Negative experience: WARNING: Online order NOT delivered and disappointing customer service experience (see other opinions before ordering online) I ordered a balloon bouquet online as a gift for my sister and nephew's birthday in Galway. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered ($74 worth), which, while disappointing, is something that can happen. What truly shocked me was the response I received when I contacted the florist to find out what had happened (they didn’t placed the order in their system) Instead of an apology or assistance, I was told (in all caps) that I should have called because texts and emails can get lost among incoming messages. As an online customer living abroad, I used the contact methods provided on their website, which do not state that a phone call is required if there is an issue. The problem wasn't the delivery mistake itself, it was the dismissive and unhelpful way the situation was handled. A simple apology, explanation, and solution would have completely changed the experience. I live in the Dominican Republic and regularly order flowers and gifts online for family in Ireland. I usually use another florist, but decided to support a local Galway business this time since my sister lives there. Unfortunately, that decision resulted in a very disappointing experience. I hope the business reviews its customer service approach, as communication during a problem is often more important than the problem itself.

Fantastic experience: Daisy bowl florists just made my day. I called to see if I could get flowers delivered for a funeral in killimor . I was advised I was calling the wrong area and was given the name of two florists in loughrea and was able to contact them to get them ordered. The woman I spoke to was so kind and provided great service over the phone even though the flowers were out of her service area.

Negative experience: I placed an order for Valentine’s Day, $142 worth and the person the flowers were supposed to have been delivered to never received them. The florist said they were delivered. So I wonder who they were delivered to!? I asked for a refund or for the florist to make things right. They never answer their phone and they have not responded to my email after the initial response stating they delivered the flowers.

Fantastic experience: First time in the shop looking for a spray for my mother's grave. I've gotten dozens of them over the years, and this was far and away the best. Much nicer than what I asked for and very reasonably priced.

Positive experience: I ordered the Country Garden Bouquet for my friend's hen party. Unfortunately, the bouquet wasn't ready for collection. We lost time with the bride because there was another Bouquet being made. However, Breda did fill balloons from Amazon and gave myself and friend a lift to the hotel after. It was much appreciated. Positive experience: Used this Florist as its Local. Ordered flowers for a friend's retirement. Beautiful flowers were delivered, but the card & its message was not enclosed!! Result being, my friend called to the Florist in person to ask who had sent the flowers. Not very professional, as it should be part of the check list, Card✔

Fantastic experience: The BEST flowers I've ever received. Very unique, beautiful and personal. Each bouquet is very creative and has its own personality with different flowers, colours, sizes and textures all put together in a gorgeous bouquet - which is always so full and generous in size. You can tell Brida puts thought behind her flowers and makes it feel like the bouquets she creates are just for you , unlike many other places I've experienced who seem to offer small, expensive bouquets that lack personality and don't have a floral smell. Other bouquets and flower shops I've bought flowers from seem to lack uniqueness and all look cloned to appear like every other bouquet, however, this isn't the case with Daisy Bowl Florists. Aside from bouquets, she also offers plants and other gorgeous flowers for lots of different occasions. I'd highly recommend Daisy Bowl Florists!

I requested a sixties theme colourful basket and they went above and beyond my expectations. About to leave Galway and drive to Dublin to visit a cousin, the owner of this beautiful shop put together an exquisite hand-tied bouquet, adding water for the journey and all in a matter of minutes. The bouquet was stunning and excellent value for money. During our 10-days in Ireland (we live in Wales), I had bought other flower arrangements as we travelled around visiting family members - this was the best by far!
