Fantastic experience: What a gorgeous shop in the city centre. I stopped in because I was drawn by the beautiful plants growing outside. I purchased a string of tears that is happy, healthy, and pleased to be perched in my front window. The bouquets were stunning, the plants and flowers are gorgeous. The lovely woman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. What wasn't to love? I highly recommend this florist.

Fantastic experience: Received a beautiful bouquet of flowers yesterday from my children, and OMG I was just blown away. The bouquet was just fabulous and massive. The attention to detail the presentation of each flower in the bouquet. Well done maddens, has to be the best bouquet I've ever received from a florist.

Positive experience: Purchased a bouquet of flowers expecting a delightful display of blossoms. However, I was disappointed when the flowers failed to bloom as promised. I have changed the water daily and cut the stems as suggested.

Fantastic experience: My niece, in the US of A, sent flowers to her unwell Granny in Athenry. Now, our road is part of the massive road works here and the town is in a heap. The delivery driver from Madden’s somehow found his way to our house, it took him over an hour but he did it! Bravo Bill Madden florists , 5/5 for amazing delivery service. Flowers fab too!

Fantastic experience: It was late in the day when I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and I mentioned on the phone that it was probably too late for a delivery that day but the next day would be fine. They confirmed that it was indeed too late but I got a delighted message a couple of hours later from the recipient thanking me for the flowers. The team at Maddens had made it happen and the flowers were delivered on the actual birthday. Great service! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Visited Maddens a few days ago to pick up some hanging plants, I am so new to buying plants but the lady that was working in the shop could not have been more helpful! She was so knowledgeable and helped me choose the best plants for the spot I was putting them in. I will definitely go here for all my plants in the future! Oh and the prices were really good too!

Negative experience: Very disappointed, paid €78 for bouquet of flowers and chocolates to be delivered yesterday, was mortified when I saw the dried out bouquet with only one flower, other flowers were not open yet was the answer I got when I rang, she exchanged the bouquet for ones that was already open but all the flowers on that one was going brown.. Never in my life have I got a bouquets as bad as these and they got €78 for this !! Pure rip off, disgraceful
