Fantastic experience: Picked up Feb. 14. Photo taken Feb. 17, and it still looks lovely! I had such a wonderful experience with Best of The Bunch Florist. Vanessa went above and beyond to keep me updated about the delivery and handled an unexpected situation with such care, patience, and professionalism. When delivery didn’t work out initially, she quickly arranged an alternative option so the bouquet could still be collected safely the same day. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service really meant a lot. I am from the Philippines, but she still managed to call me and update me about my order. That’s top-tier customer service right there. The bouquet itself was absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. You can really see the attention to detail in their work. I also requested quite a lot, but they still managed to accommodate everything. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort they put into making sure everything turned out well. I also tried ordering from other florists around Wellington, but Best of the Bunch really stood out. You really get what you pay for. In fact, even more. Highly recommend them if you want stunning flowers and genuinely caring service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Fantastic experience: I reside in UK and wanted to send a wreath for a funeral in Wellington NZ. I rang ‘Best of the bunch’ the florist in Wellington. Vanessa and Steve were very helpful. Order was placed, paid by card, and received the receipt by email - all in about five minutes. Vanessa explained about the wreath I ordered- what flowers we be there and what will not, depending upon season. In short, excellent service
