Fantastic experience: Carys Flower Shop is without question my favourite flower shop in Norwich. What makes it so special is first and foremost their selection — they always have beautiful seasonal flowers, but the choice of shades, textures and varieties is genuinely exquisite. If you enjoy creating bouquets with depth and interesting colour combinations, this place is an absolute dream. The quality is also exceptional. My flowers from there regularly last up to four weeks with proper care, which says a lot about how fresh everything is. The peonies I bought there this May have behaved marvelously well and lasted incredibly long in my arrangements ✨️✨️. On top of that, the staff and owners are wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and generous with advice. They’ve taught me several tricks for caring for flowers properly, and you can really feel their passion for what they do. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more ☺️.

Fantastic experience: Due to my living in the Midlands, I was looking for a florist in the Norwich area to deliver flowers to my recently ill brother and our sister-in-law, who live just outside Norwich. I came across Cary's Flowers on the internet. I spoke with Cary, who confirmed she would be able to deliver the bouquet today, which I was grateful for. My brother and sister-in-law telephoned me this afternoon and confirmed they had received the most beautiful bouquet delivered by Gary. (They forwarded a photo of the bouquet to me, and the flowers are stunning.) Thank you, Cary and Gary; it has been greatly appreciated by my family and me.

Fantastic experience: I found Cary's flowers from a google search of same day delivery flowers on Saturday the 7th September after being let down on delivery by an online retailer. I managed to place an online order before the 11am cut off but the email response stated that although the order had been placed funds hadn't been taken. I panicked a little so gave them a call, a lovely lady explained the process to me and that they confirm all the details first, explained that they needed to make a few substitutions due to stock for my order if that was OK (it was) and processed it all for me there and then. My order was delivered that afternoon and the recipient was very impressed. The delayed order from the other retailer was also delivered that day as a Royal mail worker took pity on the situation and the comparison between the two orders speaks volumes. I will be returning to Cary's from now on for all of my orders.

She even sent me a photo of the finished product. Negative experience: Not a great experience, I was hoping for pre made boquet with a price comparable with other vendors. Instead I was made to feel like a hindrance and was sold 6 roses and two fern (fillers). Admittedly this was late Christmas eve but I feel completely overcharged for what I received. Based on this experience I won't be going back and will walk the extra 2 minutes to m&s.
