I’ve had the pleasure of watching an arrangement for a funeral being made right in front of me, and it was such a lovely experience. Seeing the expertise, precision, and creativity of the team firsthand truly shows how much passion they pour into their work. They also offer delivery, which makes their service even more exceptional. I was gifted a bouquet from my workplace while I was off recovering from surgery, and the delivery experience was seamless and so thoughtful. The arrangement was absolutely stunning, fresh, elegant, and arranged with such care. It truly brightened my day during a time I needed it most. Such beautiful artistry and heartfelt service. Fantastic experience: This florist carries a variety of plants at reasonable prices and it has a very helpful service. A bonus: Many of the plants are smaller or medium sized, which are perfect for people who live in apartments or condos.

Negative experience: I’ve been here before and got some beautiful flowers in the past but for some reason I wasn’t able to get any service today. I walked in with a printout of a few flowers I was interested in to make a bouquet. They only had 2 of them so I went over to where all the flowers are kept to look at the other options. I thought the shopkeeper would’ve been keen to assist in making choices for a bouquet as I’d had this kind of service in the past. There’s was no one else in the store but she just ignored me. I tried to get her attention but she just walked away and started tending to other plants. I guess she wasn’t in the mood to serve a customer :(. Off to somewhere else to spend my money

Negative experience: I have a bad experience with this flower shop. Two days before the ceremony, I went to this store to order flowers. After choosing a flower basket from the photo album, I realized that their equipment is incomplete, they don't have the right flowers and plants, nor the right basket. I chose the plants myself, as well as the small basket that they suggested. I also said to add three branches of white roses to make it more beautiful. They charged $114. I changed one of the plants and because the price was $4 extra, I said I would calculate the pickup time. In the evening of the same day, I regretted and went to take back my order. They had decorated the basket, but with plants that I had not chosen. Only two of the plants were correct, one was left in a small size and the last one, which was my choice and I was supposed to count the extra $4, was removed. For the white roses, they had used old and faded flowers from the shop. They would not return my money. I stood firm and asked for my money back. With an aggressive and very ugly behavior, both the sales lady and the man, I don't know what side he was in, returned the money to my credit card and threw the card at me. I counted the three roses that I had added and they deducted $25 in total and returned the rest. They threw flowers at me. I said: “ Lady, don't throw anything at the customer. These flowers are yours I don’t want them.” I came out of the shop. I ordered this basket for the death of my father that I lost him in my country, who had a small ceremony here at my house

Fantastic experience: My rating is: 4.5 Based on my in store experience buying nursery plant pots. A nice little “all-in-one” plant store without having to drive all the way out to Laval to the big nurseries. They have a little of everything from Mossify moss poles to horticultural soap, nursery pots to cache pots. Most of their tropical plants are in good conditions, some seemed to be neglected. One of the ladies was helpful in getting the proper pot size for my need. Worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: The florist did an amazing job arranging the flowers I picked. She added some leafs around the bouquet which really makes the whole thing stand out compared to other places I have been.

Negative experience: Disapointed, My partner had a flower delivery planned for our anniversary, he ended up having to ruin the surprise as the delivery was still not arrived and it was past the 4pm max delivery schedule. He called and was told that the delivery were late due to mother’s day but it would arrive today. It never did. We woke up today and the flowers were left outside in front of our house, no one rang or knock. No idea when it arrived, probably very early in the morning? but the flowers are not in the greatest condition. Feel like they probably spent the night in the back of a truck. The note my partner had written that was meant to be added to the flowerd was missing. A lot of the flowers arrived very droppy or wrinkled, looking old. I understand that mother ‘s day must be an intense day but this experience felt very disappointing. We also thought that if there was so much delay or issue they would have let clients know?

Positive experience: The delivery service is terrible. Twice they delivered at my mother's with a lot of water in the cellophane paper, their hydrangea wilted instantly, and they never deliver when convenient. When it says "from 10 AM to 2 PM" online, you can be sure you'll get them at 2 PM or later while your guests are eating dessert. I used to order from Westmount Florist but found them a bit expensive of late. I'm going back to them. Delivery was always timely and impeccable. It's sad, because this florist makes nice bouquets. The online platform doesn't say that if you want the flowers by a certain specific time you should call them. But of course, they only tell me this when I call to complain that I always get my delivery at the very last possible minute. Extremely disappointed over this. Never again.

Toutefois, il y a un bocal avec des poissons vivants qui font pitiés: eau trouble et aucune stimulation dans leur bocal et semblent beaucoup trop gros et nombreux pour l’espace qu’ils ont. Il y a probablement des gens qui ont des aquariums qui seraient contents de bien s’en occuper ?

