Negative experience: Shop is really nice but would not buy anything from here because the owner is rude and has a really bad attitude. Also she was extremely rude and forceful a few years back when my elderly mother asked her about prices of wreaths.

Fantastic experience: This shop is just amazing. They have sorted me out at last minute on 2 occasions. One the anniversary of my brothers death. Then last minute made a bouquet up for my mum and delivered within the hr all the way to kirkby in Ashfield. Then the day of my dad's funeral I ordered a flower arrangement from poppy's in bulwell because that was where the rest of flowers where being done. However I asked to send me photo on the day so I could show my mum what she had ordered. However they was just not good enough. So bad. I had to cancel that order and rang this flower shop. 1 hr before the funeral. Just wow. They was so so good. Sorted it and help me above and beyond. I will only ever use these going forward. Thank u so much for the best service u all give. Can't thank u enough.

Fantastic experience: Boutique Flowers of Nottingham provided the flowers for my wedding at Oddhouse Farm on 8th June 2024. I requested that they contain eucalyptus (to match the designs of our invitations), roses and gypsophilia. For colours, I had requested that they contain white and peach/orange tones (to match the bridesmaids dresses). I was delighted with the arrangements they provided - they were absolutely gorgeous! I had asked for a bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, a basket of flowers for the flower girl, table decorations for the wedding breakfast and button holes for the men. They arrived on the morning of the wedding in good time before the ceremony and looked stunning when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Boutique Flowers of Nottingham as a fabulous wedding florist!

Negative experience: Used for one wedding and paid deposit for second, first wedding flowers arrived 30 mins before the service via courier and venue had to set up with guests waiting outside. Paid deposit for second wedding but was never contacted by florist to complete order, I cannot recommend this florist by any standard. Update: it seems the florist were unable to contact my younger daughter on the number they had, however, they did manage to contact my eldest daughter within two hours of this review being posted .

Negative experience: Not the cheapest by a long chalk, at £45 delivered( half of a mile)I expected better for a Mother’s Day bouquet. Three pink roses two already showing signs of drying out with petal edges crinkly and a lot of greenery. And three Lilly’s who nearly a fortnight later have refused to open out and are done for. The wife pampered them, watered and fed them as she always does. Yet the show is, shall we just say very disappointing. I’ve attached a photo of the three Lilly’s that never came to anything. It’s not the first time. I bought overpriced bouquet when it was Scrumpy’s. And these were short lived. My son paid half this from Morrisons and they left them in the dark. Lesson learned, needless to say, I won’t be back.
