Negative experience: False advertisings, flowers for a birthday delivered 3 days after the birthday and not the same package as ordered. Customer service does not reply either, unreachable.

Negative experience: worst experience ever. Order flowers for February 13 on February 9th. I had absolutely no updates ( exept a confirmation of payment and reception of order) and the flowers where NOT delivered. I tried reaching out multiple times to customer service but I was always disconnected. I reached someone once and told me they would call back. It never happened. Fantastic experience: The customer service representative I dealt with today "Nelly" was great. Very quick to respond and resolve my issue. Unfortunately, Bloomex could not deliver an order when I requested delivery. Their website is misleading. I picked a delivery date, paid for the order and within a few minutes they sent an email updating the delivery date for 2 days later. When I called them, they claimed that the delivery location was too far away to deliver on the date I wanted. They need to update their systems to ensure that they only offer delivery dates that are possible based on the destination.

Negative experience: i ordered flowers from here, and at first they got put on hold stating i needed a occasion for them, which i had put. so i contacted them numerous times on chat, only for them never to answer. i emailed and continued on chat. they then told me they could not deliver to where i wanted as the flowers wouldnt last, yet i thought they could deliver anywhere in canada, as they state they can. eventually after a week of trying to get ahold of them they emailed me i would get a store credit, to which i immedietly said no to, i want my money back, and then there was more back and forth. Finally a lady on the chat names lssa, said she would refund me my full money back to my card. I just got my refund now. I would not order from here again, as they do not fullfill the orders, but the customer service rep who eventually did help me was nice and got it done.

Fantastic experience: Karim listened well, was pleasant and apologetic for the experience I have experienced with Bloomex. He was restricted in how he could help due to the guidelines he had to work within. He was great to deal with; Bloomex is not.

Negative experience: Karim did the best possible, but by then I was disillusioned. One email arrived saying order confirmed, then another asking me to make my mind up as to whether to order or not. I'd understood delivery would be same day but it was next day. I'd ordered a fruit basket which looked lavish and impressive in picture; what arrived was shabby, looking like our fruit-bowl at home when it's high time to hit the supermarket.

Positive experience: I am disappointed that I scheduled and paid for same day delivery and the delivery date was moved to 6 days later. However, Issa provided great customer service and helped me with my inquiries.

Negative experience: Flowers haven’t been delivered on the date I chose. When I inquired they said they’ll deliver them 5 days after the delivery date I chose. No notification. No offer of any compensation. Luckily the people I ordered for will still be in town on that date.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my amazing experience with Karim. I always order my flowers through you for my mom in Quebec. I kept getting emails to complete my order yet I knew you had all the details so I called and got Karim. He is the nicest, friendliest gentleman that you could ever ask for over the phone. He explained that the delivery would be Tuesday instead of Monday and that was fine with me. We spoke in both languages and he was wonderful in both. I was a supervisor in a call centre before I retired and I would not have hesitated to hire him on for my team! Congratulations on having such incredible staff. Your front line staff represents your company. If you have a bad experience with them, as a customer, that will be your perception of the company. The company I worked for understood this and took the time to really train their call centre staff and paid them extremely well too. I truly hope that Bloomex realizes this too and pays staff like Karim what they truly deserve.

(I couldn't call Bloomex cuz your spam phone calls were flagged on my phone and so I could not place the call). Anyway the agent helped me resolve the problem of my order. They confirmed the one order and cancelled the other for me. I am very satisfied with the resolution of my issue.
