cup. All delivered the day I ordered it! Great service and a unique variety of local products to choose from.

Negative experience: They did not attempt to deliver even though called by receiver and sender. Both assured delivery after 3:30.

Fantastic experience: The first florist shop I called said they didn’t have the flowers I wanted (sunflowers) and didn’t think any florists would have them this season, BUT, then I remembered Osborne florists, called them and they got in touch with their suppliers and sourced it for me. It was curated gorgeously. Eileen was super delightful when taking my order, did so well to attach my note for me, and communicated properly when they were running behind on the delivery. I couldn’t have asked for any more. The flowers were well received Nd she very much loves them!

Negative experience: I would advise you not to purchase from this florist if you are expecting a premium or luxury arrangement. I ordered a $200 “premium / grand” arrangement and was prompted to upsell before checkout... the website would not allow me to complete my order without responding to that prompt. Based on that positioning, I reasonably expected a noticeably elevated arrangement in both scale and flower selection - it's Christmas, after all, and it was for my Mother. So it only seemed fair to invest in a beautiful arrangement. What was delivered was a small cheap wooden box arrangement composed primarily of carnations, spray chrysanthemums, snapdragons, basic greenery, and three roses. These are high-volume, entry-level flowers commonly used in grocery stores and chain florists. The stem mix does not align with what most customers understand to be “premium” at a $200 price point. When I contacted customer service/owner to address this privately... hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt given their positive reviews... the response was dismissive and defensive. The reply focused on business overhead and rose sourcing (Ecuador vs. Colombia), despite roses not being the primary flowers used, and did not address the actual materials, size, or the fact that I was upsold. A a small store credit was offered instead of acknowledging the mismatch between how the product was sold and what was delivered. This experience felt like paying for business margins rather than materials or value, which should not be the customer’s responsibility... especially after being guided toward a premium upsell. If you are considering ordering here, I strongly recommend going for a more bouquet florist. Their convenience doesn't match their value and I'm disappointed that I had to publicly disclaim this.

Negative experience: This is the second time I have ordered flowers from this company, and unfortunately, for the second time it has been a complete disappointment. I ordered pink roses, but tea-colored roses were delivered instead. The person I was gifting the flowers to has very specific color preferences and favorite shades of roses, which was clearly not taken into account. Additionally, the bouquet was changed without my approval and looked poor and sparse, despite the fact that I chose a higher-priced option specifically so the bouquet would look full, elegant, and well-composed. Overall, I am very disappointed once again with this order and the lack of attention to the client’s request, quality, and consistency.

Negative experience: There was a mishap. I’ve been very happy with the 9/10 orders. Unfortunately, there was a big problem and this business tie has been severed. All is well now, that I was refunded in full, and so I was compensated, but the owner did so unwillingly, while taking no responsibility. The Owner did not make any mention of a substitution or even ask me if a completely different colour was acceptable when preparing it. She knew it had to be PINK, not dark maroon. Nobody let me know that there was a change in colour, not even the person making them. Apparently, she had no idea about what colour it was supposed to be, “I guess the supplier sent what they had”. My suggestion: Be very clear when placing an order here and make sure you’re clear about substitutions. They really don’t give you what they want. They give you what they have. This was a bad job and she still wanted me to pay for it. The owner was not willing to see my side. I ordered 4 pink wrist orchid for 160 plus taxes for a very important event. 2 hours before the event, I got dark maroon coloured flowers! I needed them and that’s all there was to it, not realizing it was the opposite colour until I opened them. She wasn’t going to give me my money back until I insisted. Anyways, like Oriana, the owner, said to me, when she asked me never to return to the store, “there are other florists”! There sure are and I will not be seeing yours again. And I’ll tell everyone I know about what happened. Oriana took no responsibility, no apology. She compared it to eating at a restaurant and then wanting your money back after you eat. Not in this case. I guess she must be desperate for money. No understanding at all. I had left a 5 star … out of goodwill … Hoping for her to see my side. Nope … Just a “dot dot dot” … was her reply. Funny how her reply made me change the rating to a 1. Bad business.

Negative experience: Provided a reference photo of some flowers a week in advance to be picked up, they provided flowers that looked nothing similar to the reference photo, and they weren’t ready for pick up @ opening, was not accommodating when I told them what was wrong **Edit to reply I placed my order a full week in advance for pickup on the 6th, so the expectation was that it would be ready as requested. I want to clarify that the screenshot I showed was from TikTok, not AI, and I don’t appreciate it being suggested otherwise. More importantly, the composition and arrangement of the flowers did not match what I specifically asked for when placing the order. Negative experience: Horrible service. The delivery window says 10 AM-3 PM. We received an email saying it was “successfully delivered” at 5:00 PM, but wait— no it wasn’t! The actual delivery didn’t arrive until 7:00 PM. Called the shop throughout the day to check on the delivery and not a single person answered. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional. Do not put yourself through this chaos.

Fantastic experience: We had a slip-up with birthday girls phone number but Osborne Forists did deliver and transferred the flowers to the maintenance keeper of the facility and he in turn placed it at the doorstep of my auntie who received them later that evening. Negative experience: I would not recommend this place,as they didn't follow through with the order. I received a phone call from my sister asking if I had sent them, since there was no card, so she didn't know who they were from. I put a request for the card they offered that says just because. I asked for the under $50.00 bouguet, they made up the $79.99 bouquet, the total came to over $115.00. I will also be putting up a bad review on Face Book. A different florist shop next time, for sure!
