Fantastic experience: Called from the States and they had completed my order and delivered within five hours in the middle of a very busy week for them. The spray was absolutely AMAZING. Thanks to the wonderful staff for their understanding and care I would not hesitate to recommend this florist!

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely spread made for my Grandads funeral. The flowers and colours on it were gorgeous. The funeral wasn't for a few days so the Lillie's were just starting to bloom on the day of the funeral.

Fantastic experience: Was very impressed, the first time I've used knocknacarra florists. I ordered sympathy flowers for delivery and when the recipient was away they very kindly delivered a fresh arrangement when they returned the following week. Shane was very good to deal with and I will definitely be using them again. Would give more stars if I could .

Negative experience: bad place for flowers. i come to shop and ask do you have white roses you say no is flower shop you must have and just then i ask you but you was very toxic so i’m not recommended your flowers shop better go in different ones where greater respect for clients

Fantastic experience: Delighted! They delivered a really lovely bouquet of mother's favourite flowers this weekend. It was something really special, plenty of flowers left to bloom, and the fact that they delivered in the morning was brilliant as my mother was able to enjoy the flowers as a nice surprise over breakfast. Without being able to seem them in person yet, being able to send something beautiful, like a bouquet of flowers is great. Lovely florist, they never disappoint. 5 stars all the way. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We ordered flowers for my Mother-in-law past the cut off date for Mother's Days. We live in the U.S. and forgot Mother's Day was coming. It's in May here. The earliest delivery date the website gave me was the Thursday after Mother's Day which I selected. Within 2 minutes I received an email from Shane asking if I would like the flowers delivered the next day on actual Mother's Day. I was so surprised and delighted by this. As promised, a beautiful bouquet of flowers was delivered the following morning to my Mother-in-law. She was so happy with her flowers and was nice to send her something cheerful since she has been on lockdown for so long. I could not say enough about how wonderful these people are and how much they care about their customers. My mother-in-law also had wonderful things to say about them as she has used this shop many times. We will continue to order her flowers from them. Customer for life. Thanks again for such a positive experience!!!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Shane and all the staff at Knocknacarra Florists. I live in Canada and use this service several times a year to send flowers to family members. They never disappoint and always go above and beyond when it come to the delivery service.

Negative experience: I recently had a very bad experience with this florist. The occasion was my Daughters special birthday. I made a total of 3 calls to them regarding delivery and on the last call was told that they did try to deliver but no one home. I had no way of knowing this as nobody returned my call. The person then said they didnt wish to hear anymore and wanted to cancel the order!! This was approx 2.30 pm but I got sorted elsewhere. Would not recommend this co to anyone.

Offered me different flowers and when they arrived, they were absolutely gorgeous! Happy that I got different ones because the bouquet is so beautiful! They also wrapped the box of chocolates which was a nice touch. Will definitely order again ☺️

Positive experience: Got a bouquet of flowers from here for my daughter for her birthday. I ordered over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful & I requested bright & colorful flowers. When i saw the flowers later that day the bouquet was beautiful & exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be using this florist again as it was the best by far that I have used in the last 2 years.

Negative experience: We are expats living in Galway for the last two years. My father recently passed away and I was blessed by flowers sent to me from all over the world. People ordered flowers online and had it delivered to me , without knowing the local florist. I can say, in all fairness that I got deliveries from every florist in Galway. I wish my friends knew better than to use this florist. 3 deliveries came from this florist. The quality flowers were by far the poorest and the packaging looked sad by comparison to the other florists in Galway.

She was so helpful and considerate of my elderly mother's wishes but gave terrific advice that made the floral arrangement perfect for the occasion and person. Would highly recommend this caring business. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: Laoise and Shane went well past the "good job" mark for quality, friendliness, and service. Every once in a while my wife takes off with a group of her friends on a holiday. I stay back and tend to the place and search for a nice local business close to their retreat that will deliver flowers, chocolate and wine. Over the years I have found many great places, and Knocknacarra Florists tops the list. It was a very busy time for Knocknacarra and Galway (holiday and horse events), yet they managed to get a very nice special arrangement, chocolates and wine to my wife who was staying a bit distant from the shop. The price was right and my wife was very happy. Well done, 10 stars to Knocknarra Florists if they would allow.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for delivery to Knocknacarra and was charged €7 plus for delivery When I contacted the shop by phone to seek refund of same as delivery was free I was dealt with with pure rudeness They could not refund my delivery and suggested they send a small something extra! when I suggested that I would check the value of same the person on the other end of the phone got v defensive stating she had a good reputation In the course of the conversation she alluded to the fact that other people over pay as well and don't even know it Anyway she refunded my full order!!!!!!! Something not right here? Unable to refund €7 but could refund money in full despite me asking her not to!!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently used Knocknacarra Florists to send a congratulations bouquet to a friend. Not only did I get the number of the house wrong but my friend had left on a last minute holiday so wasn't going to be at home for a week. The great staff at Knocknacarra Florists, not rang several times to check the address and attempt a second if not third delivery, once they realised the situation they kindly rescheduled the delivery for a week later at no extra cost and my friend was delighted with her flowers. A quick and efficient service with excellent customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a florist with a greatly priced selection and wonderful customer service, this is it. My mother moved to Gateway from the US a couple of months ago and I miss her terribly. I wanted to send her some flowers for mother's Day. The first thing that impressed me was their prices. They have something for literally every price range. And there are no hidden fees like with other florists. I was also impressed by the fact that shipping within the suburb of knocknacarra is free, even guaranteed morning delivery. That is something you will never find elsewhere. Finally, I was blown away by their customer service. I have had so many experiences at other businesses where they won't admit their mistake and then when you bring it up they argue about it. Not here. At knocknacarra florists the owners are honest, kind, and extremely helpful. Laoise recognized a mistake that had been made before I even mentioned it. She then went out of her way and above and beyond the call of duty to make things right. Trust me, this a place you definitely want to do business with, and one I will be doing business with in the future.

Positive experience: I ordered a bouquet there for my civil wedding. The florist I spoke to was very nice and easy to deal with. They didn't want any money in advance from me. So I came back to collect my flowers in the morning of the wedding to find out they didn't make it because I didn't pick up the phone to confirm the order a night before? Fortunately it wasn't to late and they made it for me in 2 hours, so I could collect it right before the wedding time. The bouquet was very nice and simple, exactly what I wanted, but I don't know if worth the nerves :(

I ordered via ph and got delievered the most amazing double orchid plants to both my mum and aunt while we were away on hols when we returned and visited i was delighted to see how beautiful they were, also the florist had rang to give them tips on caring for their plants..there is no other florist in galway that i know that treat their customers like this, they go beyond professional with their work..def recommend anyone no matter how big or small their order is to try them, im never dissapointed after finding them dont think you would be either.
