Fantastic experience: Zinnia created a casket spray for my husband's funeral - the flowers were absolutely stunning - I had asked for pink and purple shades as these were his favourite colours and they produced a wonderful display. Thank you Zinnia for cheering a rather sad day.

Negative experience: The customer service today was disgraceful. We collected a wreath today no card or mounting. Bearing in mind the funeral is not held locally, (we are on our journey to say goodbye.) On my enquiry regarding this the person answering my call (on numerous occasions) would only say it’s not my problem I didn’t take the order!!! What on earth has happened to team work. Disgraceful attitude.

Negative experience: I sent my sister a bouquet in water TUB box plus a 65th birthday Balloon. When my sister sent me a photo of them I was disappointed of how many flowers there were or also they forgot the balloon. I received a bouquet from my daughter same amount of money from a different florist and there were more flowers than greenery. The yellow roses only lasted just 7 days mine are still blooming Won't be using Zinnia again.

The ordering process was very easy and I was sent a photo of the flowers by someone at the funeral which were beautiful. I then received confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. Fantastic experience: I ordered two floral sheaves for my dad's funeral. Each of them contained super fresh flowers and foliage. The crematorium where dad's funeral service was held has a Green policy that encourages the family to take floral tributes home with them. Over a week later, the blooms are still looking lovely and are brightening my home at what has been a bleak time. Thank you Zinnia for providing such beautiful floral tributes for my dear dad.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte made truly outstanding bouquets and two large centre pieces for our August wedding. She was so professional and really took the time to understand what we wanted from our flowers and had great knowledge of seasonal florals. She always had time for us whenever we had any questions. I would thoroughly recommend Zinnia for wedding florals, Charlotte came to drop the bouquets on our wedding morning and I couldn't have been happier with them! They also set up the florals in our venue of Hazel Gap in the morning. The flowers lasted a long time after the wedding and we were able to share them with our family members which was lovely. Fantastic experience: Our wedding flowers from Zinnia were perfect! The process couldn't have been easier, we sent across a few images of bouquets we liked and trusted the team to put something beautiful together. The flowers were delivered on the morning of the wedding, they were so fresh and continued to look great for the whole day (we still have some in a vase over a week later!)

Fantastic experience: We wanted to send flowers to a dear old lady who lives over 100 miles from our home town. Our preference is to support small local companies. Google search provided several florist within the area of Bingham and we are so glad we selected Zinnia florist. The online site was very easy to use with an excellent choice of flowers for every occasion. Payment was straightforward and we were kept updated with our order. We selected the florist choice traditional bouquet and weren't disappointed. The flowers arrived promptly on the alloted day and were well received . The colours, we believe were absolutely perfect for the lady in question. We would in the future use Zinnia florist and also recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I bought flowers from Zinnia for my girlfriend as I wanted to surprise her and ive never used a florist before so took a chance. I also didn't tell her about it being delivered to her place so it would be a great surprise when she opens the door and when that time came she wasn't disappointed at all. These guys professionally put together a great set of flowers (pictured) with a hand written card and delivered with a smile too ‍♂️ I can't recommend Zinnia floral enough! Fantastic experience: Charlotte did an amazing job on our wedding flowers, from start to finish she was a delight to work with. Shes such a nice person and you can tell that she puts so much thought into every single bouquet down to the type of flower and colour. We told Charlotte our colour scheme and my favourite flowers and she built the flowers up from there and they were perfect on the day. For the wedding we ordered quite a range of flowers from Zinnia and each one was so beautifully made from the hanging heart on the door to the little bouquets on the chairs, she can do it all. Negative experience: Ordered flowers from the website for a friend's birthday - they were delivered quickly but the rest was disappointing unfortunately. Bouquet looked nothing like the picture on the website - different colours, inferior variety of roses, lack of foliage and poor arrangement - see pics below for what we got vs what it was supposed to look like and you can decide for yourself. Felt ripped off for 45 quid plus delivery. Contacted the florist who stated (1) they didn't have time to get the correct flowers - even though I ordered specifically from their range of same day flowers, well before the cut off time (2) flower prices are high because we are between Valentine's and Mother's Day (3) we were supposedly given extra (inferior) roses to make up for other missing items and (4) that I should order a few days in advance if I want it to look like the picture on the website - even though it was from their same day range. I won't be ordering from them again.

They were perfect, and exceeded my expectations. They managed to track down orchids of the correct colour and even added crystals to the centre of the roses like the bouquet - a touch id not even considered!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Flowers look as good a week later as the day they were delivered! Highly recommend them.

Quality poor and value for money, 4 x lilies, two other stems and foliage came to £26.50. Will not recommend anyone to buy flowers from this shop, I appreciate that shops have got to earn a living, but felt well and truly ripped off just 4 days before Christmas. Will never shop or recommend anyone buying flowers from this florist in future.

Negative experience: My husband bought me flowers from here for our wedding anniversary and I was so disappointed with them. I was extremely upset for my husband because he wanted to surprise me. I don’t like the thought of him being ripped off. Seriously they were half dead when he brought them home 5 mins drive away in the car. The red roses were beautiful but the rest had to be thrown away the next day. Flowers usually last at least a week. They weren’t cheap either. Will stick to M & S next time. You would think with all the competition they would buck their ideas up. If we get ripped off once that’s it, no second chances. Will NOT be going back again.
