Negative experience: The store looks cute from the outside, which is why I decided to check it out. Sadly, the service was unpleasant and the prices were expensive for what it was. I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Unfriendly service. When I asked to make a custom bouquet, the woman working simply pointed at the flowers and told me to choose. I had to open the fridge and take the flowers myself. When I asked about vases, she just pointed to where they were. There were no prices displayed, so I had to ask for them, and she seemed visibly bothered by the questions.

Negative experience: I went to this place with high hopes to get some small bouquet just as a refresher on a gloomy day. I have never been so disappointed with a bouquet like this one!! I cannot believe the time that we are living in these days to pay for such a thing an amount of $35!!!! I’m still in shock! There is no taste, no style, no art whatsoever in this bouquet. I really can’t believe the big scam that we are living and high prices that we pay for nothing in return.

Negative experience: On March 28th, around 6:20 p.m., I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had at this store. I was being kindly assisted by a very helpful staff member who was showing me some tall plants. I had already made my decision when another man, who claimed to be the manager, suddenly interrupted. He told the helpful staff member to leave and unnecessarily told me the price of the plant and pot, even though I didn’t ask. What was worse was his disrespectful and condescending tone, as if I was asking him to give me the plant for free — which I absolutely was not. I was shocked and uncomfortable, but I decided to proceed with my purchase because I needed the plant urgently for a friend’s housewarming party the next day. While the nice staff was wrapping my plant, I showed interest in another flower pot (a phalaenopsis orchid) for my wife. However, the same manager appeared again and, without any courtesy, pointed his finger toward the checkout counter and told me to go there, clearly implying I should leave instead of continuing to browse. I had every intention to purchase more, but after being treated so poorly, I changed my mind. If the manager doesn't want customers to shop, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere — and I hope others who value respectful service will consider doing the same.
