Negative experience: If i could give NO stars i would. ⚠️I DO NOT RECOMMEND⚠️ this flower shop at all, their prices are 'massively' inflated!!! And that is coming from a retired florist myself. Please take a look at the photos I have uploaded.....You will see, the smallest and cheapest rose you can buy on the market AND to top it off, its not even new or fresh!.. it probably has a day or two left, if that! they want to charge £2 per rose!...plus charge you extra for the greenery and wrap and whatever eles they can get away with charging you for!!!...... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! With a whole cold room full of flowers their was NO NEED to be greedy! Customer satisfaction should always come first, its what ensures returning customers!! I PAID THE £4 for a dead small rose and left, NEVER TO RETURN again! NOTE to anyone reading this, there is still some hope out there for GOOD honest independent florists who values their customers over the greedy £££....... JUST NOT THIS ONE!!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Sanita to order our wedding flowers. We looked through her book and found a design I liked. My partner found a colour he liked for the groomsmen. We popped in a couple of times in the lead up to add people onto the buttonholes etc and check in with colours, delivery. Sanita called me the night before to show me some of the colours and I loved it all. When they arrived I was blown away, they were beautiful. I was so so happy with the florals she had done.

We always buy flowers here, not only for the flowers but also for the excellent service. I recently got a fabulous Halloween bouquet. All our guests were amazed by it. Fantastic experience: I got married on the 7th March of this year and Sanita did my flowers for the event. I’ve got to say I was thrilled with the results! I simply told Sanita the colours I wanted and the sort of bouquets I wanted and she did the rest. The displays and bouquets she and her team made were better than I had pictured in my mind. They were very well made and a joy to look at. The overall cost was inexpensive and I’m very pleased with her work. Thank you to Sanita and her team!

Negative experience: I will not be reordering from this store as When I was in the store Sanita was very standoffish. Her tone of voice was not great. Not the kind of customer service you except for a 1st time customer . I wish i had got flowers from a supermarket and taken them myself for less than half the price than the bouquet i ordered for £35

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, we will use them again, they went above and beyond creating a fantastic coffin spray for uncle, who loved creating new cocktails. We could not recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Purchased a delivery, the adress was correct but the guard only knew her by a different phrase, chi chi. So they said the address was wrong. So I sent phone numbers etc. no response from them other than an email saying to contact them on the page below which is why I posting who won star They said to pay for the delivery again but never sent me a way to pay for the extra delivery charge

I was looking for flowers for a fourth date and the owner very kindly helped me choose a bunch of flowers. She was curious about the occasion and when I explained to her; she prompted me to go for some local grown flowers and paired them with peonies. Negative experience: Your tone toward customers—who spend so much money on your products—needs to change. I also noticed how you speak to your staff. I wasn’t in a great state of mind at the time, as I was grieving a loss and needed the flowers immediately. You were polite on the phone, but when I arrived at the shop, your body language and tone shifted. As a Muslim woman who wears a scarf, I felt deeply uncomfortable. I’m not the only one; other Muslim women in hijabs have visited your shop and felt similarly treated. When people are paying for your services, the least you can do is provide respectful customer service.

Fantastic experience: I rang Sanita’s flowers today and ordered a bouquet to be delivered to an old friend’s wife who had been through a tough time recently. They were delivered this afternoon and I have been sent of photo of the flowers by the recipient. They looked lovely. Fantastic experience: We visited Sanita’s Flowers on Friday afternoon after my dad (very last minute!) decided he wanted to get my mum a bouquet for their 50th wedding anniversary. We explained what we were looking for, and while there were some beautiful pre-made bouquets available, the florist was more than happy to create something bespoke with gold accents to mark the special occasion. What really stood out was how much thought she put into it – we truly felt she was genuinely interested in making something meaningful and memorable. We were asked to return in about 20 minutes, and when we came back, we were absolutely blown away. The bouquet was stunning – beautifully arranged, elegant, and perfect for such an important milestone. My mum was over the moon. Warm, friendly service and such clear talent. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went in this morning to enquire about available options for a last minute wreath or flowers for a funeral. As it is only in a couple of days I knew my options were limited. Unfortunately someone very close to me passed away in the family and, myself, as well as most of the rest of the family, only recently found out- the little family that knew having the funeral and everything without telling us. I cannot express how much this wreath means to me, as I plan to use it in our own little funeral ceremony at the grave. That these amazing women were able to put together the most beautiful heart wreath, in our loved ones favourite colours for the same day was unbelievable and had me tearing up. Cannot promote them enough. She would have adored this. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I want to personally thank the incredible service provided by Sanitas Flowers, my gran passed away and even though it was out of hours I emailed SF's asking for a flower letter arrangement and a posy for the next day. They rung me the next day and said they will be able to do it for me. They were so caring and even when I got confused about what I ordered they were patient and sorted it out for me. Both were beautiful arrangements of fresh quality flowers and I'll always be grateful.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing flowers! Sanita did our wedding flowers and all I can say is wow! Honestly the best flowers I’ve ever seen and she was just amazing! These flowers got so many compliments from all our guests and suppliers! The bouquets lasted around 2 weeks after the wedding so just shows how fresh and amazing quality they are! The smell when you walked into the reception room was just incredible, it smelt just like you were at the florist! If you’re looking for wedding/birthday/occasion flowers then look no further! Negative experience: I came to Sanita's to enquire about having a bride bouquet made and I am very shocked at how myself and my mother was spoken to by Sanita herself. We kindly asked about the type of flowers that would be used and she said it varies within season, which I understand but we also know there are flowers available all year round, so asked if she could just put some flowers together just so I could have an idea of what it would look like on my special day, and her response was 'you want my time then you will have to pay' and continued stating 'my time is money', as if to say we have to pay for every minute we speak with her. What we requested would only take a few minutes. On top of that she stated my mother was controlling for having an opinion on my bouquet which she is perfectly entitled to. This is not how you speak to paying customers. Very rude and clearly a person of greed. Went elsewhere that was cheaper and the person was not offensive! Let me respond to all of your false accusations: You say that I 'continuously refused to book in and would show up as and when you please' and 'demanding to be given a consultation on the spot as well as free samples of our flowers'. You have never told us before that we needed a consultation, that day was the first time we had heard of it. We simply came into the shop to discuss a bridal bouquet with you, if a customer cannot do that then why is your shop door open? I have never bullied or harassed you in your shop, if that was the case, then you would have ensured that I leave the premises there and then, not after I leave a review you decide that I will not be allowed in the shop. I will put your mind at rest, I was not going to attend after that day anyway. In regards to Sanita's comments about my mother, she became personal and inappropriate. About our last order, Sanita made a mistake and went back to the shop to put it right. Regarding your last paragraph, it confirms the attitude we received on the day, so I advise you strongly to go to a course to learn about customer care.

