Fantastic experience: We first used Elizabeth’s for our wedding flowers back in August 2025, and they absolutely smashed it. I couldn’t have been happier with my bouquet—it was everything I had hoped for and more. We also had bridesmaids’ bouquets, buttonholes, and even mini buttonholes for our two page boys, all of which were perfect. Hollie completely understood the assignment, and I never doubted her for a second. More recently, we reached out again, this time under much more difficult circumstances while planning our baby boy’s funeral. We wanted something very unique and special—a stingray made from flowers, inspired by his teddy, along with his name. We knew this wouldn’t be a simple request, but we trusted Hollie completely. When we saw the flowers on the morning, we were honestly lost for words. She exceeded every expectation we had. His name was absolutely beautiful and even included flowers from my wedding bouquet, which meant so much to us. The stingray… it looked exactly like his teddy We didn’t even expect it to be 3D, but it was, and it was just out of this world. If we could have kept it forever, we would have. All of our family and friends commented on how incredible it was. For our son’s final journey, he had his ray with him the whole way, and that means everything to us. Hollie has such an incredible talent, but also such kindness and compassion. She told us to message her if we ever needed anything, and during such an emotional time, that meant more than words can say. We feel so lucky to have found Elizabeth’s. Thank you for creating something so meaningful and beautiful—we will never forget it.

Fantastic experience: Wedding flowers We had such a great experience with Elizabeth’s from start to finish. In the initial meeting, Holly took the time to go through everything in detail and really helped us choose the right flowers and style for our day, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Every arrangement was thoughtfully put together and fit perfectly with our theme. We were also really impressed with how well the flowers lasted—they looked fresh and vibrant all day and beyond. Fantastic experience: Is ok nice fresh flowers, which reflect in prices.

Negative experience: The bouquet was beautiful, but only for two days. After paying 160 pounds, the flowers turned brown after two days. Flowers bought from Tesco for 5 pounds last longer.

Fantastic experience: Bought a Christmas tree here right at the begining of December. It has survived Christmas and new year so well it seems a shame getting rid of it. They delivered it too, which was excellent.

Its such a lovely & beautiful Florist shop, and the Staff are always there if you need their help, so lovely. The lovely Staff did this Flower bouquet for me what I wanted, they did for me, its absolutely beautiful, all the effort they put in that is just incredible.

Negative experience: Very poor service, failed to execute my request for delivery by certain time and had to chase them when that time had passed and no apology for not informing me they didn't offer the service I requested. Flowers only average ,poor value for money. Will not use them again. Since posting the above they have apologised for their oversight and offered full refund and further flowers as compensation, which is a very generous gesture. So perhaps feel my case was a very isolated case.

The man behind the phone was extremely helpful and honestly couldnt of done more to make sure i got what i needed in time. Fantastic experience: The floral tributes created for my late husband's funeral were wonderful. The large floral tribute in autumn colours was absolutely beautiful and many people commented on it. It was also very long lasting and I managed to fill a couple of vases with some of the flowers after I had dismantled the arrangement some time later. The other arrangements which were made were also excellent including the more simple table centre pieces for the wake. The ordering process was made easier by the friendly, patient and helpful staff member and I would happily recommend Elizabeth's.

I don’t know a lot about flowers but Hollie helped me pick my perfect flowers to go with the theme I was looking for. When I saw images of the flowers and them put together on an email I loved them but to then see them in person, I cant explain! I would highly recommend !

From the start, Hollie was professional and very knowledgable of what she does. She made us feel at ease. She shared suggestions but always insisted we went with whatever I was leaning towards. During the lead up to the wedding, they were helpful and nothing was too much trouble to adjust. On the day, they arranged the flowers in the venue perfectly. The bouquets came up in a brilliant box with six different slots filled with water - very clever and so easy to keep the flowers fresh on the way home!! Hollie was again so friendly and even went down and sent me photos of the venue as I couldn’t go and see myself. I was wowed by the final look! The flowers were our main feature and they were beautiful After the wedding, our families got to take some flowers home with them. They lasted a week (or longer for some!). Fantastic experience: We chose Elizabeths the Florists for the flowers to go on top of the coffin as when asked for suggestions the funeral directors said it was popular with their customers. Managed to park in the bay near to the shop and when we asked about ordering funeral flowers the lovely young lady directed us to a table with chairs and gave us a brochure to look through. The flowers that I had already seen online and thought suitable were not in the brochure but as soon as I described she got a laptop and said they were a new line so not in brochure yet. We wanted it a four foot double ended spray which was not a problem and examples of blooms shown to us. On the day of funeral the flowers looked lovely and mum would have loved them. Found Elizabeths friendly, helpful, reliable and professional at all times and lovely flowers on the day. Highly recommended.

They were great value for money compared to some of the other florists we received quotes from, and were incredibly easy and efficient to work with. The flowers were beautiful and met the brief, and they arrived on time and as expected despite it being out of season for many of the flowers and in the middle of the Christmas holiday season. Fantastic experience: I was giving a bouquet of beautiful flowers , from Elizabeth's, 2-days ago and I'm so pleased with him they are beautiful. The sad part is, my mother was given a box on the same day and hers oave all died, within ,1 and 2-days ,but she will contact shop , althought, they were a present and she doesn't want the person who gave them, to know they died. I hope she can get this sorted out.

I had just had another experience with a local florist which was not great, so I was a little bit ‘on my guard’. Trish, was the perfect person, answered all my questions and suggested a few ideas herself. Brilliant, good old fashioned service. You are now the ONLY florist I will use, by the way the flowers were gorgeous! What a lovely 30th Anniversary we had.

Fantastic experience: We used Elizabeth's for flowers for our wedding in July 2021. We contacted them quite close to the wedding but they were still able to help us. We had some top table arrangements and some rose arrangements for the tables. We had a fairly informal day and wanted lots of colour. Fantastic experience: My order for a delivery to the NR2 postal area of Norwich was placed in New Zealand on Fri 11th Jun and was delivered promptly on the morning of Monday 14th Jun (approx 2 hours ago). Apologies to the driver, but the little dog that barked at him thinks that she is a Rottweiler. The recipient of the flowers (Red Roses, Proteas & Astrantia), was delighted with the bouquet, which were truly beautiful - the vase completed the package, and was also beautiful.
