Fantastic experience: The staff at Juliette have been amazing! I placed an order for our daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong house….but the team re-delivered a fresh bouquet the following day to the correct house at no extra charge and were very apologetic and super helpful! They have also gone above and beyond helping with my order for graduation flowers. Their work is outstanding, and I would highly recommend!

She got creative and our vision for our wedding day came to life! Fantastic experience: Karen and the staff at Juliette Florist were so wonderful to work with! We purchased some flowers and a small bridal bouquet for our wedding reception. Karen was very fast at replying to our emails and was very accommodating to our needs for the day. We ordered some small decorative flowers to be placed on the tables at our venue; we weren't expecting much as we were looking for a florist very late into our wedding planning but they gave us more flowers than we were expecting and for a very reasonable price! We provided Karen with a photo of what we wanted and we did not know what to expect. Not only was it a reasonable price but they also looked a lot better than we were expecting, they were definitely not stingy with the flowers that they gave. They also allowed us to hire some vases to make the job easier and budget friendly. The bridal bouquet was also one that my wife was very pleased with. We were on a tight budget and tight schedule but Karen worked fast and was very easy to talk to. We would definitely recommend Juliette Florist to everyone and for any event!

And went the extra mile - we requested specific single blooms to represent different family members who couldn't make it on the day, and we had a last minute change of venue (less than two hours out from the ceremony - due to wellington wind, of course), and she set up in record time! Fantastic experience: Karen provided and installed the most beautiful flowers for our recent wedding. The whole experience from the initial planning visit, communication in the lead-up and her work on the actual day was truly excellent and stress-free. She created bouquets, a big arch installation, table settings, buttonholes, a handbag piece, flowergirl headbands and provided fresh petal confetti for the guests and flowergirls. She listened to our ideas and colour scheme and created arrangements that far exceeded our expectations. She even went the extra mile and sourced baskets for the flowergirls. Would 100% recommend! Negative experience: I came in 50 minutes before the closing time stated on the website and was not treated nicely. I asked if I could have a bouquet made and the woman was very unimpressed because of the timing and asked me to pick a bouquet that was already made. I had already looked at them and they were out of my price range and the cheaper ones were not to my partners taste. Felt super embarrassed at how I was spoken to and wished I had walked out.

Negative experience: Worst experience of purchase flowers in welly ever! my partner paid 240 NZD when he make orders. he told the clerk that he wanted 27 white roses and some decorated flowers, all in in a big basket. The clerk agreed to his request. But today when my partner went to pick up the flowers he only got 27 white roses and no other flowers. And each white rose is different in size, and some are about to wither. My partner asked the clerk to install some flowers, but the clerk refused and said he shouldn't make any additional requests after the bouquet was the best. Really disgusting experience, will never come to this flower shop again in my life. everything is disgusting and awful!!!!!!!!!!

The flower decorations at the venue and bouquets were gorgeous. We didn’t have to worry at all. Absolutely highly recommend!

Karen was an awesome host - with lots of great tips and support ... but left us to have a go and catch up with friends. They were to be delivered to her place of work on the Thursday but when I found out mid day on Wednesday that she had the Thursday off the lovely and wonderful Lee from Juliette Florist arranged for delivery by 2.30 pm that afternoon. Fantastic experience: I wanted to buy a bouquet for a friend and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a florist that could do same delivery (without costing a fortune!), given it was already mid-afternoon. So glad I found Juliette Florist; they were able to put together a beautiful bouquet, which arrived only a few hours later! Absolute life-savers. My only suggestions would be that 1) the confirmation email had a copy of the message written, and 2) that a follow-up email was sent out when flowers were inbound with the option for a photo of the finished product (I have seen other florists offer these features). Really pleased I purchased with them, and ordering online was a breeze.

Negative experience: Extremly disappointed with the bouquet that was purchased. Online it showed beautiful flowers such as roses, peonies and proteas. What was delivered was a few gerberas and some average green foliage. Since posting this feedback, Karen has got in touch and provided a very satisfactory outcome.

Fantastic experience: Karen's services completely exceeded our expectations. She was super chill and helpful despite the fact we were living overseas and all communications were conducted via email. Normally I'm not a flowers person, so I only had a vague idea about the bouquet and centrepiece floral arrangements "something rustic, with wildflowers and no roses", but Karen worked with me without complaint. On the day, I almost cried when I saw how stunning (and fragrant) the bridal/bridesmaids bouquets were. We were equally pleased with how the centrepiece flowers at our reception turned out. It was almost as if Karen had read my mind. She was also really helpful in preparing and lending us the glassware (bottles, jars, vases) we needed for our wedding reception. We ended up using the same flowers and glassware for a family BBQ we had on the day following our wedding, and everything looked pristine.
