Fantastic experience: We were in Galway for the holidays, and I saw beautiful flowers here at Yes Flowers. On the morning of our vow renewal ceremony, I popped in to get a few fresh flowers to hold. The person working asked if I needed help and I explained the purpose for my visit. They whipped together this beautiful bouquet in no time! It matched my dress perfectly! Thank you for beautiful flowers and exceptional service!

Negative experience: DISGUSTING SERVICE! We came to choose a bouquet, and no one approached us for at least 10 minutes. When we asked for assistance, a man with an earring reluctantly came over. We explained that we wanted a specific type of bouquet for a certain amount and asked him to put it together. After we finished choosing the flowers, he just took them to wrap without even showing us how it looked. When we asked to see it before wrapping, he refused. As for the girl working there — when we asked her to calculate the total for the bouquet we picked, she said: “Well, this one is €5 times 4, and these are €9 times 3.” I’m shocked! Like… do the math yourself? At this rate, I’d rather go pick wildflowers in a field than spend €50 on a bouquet I have to assemble, arrange, and price myself! Zero stars for service.

Fantastic experience: They did flowers for our wedding July 2023 and people are still talking about how gorgeous they were. Major hit, we loved them so much. The team was easy and efficient to work with, even from America! BTW the second picture is the day after and you can see they held up very well.

Negative experience: What a rude ignorant miserable man I asked for a single red rose He handed me a tiny half dead pissybed of a rose a poor excuse for one and charged €7 I asked had he anything better as I wasn't happy with it , it looked dead , limp leaves and rotten petals He grabbed it rudely and gave my money back . He's a joke and no good for business.

Negative experience: I used to love this place. I was attracted by the fact that they often have non-standard flowers. But today I bought peonies. When I got home and unpacked them I found that they were already completely covered in mold.The lilies of the valley that I also bought today look fine. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go and return the flowers. The festive mood is ruined.

Negative experience: Usually a lovely place to shop but the member of staff there, an older bearded man, who I have never seen before, had 0 patience and kindness to give to myself and left me regretting my purchase completely.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday and was disappointed with the result. the man who took the order did not understand what I wanted to receive at all. Price did not correspond to the result from the word at all. disappointment !!!

Negative experience: Beautiful shop but dreadfully rude people. Ruined a planned Christmas shopping trip and were so rude when I complained. Should consider their attitude to customers. Left the shop and will not return.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, for 2 beautiful bouquets, I was stopped on the street by people asking me where I got the beautiful flowers. I know “Yes Flowers” as Flower and Botanic Artisans for over 7 years and they never disappoint! Consistently amazing Flower Art and fantastic customer service! What a rare find, already looking forward to the next occasion.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Every time I went to their store, the male seller had a dissatisfied face! This is very unpleasant and I don’t want to buy anything. I don't recommend it! Although the flowers are really beautiful, the people who work there are simply unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: Yes Flowers provided beautiful flowers for our daughter’s wedding. Pedestal urns, table centrepieces, bouquets, amongst others were exquisitely arranged. Excellent customer service & stunning creativity are hallmarks of their business. I just wish there was a branch in Yorkshire, I would be in there every week!

Negative experience: I had a deeply disappointing encounter at this establishment due to a shocking incident of poor customer service. One male staff member, in particular, behaved inappropriately by approaching a customer's child and poking them on the shoulder while uttering a brusque "no touching." This action was not only rude but also completely unnecessary. Such behavior towards an innocent child reflects a lack of professionalism and courtesy. If there were concerns about the child's actions, addressing the parent would have been a more appropriate and respectful course of action. Witnessing this incident, several customers, including myself, left the shop promptly. I hope the management takes swift action to address these issues and ensures a more pleasant environment for customers in the future. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise potentially enjoyable shopping experience.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for cheap, go to a supermarket. Yes Flowers create truly beautiful arrangement and bespoke orders. They also offer all sorts of lovely extras which I dare you to find anywhere else in Ireland. And on that note: The Sheep shop around the corner (4 Mainguard Street, Galway, H91 K099) is also part of Yes Flowers

Fantastic experience: Ordered 3 bouquets - designed by Mark and was so, so happy with them. I've ordered from other places around Ireland and I genuinely feel these were by far the nicest. The leaves further down the stems were also removed properly so they could be added directly to water, making the flowers last longer. All three were gorgeous. Very happy and will be ordering again.

