Friendly and professional, speedily delivered and at the end of the phone should there be any issues. Flowers were excellent and very well presented.

Fantastic experience: Ordered the flowers called “Kissing Booth” and selected the deluxe tab for our 4th anniversary and I’m very impressed with the service and delivery received. The flowers were delivered by the actual florist in a marked Floral Dreams van by a very friendly delivery driver. Overall I’m glad I choose these guys over the others and will definitely be using again. Only gripe I have is I don’t see the difference between the standard bunch shown in the website pic to the deluxe one I ordered but nevertheless a beautiful bunch and Mrs is over the moon will definitely be my family’s go to florist from now on. Thank you guys

We then asked if they could make a small mixed bunch of flowers for the same price and they were happy to do so, these flowers were beautiful they even put a lily and a rose in too. Fantastic experience: It was the first time I had used this florist and couldn't be more impressed. Their flowers are in tip top condition and the florist really knows her job. She made me a fabulous arrangement for my daughter in law with some unusual flowers in the mix. It was all beautifully colour coordinated and ready on time for collection. We booked our wedding on valentines because its romantic and it would kill 2 birds with 1 stone when it comes to anniversary.what we didn't realise is this would make it difficult to find a florist being their busiest day of the year. Teresa is a very friendly and knowledgeable lady who was able to tailor my orders to each individual. It takes a lot to get a reaction from my sister and she was gob-smacked! Fantastic experience: After visiting the first time when Teresa wasn't there, I left feeling a bit deflated as I'd been really excited to get my wedding bouquet sorted and hadn't felt like I'd received much help or advice from the lady there who advised me to email Teresa with an idea of what I was looking for. I decided to give them another shot and emailed Teresa and I'm really glad I did. She replied with a rough price and some suggestions and gave me the times when she would be in so that I could pop in and see her in person. She had a clear idea of what I was looking for (despite my very unknowledgeable description!) and took the time to show me the different flowers I could have and make suggestions. I decided it was easiest to get them delivered to the registry office and when I arrived on the day, they were ready and waiting for me and really nicely packaged. They were exactly what I was looking for and are currently sat in a vase of water because I love them so much! Teresa is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I'd 100% recommend her..
