Positive experience: The deliver did not rung the bell so it was left out outside for awhile and I also had written a letter which inside the letter that was delivered had nothing. Very weird. Roses were delivered perfectly fine and the quality is good.

It’s the colours and combinations and extravagance of each bouquet. I received this bouquet for my birthday. Do you see the calla lily tucked into the big hydrangea (sp?)? No other florist offers such artistry or creativity. Every bouquet is like a painting, with secret treasures with every angle. They are assembled and tied together perfectly, so you can just place them in a vase as is. And they even come in a beautiful white square box filled with water, so they remain fresh and vibrant until you transfer them into a vase…or leave them as is. If you are going to send flowers… send FLOWERS. I will also add that their bouquets always last for weeks. I have no idea why, but they’re even magical that way. I highly recommend this florist - there is none other that compares.

Positive experience: The bouquet lacked sophistication, it was 18 different coloured roses with very little greenery. I wished it had more elements apart of the roses. It’s 2nd day now and the pink roses have completely faded, what a disappointment for the price paid! The bouquet also didn't have any fertiliser to keep the flowers alive longer.

We made a phone call and it was picked up right away by a very friendly and helpful lady in a Saturday morning to let us know that they could do our order same day. Then we also made a few follow up calls on the details to make sure it’s gonna be a good surprise and the lady on the phone was the whole time very patient. The bouquet was beautiful and it arrived after the celebration dinner which was a perfect timing but it must be already late for normal working hour for the delivery team. We appreciate their professionalism and walking extra mile to make this surprise happen. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: The bouquet that was delivered to my hotel was gorgeous - but my hubby provided my phone number as I am the local contact, so I got a text as soon as I landed in Montreal saying my flowers had been delivered. I’m sure if he knew that’s what my phone number would be used for he would not have given it. Negative experience: Last two deliveries, they forgot to add the note that was sent with the flowers. Paying over $100 for this service each time and having this repetitive issues is not acceptable. Spend your money somewhere else. Every time we call about the note its a surprised tone letting us know its unbelievable.

Negative experience: Nice bouquet of flowers although a little pricey but the issue is with the delivery. Was buying these flowers to surprise my girlfriend, they woke her up via phone call on a Sunday morning to ask if shed be home for delivery around 2pm. Not only did they wake up my girlfriend but they also completely ruined the surprise. Why would you call the recipient instead of the purchaser for details or questions about the delivery? Buyer beware: if youre trying to surprise someone with flowers from this place, do not provide them the phone number of the recipient.
