Fantastic experience: Great experience here. Beautiful healthy plant, very well packaged, with no damage at all, AND it arrived quickly. What's not to love?

Fantastic experience: Ordered a succulent, it arrived safe and sound. It was extremely well packaged. There was a lot of attention and care put into its packaging. The succulent is very nice and healthy. Took about a week to ship, but they were very kind to include a handwritten apology in the box for the delay. Would not hesitate to order more from them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I've never ordered plants online before & this was my first experience. I'm SO happy & will definitely be ordering again. The plants are GORGEOUS & were packaged so carefully. This is the condition each of them arrived in (after being in a dark box for 5-6 days!) and they look even happier after having a week to settle. Two got a little banged up in transit (I blame the shipping company, it didn't look like they were very careful with the box), but I emailed customer service to ask for a future replacement for the elephant bush & received a very quick answer :) I'm already daydreaming about future orders while installing new shelves to make space for them!!!

Fantastic experience: Traitement rapide de ma commande, livraison le lendemain en mains propres! Par contre, je suis déçue de ma commande. J’ai pris un lot de 6 cactus et succulentes. Un des cactus est assez moche, tout penché sur le côté et ils m’ont dit de lui mettre un tuteur pour le redresser. Et mon echevera est morte moisie après 7 jours, sans même que je l’ai arrosé. Pourtant elle n’a pas manqué de lumière. Une autre variété a ramollie sans que j’y ait touch, comme si elles avaient pris froid. ***suite à mon avis, ils m’ont gentiement remboursé toutes les plantes affaiblies. J’ai tenté le coup pour une 2e commande et tout était A1 :) je leur met finalement étoiles

Negative experience: This is the second time I order from this website. The first time, everything was fine. This time, I ordered 3 Portulacaria Afra and a few more plants. The plants were really nice but after closer inspection (not that close), they were infested by mealybugs. And when I say infested, I mean more than I can count. Mealybugs are a plague to any succulents and if you've had an infestation before (almost always from cheap plants from large box stores), you know it's mostly a losing battle. You run the risk of having them spread out to other plants and they have the potential to destroy many plants they infest. So I did what you should do when something like this happen; I emailed them right away with pictures of the bugs and the old scars. The response was apologetic but also saying that these plants are prone to mealybugs, and that their plants are inspected when they are shipped. And that's the last I heard. Didn't get any mention of their 2 weeks healthy plant guaranteed, or any type of resolution. Very well then. I don't want the plants. I don't want the money. So first of all, no, these plants are not prone to anything that isn't there. If you have mealybugs, that's because your environment has them, and you didn't remedy the situation. And no, they were not inspected before shipping because not only there was about a hundred mealybugs in them, there was also a LOT of old scars from previous infections. Of all things, this is the thing that should have been caught. I order from a few online places and they pride themselves in shipping great healthy plants, which they always do, as they should. I also understand that maybe Cactus en Ligne ships thousands of plants per month, and 99% of their customers are happy, but if as a company you can't manage to fix your 1% mess 100% of the time, maybe you should spend more time replying to the 1-star comments of your unsatisfied customers blaming them instead of even taking the time to email me back. Oh wait......

Negative experience: After seeing the high ratings and my past experience of buying plants online, I decided to order 3 Cuban Oreganos from them. Before ordering I did request for a photo of the plants. They looked healthy & Green. However, when I received them they were wilted, shoots and leaves were broken. They had packed 3 plants in a small box (they say that packing them snug keeps them from Damage) but what they also had done was folded the shoots to fit them into the small box. As a results the I received them with broken leaves and shoots. Further, the only tag they had on the box was Fragile. In the past I have ordered plants online which came with tags 'Live Plants' & 'Perishable' tags to ensure they are kept in cooler areas. The courier had left the box out in the sun. Its summer here and the Eastern part of Canada is seeing high temperatures. Common sense should have prevailed when they ship plants during summer. When I received them in the west coast, they were in poor state. I am still trying to revive them. I hope they survive. I have place some of the broken shoots in water to see if they would root. As a lover of plants, I was saddened to see their state. Very, Very disappointed. I used their website to send my feedback but they failed to publish it. I contacted the 3rd party they use for feedback who informed me that the shop owns the admins rights to publish feedback. This shows they have been only publishing all positive feedback which is how I got fooled.

So, I’ve been trying different companies out for about 6 months now. About 7 different orders later, I finally come across Cactus En Ligne. I ordered, it was incredibly easy, the website is very nice and easy to use, check out too! They offer paypal which is awesome, because I don’t use CCs. on the third day from when I did order, my plants arrived. 100% the fastest I’ve ever received anything from the moment I ordered. Heat packs in place, dirt in place, plants on their side but otherwise perfect condition. They were so healthy, no pests, well packaged, fast/reliably shipped, AND customer service was MINT. we had an initial issue with shipping; but Max emailed me to fix it up. clear positive communication, SUPER fast response time, & going above and beyond to offer another solution to the issue. A different company didn’t even look for another solution and just emailed to explain they were canceling my order.
