Fantastic experience: Picked up Feb. 14. Photo taken Feb. 17, and it still looks lovely! I had such a wonderful experience with Best of The Bunch Florist. Vanessa went above and beyond to keep me updated about the delivery and handled an unexpected situation with such care, patience, and professionalism. When delivery didn’t work out initially, she quickly arranged an alternative option so the bouquet could still be collected safely the same day. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service really meant a lot. I am from the Philippines, but she still managed to call me and update me about my order. That’s top-tier customer service right there. The bouquet itself was absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. You can really see the attention to detail in their work. I also requested quite a lot, but they still managed to accommodate everything. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort they put into making sure everything turned out well. I also tried ordering from other florists around Wellington, but Best of the Bunch really stood out. You really get what you pay for. In fact, even more. Highly recommend them if you want stunning flowers and genuinely caring service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Order was placed, paid by card, and received the receipt by email - all in about five minutes. Vanessa explained about the wreath I ordered- what flowers we be there and what will not, depending upon season. In short, excellent service

Fantastic experience: If I could give Vanessa 10 ⭐️ I would. She has given me the best service I have ever had. My best friend turns 70, so I order flowers, chocolates and a balloon to be delivered in Upper Hutt. I'm in Copenhagen, so I rely on the shop. 2 days prior, I find out that the birthday will be held at a restaurant in Raumati and my friend will stay at the bach in Otaki. CRAP, I don't have the address for that and anyway, the shop doesn't deliver to that area in the weekend I contact Vanessa and tell her about the nightmare and that I don't know what to do. Within a short time I get an email from Vanessa, saying she will personally drive up to the Thai Lagoon Restaurant Saturday evening with the flowers. I was speechless and so was my friend. Fantastic experience: Always can count on Best of Bunch Florist to provide beautiful Christmas arrangements for my family in NZ. This time floral arrangement of red roses, carnations & green flowers was arranged in clear vase along with gold Christmas ornaments and big red bow. Looks like there are some large flowers in bud stage that will open up in a few days to keep the beauty of Christmas blossoming until Christmas time. Past years I have had beautiful Table centerpiece with 3 candles representing the passing of my husband, mother-in-law & father-in-law to be part of Christmas, my favourite was their dark wicker basket with floral arrangement with cinnamon sticks and plaid bow! One year I left it too late to order Christmas Flowers as red flowers were all out of stock so they made up a beautiful bouquet of bright seasonal summer flowers as it is beach weather in NZ at Christmas time!

Fantastic experience: I'll definitely be using this florist and gift shop again in the future. We're not in Wellington and our nephew was flown to hospital down there and we couldn't get down to be with him, so wanted to send something to let him know he's being thought of. Being a bloke, I thought flowers wouldn't be appreciated and he has to only eat the food provided at the centre, so a helium balloon was the way to go and they very kindly popped out to collect a magazine he likes from the supermarket up the road to attach to it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond at such a busy time of the year as a florist. I'll definitely be recommending you to others.

Best of the Bunch had excellent reviews and their service matched their reviews. I was buying them on behalf of a friend who doesn't use the internet and I wanted to get her order right. Five star plus, the customer service from Best of the Bunch should be what other companies stive to achieve, I hadn't signed the attached card as such, not something I do when my daughter is involved, however I had a phone call in the UK to check that I was happy to send the card as was and not an error on my part, a great chat with a very friendly and understanding young man, totally impressed! The fruit basket was amazing, a local call was made to my daughter to check someone would be home for delivery but both her and husband were at work so at last minute the delivery went to my son-in-law work place The fruit is fresh and beautifully presented, I hope to attach an image, fingers crossed, however Best of the Bunch Florist Wellington surpassed expectations and I'm truly grateful for their efforts. Fantastic experience: Ordering on line from Ireland to NZ can be daunting as you are never really sure of the end product. We have been using Best of the Bunch Florist, Wellington for many years to mark such occasions as Birthdays, Anniversary's and as gifts to celebrate the arrrival of both our Grandchildren. We are now using the service to celebrate the Birthday's of our Grandchildren and the Big Balloon and gift basket are a huge hit. The quality of the product is consistently outstanding and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended to anyone who want to celebrate or send a gift for that special occasion. Negative experience: A bouquet was sent to me for my birthday. The bouquet ended up at the wrong address at first, and about half the flowers arrived either bruised or wilted. Some of the foliage weren't at the same length as the other stems, making it awkward to put into a vase when there is such a height difference. Disappointing service.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Gourmet Fruit, Savoury & Cheese gift basket and added a bottle of Deutz Rose NZ Sparkling wine, for a suprise for my daughter and her partner. My daughter said it was beautifully presented, the fruit was fresh, and everything else included was perfect. Before ordering online, I phoned to ensure the gift could be delivered to their accommodation and the lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I will definitely order from Best of the Bunch again.

I ordered a fruit, cheese and salami hamper from Australia yesterday afternoon to send to someone back home... which would be evening in NZ and it arrived today to it's destination approx 350km away. I can't believe how fast that was. The recipient loves it too. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: I was sent a Kalanchoe & fruit basket from my daughter in Melbourne, from this florist. Delivery was good, the plant was healthy, & the florist ruined the whole package by putting in the worst looking & tasting fruit I have ever received. A bit more care in choosing quality fruit, more variety & appropriate sizing (honestly, who wants to eat a Granny Smith the size of a soccer ball). I poor lazy performance, in my book.
