Positive experience: I ordered a bridal bouquet, corner piece archway and table greenery for my wedding at the end of August. All of the flowers and greenery were absolutely stunning and lasted very well over the following week. However, communication with the staff was very poor. I had to follow up multiple times over email and phone, to confirm that my order had been accepted. I finally got an invoice the week prior to my wedding, which felt very stressful. Our cake designer also struggled with poor staff communication when trying to order additional flowers for cake decoration.

The team’s professionalism and care shine through in every delivery. I’ve happily left a glowing review because they truly deserve it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to brighten someone’s day with beautiful, artful flowers!

Positive experience: Really disappointed. I did not feel like I got value for money with my order. I paid $120 excluding delivery within WLG CBD for chocolate, a candle and flowers but the flowers were nothing like the picture on the website "The sweet Petite". The photo attached is zoomed in so imagine how small it is. Only one rose and a tiny vase as well. Since writing this review- The Wild Flower Boutique staff have made contact, apologized for the incorrect order and have replaced my order free of charge. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my wife on Mother’s Day and the flowers she received were absolutely stunning. She loved the pink colour pallet with the big autumnal hydrangea. The ladies in the shop were so helpful and had a great attitude considering the immense pressure they were under. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Negative experience: I ordered a $100 bouquet for my partner for graduation and was pretty disappointed with the bouquet. I ordered the flowers two weeks ago. When we discussed the flowers, I asked for a soft palette and not much foliage. When I picked up the flowers, it seemed like it was all leaves and 3 or 4 flowers. The staff were amazing and I received a full refund for the flowers. I didn't want to post a review because the staff were so nice but trying to get another bouquet on graduation day was impossible and it left me a bit heartbroken.

Negative experience: I walked in and asked to order flowers. Was told that they were too busy and I should ring florists before visiting. This was 10am on a Monday. So couldn’t get flowers and used a different florist who was great and delivered flowers same day.

Positive experience: The staff is friendly and tried their best. However, my wife was very disappointed with the flowers - very short stems and that's how they looked on the third day. I asked for the fresh flowers, but they will not stay long at all.

Fantastic experience: The only florist in Wellington I use. Their bouquets are absolutely stunning with the freshest flowers. Great customer service, incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable when you see the size of the bouquet (recently bought flowers for my mother’s birthday in the ‘Grand’ size and almost had to turn side on to get through the door). Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I would! I reached out from overseas to send my family flowers after my Nana passing. The team were incredibly prompt in their replies, organised the bouquet I desired and delivered the same day. Everything was faultless. I wanted an arrangement that was really modern yet joyful to celebrate life, and it was just perfect. My note in handwriting (not print) was even more of that personal touch. Negative experience: People who work there are super easy to deal with but the driver is incredibly useless spent ages on the phone with him re explaining the instructions I had already given him

Negative experience: I received red roses in the box which is delivered on Valentines Day. However the box was half empty and wasn't fresh. I felt very disappointed as It was the worst flower box I've ever seen. My partner said he spent almost $100. He used to use different flower shop and those flowers were beautiful. We won't spent this much money again with The Wild Flower. Thanks for your reply Anna. However, this is the photo I took as soon as I got from your delivery person from your shop because the driver from your shop delivered this to my work. If what you explained to me is accurate, than ask the delivery person about what happened on that day. The reason why I posted this review after several months is every time when I see this flowers on the photo reminds me of the disappointment on that very special day. People have right to know what the actual flowers look like before they pay money and order them online. Right? Now I am not only feeling disappointed about the flowers but also this poor customer service which makes me extremely uncomfortable as well!

Positive experience: Initially I was very disappointed my phone order (from Australia) was lost, the flowers were never delivered. However, a week later following a conversation with the Manager who has put all to rights. I was assured a floral arrangement (free of charge) would be dispatched this afternoon (Dec 11th 2023). Her apology was accepted and I commend the Manager on handling my complaint with dignity and thoughtfulness.

Negative experience: Flowers are good quality, however the staff at the shop ignore instructions even when you make an order in person and online, such as "dark colours only" or "no blues/any other single colour". I've made multiple online orders recently and the colour selection has been ignored and flower types have not been delivered, even though they are available as I walked into the store and saw them there. The staff won't fully refund the incorrect orders, they only offer $5-$10 refund on $80-$100 purchases. Be wary of the store and contact consumer affairs if you have any issue with this merchant.

Fantastic experience: I placed my order in advance to order some roses for a special person.The roses were ready in the time specified and in excellent condition. the recipient was over the moon about them!

Negative experience: Flowers looked beautiful and shame I couldn't proceed but after submitting my order, already with a $50 rural delivery fee, I was told I needed to pay another $16, which was not made clear at Checkout. I was told I should have read the T&C! Honestly how many of us read the T&C! They wouldn't accept it was not transparent and waive the additional fee and take it away as a learning, like many other business might. Clearly they don't need the business.

Fantastic experience: I have made 3 orders with the Wildflower, over the past several years, and each time, their arrangements are beyond stunning! They are my absolute favorite, with very unique and beautiful floral designs.

Negative experience: I have been into this florist on two different occasions to see if I can have a bouquet of flowers out together within 30-45mins and both occasions been told no. Beautiful florist and always keen to support local but not a forthcoming business sadly to accommodate customers.

Negative experience: Customer service was commendable I like quick transactional conversations over the phone... The downfall was the flowers to be quite frank it all came down to "expectations" vs "reality" and unfortunately my expectations weren't met I was looking for simplicity with a little pop but what my sister received on her 30th birthday seemed dull, boring and overdone it was a good attempt but not quite what I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: Wild Flower has the most attention to detail bouquets I have seen in years. I have received flowers numerous times but this is the first time that when I took them out of the paper and put them in my vase that they looked at as pristine as when the arrived on my door. A little like going to the hairdresser once I would take off the paper with previous shop’s bouquet they were not as as eye catching or stunning. But Wildflower was different! My flowers lasted over a week and looked like a magazine each day. Use Anna at Wildflower to wow your loved ones and clients. They will feel her passion and attention to detail on each bouquet.
