Negative experience: I have just received delivery of a basket of flowers, for my work colleague, and the roses were quite wiltered, and its a cold day, they had been watered prior to delivery, however I cant see them lasting very long at all, this is the second lot of flowers we have had delivered like this

We were complete novices, but the team were great at talking you through each stage and providing guidance - ended up with a beautiful unique wreath, and have already recommended to people for next year!

Positive experience: I have used Oops! A Daisy a few times as I live local. I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Mother’s Day expecting a high quality arrangement as always, Unfortunately on this occasion considering the cost the flowers and Bee jar they weren’t upto par with usual standards. Flowers looking tired and dying after only a day sadly. The owner of Oops a Daisy was very apologetic and stated that as it was Mother’s Day they were very busy, they went out of their way to get me a new bouquet for my wife by way of apology. I would still use Oops a Daisy as they have always been brilliant. Not the perfect experience this time round but a good resolution in the end.

Negative experience: 2 nd visit to this store and 2nd disappointment , asked if they could do a bouquet and was told no we aren’t doing them at the moment, which is understandable as they were busy but no real interest in assisting to put an arrangement together, after speaking to other people they had similar experiences , dissapointing

Fantastic experience: What a great service! I order some flowers for my uncles funeral at the last minute after being let down by another florist. When I called Oops A Daisy, they were friendly and professional, and they were very calm when I was in a bit of a panic about it all. The wreath was perfect and it was delivered in time for the funeral. I appreciate their help so much and would order through them again if I ever need flowers.

Fantastic experience: I have passed Oops A Daisy many times and I decided to select a bouquet from their website to be delivered to my elderly aunt as a Christmas gift. My aunt has just phoned me to say she has received a large display of flowers in a glass vase with water. She was extremely delighted with the selection and colours. She said the delivery lady was very friendly and helpful placing the vase in the kitchen as it was very heavy. My thanks to the florist.

Negative experience: Would not ever visit oops a daisy again! Better customer service at Tesco, a particular staff member was so rude when asking for assistance stating we are really busy in an obnoxious tone, understanding it’s Christmas I asked if I should come back later. When asking a price range I stated a number to which the response followed again in an obnoxious tone was “you won’t get anything for that price” the tone was so unnecessary and my business was clearly not welcomed, I myself am not a florist and am not aware of prices for flowers so gave my price range and we could work around that and the stated prices, I will never be visiting oops a daisy again and suggest you don’t! Big focus on online orders and a decrease in in person purchases. Shame as I would have liked a more personalised choice of flowers after all isn’t that why you go to a florist for the quality and personalisation. Hope this staff member has some training in people skills something they clearly lack. I ended up walking out of the store without making a purchase and have now found a smaller local florist that is more in like with my values.

Trying to organise a surprise for my partner whilst away on an operational tour with her army, I ordered flowers to her work. However, the reception at her workplace denied the delivery and Nick was unable to deliver it. He took it upon himself to drive 25 MILES to my partners home address to deliver them there. I was gobsmacked when I eventually got the news and to say my partner was overwhelmed was an understatement. I quote her 'it is easily the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen'. Fantastic experience: Thank you for the flowers for my mum and dad’s 54th anniversary. They went to Lake Windermere where they had always wanted to go and came to these.

Negative experience: My partner and I visited the Norwich shop on 13th August for a consultation for our wedding. However, over 5 weeks later and we still have not received a quote after being told that we would receive it only a couple days after the consultation. We have called them on 2 different occasions since and have only been told ‘I will chase it up with my boss’. Very disappointed, we will no longer be going with Oops a Daisy and will instead find another florist

The team are so friendly and helpful and great at showing you all the tricks of the trade and how to create a lovely wreath. Fantastic experience: We recently used Oops a Daisy Florist to provide all the wedding flowers for our daughter's wedding.The bouquets provided matches our daughter's wishes for a country barn style perfectly.The font decoration at the church,the top table decoration and the decoration of our 2 milk churns at the entrance to the marquee were "WOW" All the rest of the flowers were also amazing and included button holes,bouquets,bridal headband,corsages etc. They filled all of daughters vases she had chosen with gorgeous arrangements of flowers for the tables. Negative experience: I had some flowers delivered yesterday for Valentine’s Day and they are totally rubbish they were in a box and look like they had been slung together I took them out and put them in a vase and found they are NOT fresh flowers some of them are drooping and the 2 lilies have had the stems cut and put in a plastic stem which looks awful and there was more greenery than flowers. They will be dead by the weekend