As well as amazing competitive prices. This lady definitely knows her trade.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers and was told the would be delivered to the funeral directors on the Wednesday morning before 10.30…. Not having done my card message. So on Tuesday emailed a message for my late friend to go with the flowers, only to be told the flowers had gone that day! So no message and no call to say flowers were going early! Very poor service and so was asked to ring the funeral directors in the morning to sort it. Even the funeral director said it was terrible they didn’t do that for me. Won’t be using again EVER

Negative experience: Dead as a door nail. 18th feb and look at my Valentine’s Day flowers. They were conditioned and topped up with water in a cool room. Poor value and questionable floristry.

Fantastic experience: I asked Sanita to make me a plain door wreath for Christmas. This is exactly what I asked for. - see photo-It still looks lovely so have re hung in my back garden.I had so many people complimenting it and asking where I got it from Sanita never fails to please.she is always my ‘go to’ place for flower’s whatever the occasion.Even visiting her shop and checking out her plants and flowers is a pleasure. Positive experience: I gave 4 stars because of how I got the flowers is how I had to travel for 3hrs on a train with it in my hand, their packaging need improvement, but over all my experience with them was good could be better, I order the flowers for same day with in 2hrs for a funeral and they were beautiful but the roses could of been younger.

Fantastic experience: I found this a great place to visit for some really special flowers, the lady that served me was absolutely understanding and more than helpful. I must say though that it was disappointing that I was totally ignored by other members of staff I was stood waiting and another couple came in and was served straight away before me. But to be honest I am grateful I got the lady I waited for as I obviously feel i wouldn't of received the same service. Just wish I could have got her name.

Negative experience: I came to this shop twice and in both occasions, staff are unhelpful about prices. I feel like they’re thinking they’re in an LA boutique that when you about prices, you can’t afford it. The staff probably need training on treating customers all equal. The last time I came I asked how much some artificial flowers were. Some have price marks but others haven’t. The young lady on the counter who probably needs manner lessons more than trading standard rules sought some help but the older lady there just looked at me from head to toe and almost said no by gesture. So the rude young lady asked why I need faux flowers when they could be more expensive. So I clarified if they’re not for sale, she said they’re not! Ignorant to say the least.

Negative experience: Totally unimpressed. I orded a spray of flowers for a funeral of a very close friend of mine. As the flowers were put on display at the committal i felt utterly embarrassed as the flowers looked half dead and partly like they had been crushed. The note that had been written with the flowers had been carelessly scribbled also. I think this is completely disgusting for this to happen, especially for a funeral not to mention the £45.00 I paid for them plus the £4.50 delivery to the funeral directors which is less than a mile up the road. Totally careless. I do not recommend.

They arrived. Looked beautiful. I have now moved to Nottingham and needed a present for a friend's engagement party. I remembered Sanitas Flowers so took a walk to Sherwood. First time in the flower shop. Wow! Very pretty. I met Sanita herself and she was lovely and told me the name of the bouquet I ordered was named after her daughter. I loved this added person touch. I picked the bouquet up at the arranged time. All ready for me. They were stunning. My friend sent me a photo 8 days after receiving them and some stems are blooming. Still looks beautiful. Will be returning! 3rd photo was sent to me after 8 days.

Positive experience: The flower arrangement is very nice but the delivery time is rubbish. I have put a note on the delivery time if it could be done in the morning. I have received an email about the confirmation of my order nothing about any issue of the requested delivery preference. I rang the Sanitas they initially said it was delivered but when I insisted it wasn't then they realised it was sitting in their shop. So I have to tell my wife not leave the house the surprise flower gift was spoiled. Next time if there is an issue they should immediately inform customer. Delivery is part of their service it could have 5 star.