Negative experience: Disappointing changes I’ve noticed recently. I’ve ordered flowers multiple times from here. They are always stunningly beautiful, hence why I continue to order here. I always order a 30e bouquet. I ordered two bouquets and they were significantly smaller than the ones I previously used to get. A lot of the flowers were withered already too. So disappointing :(

Negative experience: Very disappointed about the quality of flowers considering the price that was paid. Even more disappointing though was not receiving a response when I requested to be contacted back in relation to the issue. Bottom line is that I expect a better product for the price Next time it will be a ‘no’ rather than ‘Yes’ to these flowers

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a shop that knows everything there is to know about flowers, you've found it. Mark and Raytus are passionate about what they do and it shows in the wonderful arrangements, wreaths and more that they create in their shop in Galway. Highly recommended

Negative experience: A friend of mine had a horrible experience working in this shop recently. She is a talented artistic person who has worked in a high end florist shop in Central London. Indeed she was commended frequently by the owners and customers for the unique high quality of her bouquets and flower arrangements. She was treated despicably here She was undermined

Negative experience: Purchased an artificial wreath there recently. Paid the usual (for this store) very high price. Asked to have it customised, and collected it later. I had been advised initially that it would be €25.00 extra but when I got back to collect it, it was €40.00 extra. It was nicely wrapped in celophane type material. Sadly, when I got home and opened it, pieces started to fall off! I took it back to the store and the experience was horrible. A male sales assistant was rude, sarcastic, cranky and condescending. He was apparently very angry that I was returning a wreath that was falling apart prior to use (he did refund me). There is something quite ironic about rude and apparently very unhappy sales assistants working in a flower shop. Customer service training urgently needed or a change in scenery for the staff (no pun intended!) A very aesthetically pleasing store until you encounter the staff who appear to resent customers but love money!!

Negative experience: If I could get a zero I would do so. Horrible staff. Very rude. Sarcastic. I’ve never seen that before. They have beautiful flowers, but I’ll never buy something from their shop. Galway is a beautiful city with lovely people. This was my only bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Rang Mark at 10:30am to have 4 very large bouquets delivered to the new Born Eyre Square for their grand opening at noon. 11:45 he and a colleague arrive with the most magnificent Bouquets. Incredible service, magnificent blooms!

Fantastic experience: Always a joy to enter this shop, magnificent displays of everything Christmas. Trees and baubles with an endless range of fresh flowers to choose from. Friendly, professional service.

Negative experience: Bought large bouquet "fresh" premade on a Saturday, some of the flowers never blossomed and by the Thursday the majority of the flowers were withered. I contacted Privately with pictures but was told, i mustn't have watered them enough and no further correspondence. Very poor customer service and product.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day and they were never delivered. The location was apparently too far although it was within Galway and “Galway outskirts” gives no definition of how far is too far. Claims to have sent an email detailing this but this email never arrived. No picking up a phone to call and check in for something that was clearly time sensitive but they still took the money. Only for I called to follow up on the order I was told it wouldn’t arrive. The shop is lovely and the flowers are very nice by a more proactive customer service is needed.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Shop and Flowers. I’ve gotten flowers from yes flowers a number of times throughout the last year and the quality of the bouquets is the reason I keep coming back! Flowers are beautifully arranged and they were able to accommodate me on a few last minute occasions. Really easy to book online and over the phone. They are my go to spot for high quality flowers. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: What can i say i always loved the work from yes florist until this year when i decided to get a job done out side my business for the first time. I stupidly made the mistake of paying them before they did the job. They put up Christmas tree with lights over my business right in front of my sign which can not be read now. They were so unprofessional on the phone and rude and refused to move it with out charging me extra money. Bad form and customer service very disappointing as they put it up when i was not here and never rang to say when they would be doing it.
