Fantastic experience: Niamh & Olwyn created a beautiful bouquet and matching button hole for our civil ceremony in Galway. They were a complete pleasure to deal with and matched the inspiration photos we shared perfectly! On the day, they delivered the flowers to our hotel and we couldn’t have been happier with them. The flowers were unbelievably fresh and beautifully scented. Two days later, the bouquet is sitting beautifully in water back in Dublin!

Fantastic experience: Keanes Florist prepared all of the floral arrangements for my wedding in December 2025. Dealing with Keanes was a pleasure. We had an initial consultation with Niamh who really took the time to figure out what my husband and I wanted. Everything was so straightforward. The bouquets, button holes and alter arrangement were beautiful and we had them on display for three full weeks after the wedding. They were delivered on time. Everything was exactly as we wanted it. Negative experience: Was expecting to walk in to see some lovely bouquets, or at least some kind of flowers that you could just browse pick up and buy but there was nothing only a few green plants, candles and chocolates. Anything else presumably had to be ordered in advance to be made up on request. Also i was the only one in the shop and when i walked in the 3 women behind the counter didnt even say hi, i had to say hi but felt like i was interrupting the conversation they were having about one of their brothers. Very odd experience for a flower shop. Would have spent money on a nice bouquet but went to dunnes instead.

Negative experience: Totally haphazard, the bridal bouquet and table arrangement were fine but the button holes fell apart, and when they were collected the staff were rude and couldn't find proof of payment so made it very uncomfortable for that person

Fantastic experience: A wonderful ordering experience from start to finish. I ordered the the Christmas Candle Centrepiece after seeing it on the website. I requested it be "exactly" as in the photograph online. When I went to collect from the store, it was even more beautiful in reality. Trust me, the photo does not do it justice! It was just stunning. The team are so professional and friendly. The store is big and bright. The flowers are beyond beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: The level of service that both my wife and I received for our wedding bouquets was exceptional. In depth discussions with Niamh in preparation with her expertise and knowledge assisting us with choosing colours and styles of bouquets. I was very impressed with the level of communication on the weeks leading up to the wedding. Delivery of the wedding flowers, button holes and flower crowns was prompt. Niamh even suggested a flower wand to match a flower crown for our flower girl. 5 star service from start to finish.

Negative experience: Recently ordered my wedding flowers from here and was exceptionally disappointed with them. The staff I dealt with when discussing them beforehand were very nice, but the follow up service has been extremely poor. The flowers received were basically the completely wrong colour and style. We had requested dark pink and purple flowers, with minimal greenery, but the bouquets that arrived were composed of a few red, orange and yellow flowers surrounded by a pile of leaves and berries. They were so different from what had been discussed that we thought perhaps we had gotten the wrong delivery and even rang to check! The person we spoke to on the day was not very helpful and sadly there was no time to source new ones from an alternative florist so we just used them. One other curious thing was that I was charged more for the bridal bouquet than the bridesmaids' ones but we couldn't even figure out which one was meant to be the bridal one as they were all identical in size and composition. I contacted the shop after the wedding to highlight my disappointment, but have received no reply. My only regret from the wedding is actually using the flowers, as they did not add to the day and detract massively from the photos - it honestly would have been better to have none. They were so harsh and garish against my dress! Would advise going to view your flowers the night before. This was not offered to me, but on reflection would have saved a lot of hassle and disappointment if I had thought to ask.

Fantastic experience: Niamh's team did the flowers for our wedding in July 22. We were really happy with how they turned out. Niamh, Olwyn and team were so lovely to deal with and very helpful with all our questions. We especially loved the candelabra flower displays either side of our ceremony table. We thought they were good value for such a thorough service - we had a few meetings with them prior to the wedding and they made it so easy on the day by delivering to the hotel and setting it all up, and delivering the bouquets to my home! Would highly recommend!

The flowers arrived to the house on time, and in perfect condition, very fresh flowers arranged exactly as they were in the picture. I rang to check what time the flowers would be arriving to make sure she was home, and the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Very good customer service, and I will definitely be using Keanes Florists again in the future