Positive experience: The arrangement I ordered for delivery to a friend turned out to be beautiful. That being said, the reason why I am giving 3 stars (I was hesitant to give 2 stars) is because I requested delivery between 10am-2pm, but the arrangement was only delivered at 3:46pm. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable in this type of industry. I was lucky that my friend was available to accept the delivery at that time but this tardiness could have ruined the whole surprise in sending her this gift.

Negative experience: 2⭐️ Flower arrangement had wilted flowers. Received an arrangement that was nowhere close to what was ordered. I understand that if certain flowers are not available the fleurons r has the right to make a change but this was like a complete different arrangement. It was as if I had asked them for “creative freedom” but asked to respect a colour theme. Staff who answered phone is rude and unprofessional. I was not notified that the flowers for the arrangement I ordered were not available. Other fleurists do this but not this one. They do not honour their delivery times. This fleurist for a 2⭐️ instead of 1⭐️ because the arrangement was full. Beyond disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend only to realize the day of delivery that she was out of town! So I called the store to ask if the delivery could be made to a different address/person instead so they wouldn't go to waste and the person I spoke with was so helpful and accommodating! Not only did they let me change the address but also the delivery time since the person wasn't going to be home until the evening. The flowers were also very beautiful - I ordered the florist's choice and it was a very nice bouquet. Would definitely order from here again!

Negative experience: The lady who was at the counter was very rude not even wanting to respond to my greetings. She tied the ribbon so messy that I had do it myself. A ready made bouquet from grocery store would be cleaner and cheaper.

Negative experience: Je suis très déçue du service après vente, quand je met un budget de près de 100 dollars pour un bouquet de fleur , et que la moitié du bouquet comme les tulipes et les lys blancs reste fermer et commence à pourrir sans jamais s’ouvrir et que l on me dit que tout ça est normal et qu’ils ont fait de leur mieux, je reste très frustrée sur la gestion du service après vente. J’aurais pas mit un tel budget pour un tel rendu! La moindre des choses aurait été un remplacement du bouquet de fleur!

The flower basket here is designed differently from other places, making it even more special. With the creative idea of the florist here, I think the biggest advantage is that you can keep pretty flowers fresh for a long time without having to prepare a separate vase. I visited this flower shop, and it was full of various fresh flowers and flowerpots, so I felt trustworthy. If I were to gift flowers to someone else, I would definitely use this place.

Negative experience: Do not order from this store. They are unreliable and cancel orders at the last minute, even after they have been accepted and paid for. They have also breached my privacy, clearly putting my address in the "To:" line of a mass email to all of the customers they had disappointed in this way. I have been receiving replies from these other customers as a result. I ordered flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. The order was accepted and paid for online. Several hours later - when it was too late to choose another store - they emailed (no text or phone call - extraordinary given the circumstances) with the subject line "Not taking anymore orders for Mother's Day". At first I thought this was strange but fine - my order had already been accepted and paid for. Only in the text of the email did they clarify that they were cancelling my order because they couldn't fulfil it. They offered me a refund, but that is inadequate given they cancelled so late that I could not arrange an alternative in time. In subsequent correspondence, they admitted that they screwed up accepting an order they could not fulfil but refused to offer anything by way of compensation/apology for them being the reason my mother did not receive flowers on Mother's Day when her children have been unable to see her for over a year now.

Negative experience: J'ai acheté deux fleurs au Art et Fleurs. En rentrant, j'ai réalisé qu'une d'entre elles était déjà fânée avec une feuille pourite. Cela ne paraissait pas puisqu'elle était emballée dans un plastique transparent qui empêchait la fleur et les feuilles de s'affaisser. Vous pouvez voir ce à quoi ressemblait la fleur le lendemain de mon achat. L'autre fleur se portait un peu mieux quoique j'aurai espéré que les tiges tiennent plus debout.

They have these little succulents in glass cases that would make a great addition to just about any room. And if your looking for a bonsai, they also have those. Fair prices and very helpful staff

Negative experience: They didn’t respect at all what they show on their web page, not even the vase in which they display their flowers online is the one they actually use, they misused my money

Negative experience: They owe us close to $1000 for deliveries. Not false news... you can't even pay your bills, hence you closed flower depot and opened a new shop with a different name. you even owe money to your suppliers. (edited Sept 12-2020) stop scamming people and sending them used and stolen flowers from other peoples parties.

Negative experience: Bad and disappointing experience. My friend got me a terrarium as gift. I found small flies and centipedes inside. We went back to the store to get it fixed. Two days later when I got home with the ‘new’ terrarium, I still saw the centipedes. 1. It ruined the gift from my friend; 2. They weren’t able to fix the problem; 3. They don’t have a good attitude. When we went back to the store, the lady was literally annoyed. I’ll never go back to the store again.
