Fantastic experience: Today I stopped by this flower shop to buy some flowers. The lady asked if they were for my mom. I told her my mom doesn’t live here. She told me, send her a photo of the flowers. I said I couldn’t even do that—there is a war in my country, the internet is cut off, and I can’t even talk to her right now. She took the flowers that I had chosen, added some more beautiful flowers, and said, “Be strong. You’ve done a great job so far. Everything will be alright soon, and you’ll come back here and tell me that.” I can’t explain how much her kindness touched my heart. I couldn’t hold back my tears all the way back home. Thank you not only for the beautiful flowers, but for your kindness and heartfelt words.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous flowers! So flagrant you can smell them from when you walk into the room. I left Dragon Flowers a message on Instagram to call me back and they did within 30 minutes. They asked me a few questions about what I wanted the bouquet to look like, provided various prices all reasonable. I ordered at 11am and by 3 pm the flowers had been delivered same day (no additional cost for same day delivery). I ordered the medium bouquet and it is huge! And so beautiful. Exceeded my expectations and most of all my mother loved them. From start to finish great experience.

The young shopkeeper was rude and condescending, making a comment about me being a foreigner and saying, "In Canada, we pay tax." I was shocked by her unprofessional behavior since she is also an Asian as me. As a customer, I expect respect, regardless of where I'm from. It's also worth noting that they only accept CASH or debit cards. And she mentioned: “if you don’t want to take it, tomorrow we will sell it to someone else.” I won't be returning and don't recommend this shop to anyone who values good customer service.
