Fantastic experience: You can depend on Nicole for fresh and beautiful flowers. This wonderful display has just arrived on my doorstep c/o Nicole and my daughter who lives in Canada.

Fantastic experience: With my train departing at 10:00 and me arriving to the station with 5 minutes to spare, Flowers Nicole managed to make up a lovely bouquet for Mother’s Day still leaving me time to find a nice seat on the train. Thank you!

Negative experience: Staff here are nice and understanding and I will add the basket is nice, but when a member of staff called to say some flowers had been arranged for delivery by someone for my mothers funeral (the day before mother's day) as we chatted I explained that we had not only lost my mum, but another very close family member only a week before too so it had been a difficult time all round. A few days later I thought if they are delivering anyway i would do my part for the environment and order ours from there too for delivery the same day, i spoke to the same member of staff and she said she would arrange for Nicole to call me, at 1st Nicole did offer condolences for the loss of my mother, but went on to reminded me in nearly every sentence that she was very busy because it would be mothers day week, i even said that's OK I completely understood and if she couldn't do the flowers then I would happily go elsewhere, I was only calling because I knew they would already be delivering, again she reminded me it was mothers day weekend and if we could collect that would be great, I explained I didn't want to, I really didn't want the extra job at this time, didn't want to add onto our list when we would have things to do that morning as it was, what with friends and family coming too, so she said i should collect the day before, when I said thinking out loud "well I guess I could, but really didn't want to" she just bamboozled me completely and ignored everything I said, I really have no idea how i ended up agreeing to collect, i let her walk all over me and over what i was saying as i was upset, but she took complete advantage! I know i could have cancelled, but the other flowers had been ordered which I'm guessing she now wasn't going to deliver, the whole thing made a difficult time very upsetting, I know its just flowers and in the great scheme of things it's something small, but no mention of the delivery charge our family member had paid already and the constantly insensitive from a florist who must be used to dealing with clients at difficult times, she just seemed very cold !! When I collected the flowers, the 2 ladies on the stand were obviously quite upset as I explained what happened, I now have to go to the church earlier tomorrow to deliver flowers that had had delivery arranged, I also have my mums flowers now sat here in my home !! Would never use them again, and would sadly never recommend them, there are some very lovely florist in Norwich.. try Elizabeth's!

The flowers are so fresh it is beyond belief...perfectly and, lovingly arranged...Aw they are something else. Positive experience: Very professional up until 2 weeks before our wedding when me and my husband were placed on block and was ignored when we needed to ask some questions. Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday from Australia. Everthing went very smoothly and Mum loved the arrangement.. Edit August 2022. I ordered flowers again through Nicole for Mum’s Birthday. A few days before they were due to be delivered Mum had a fall and was in hospital for quite a while. This was no problem for Nicole. She put the order on hold and when Mum came out she changed the bouquet into a happy birthday /get well soon arrangement. 1st class service. I give you and extra star if I could.

Fantastic experience: After weighing up several options we decided to go with Flowers by Nicole for our wedding as the reviews, photos and way the information was provided on the social media pages really appealed to us. We quickly arranged a meeting with Nicole, which in the middle of the area reopening up due to Covid restrictions was not the easiest, yet Nicole went out of her way to do just that. We met with her outdoors and despite it starting to rain we were able to talk through our ideas and be expertly advised. Nicole really understood what we were looking for and was so flexible with our requirements. We had previously met with a different florist and the vibe we got from them was completely different to what we had with Nicole. She made us feel comfortable, knowledgeable about what we wanted and was very friendly and supportive. We had wanted to include Lilly of the Valley into our arrangements and despite them being out of season Nicole was able to source these for us. She provided great ideas of which flowers would work well with these, but also fit our purple colour scheme. When we mentioned that we were incorporating geometric shapes within the aesthetics of our event Nicole suggested and managed to provide some handmade geometric elements into our flowers. Nicole gave us a detailed quote following our meeting and this was happily within our budget. Nicole met with us again in the weeks building up the day and we went through the final arrangements. On the day of the wedding Nicole dropped flowers off for my bride and her bridal party before heading over to provide myself with the flowers for myself and our guests. She even went as far as to help pin my boutonniere on my suit jacket. She then headed to the venue where she took care of all of the flower arrangements and cake flowers and had them ready in plenty of time for our arrival and they looked amazing. We had 2 tall vases and several small vases on the table with a display piece and decorations on our wedding cake – each was done with a real care and eye for detail. All the flowers themselves were beautiful – the bouquets, the boutonnieres and the room arrangements. It’s a shame that cut flowers are so fleeting as they were truly stunning. We’re so happy that we hired Flowers by Nicole and would definitely recommend for weddings and other events.

We live in the states, and my wife is from Norwich and had nearly forgotten Mothers Day in the U.K. I found this website at 5:30pm the night before Mother’s Day a time when most shops were closed, not taking orders online, or completely booked. I was able to place a last minute order and they delivered ‘the nicest bunch of fresh, vibrant flowers’ right on Mother’s Day. We also didn’t have to spend a ton making it happen, they were very reasonably priced. We couldn’t be more pleased.
