Fantastic experience: What an amazing service I received from The Ivy. From start to finish, I was listened to, considered and my wishes were adhered to EXACTLY! I wanted a very specific series of arrangements, every part of the flowers were beautifully done and were everything I had imagined they would be! I absolutely recommend The Ivy!!!

This first pic is the £30 bright bouquet in a bag sent on a friend's birthday, she loved it and I think it's stunning. Second set of flowers final 3 pics, , another beautiful arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday, simply stunning. £50 this time and it's big and beautiful

Fantastic experience: This morning I got an email from eFlorist saying they cancelled my order because they’ve had too many orders. Being let down like this on a Valentine’s Day, I called this company in panic and the ladies were not only incredibly helpful and nice, but they also managed to accommodate my very last minute request on what must be the busiest day of the year for them. I’m extremely grateful and definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: I ordered a 4' casket spray. I asked for pink roses with gypsophelia. I told them my mum liked pastel shades, like baby pink and baby blue. The result was absolutely beautiful. With baby pink and blue. Even the foliage was pale green. It was just what was in my minds eye. Spot on. Perfect service. Fresh flowers. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Having used this company before, I find their unwillingness to deliver flowers staggering, because my address is too far for them to drive. Their reputation remains in tatters in my eyes. Good luck if you find yourself wanting to use this company in the future.

We used her for our wedding flowers just short of 15 years ago and have recommended her to a number of other friends Such is the care of this florist that every wedding anniversary they’re on the ball to have the exact same flowers put together for a bouquet that my wife had on our wedding day I will continue using them again and again and have no hesitation in recommending their service Value for money, fantastic service and a product that no other florist I’ve used over the years can compete with
