Negative experience: I payed 200$ for their top of the line flowers - they were smaller then similar bunches that I payed half for in the past and also are dying on day 4 - really disappointed

Negative experience: I am am regular customer and I never say anything about your overpriced flowers which I don’t know why is it expensive I am very sure it didn’t come from heaven, but that not why I am giving you this review, the reason is because your service is absolutely terrible and your customer service is just rude and disrespectful. I feel very sorry for myself for every time I have spent a dollar in your shop. Your service disgust me.

Negative experience: If I could put no starts I would but sadly there is non, Scent has the worst customer service ever seen and they treat customers like they are nothing, but they don’t know without customer they are nothing and they charge huge money to treat customers very rude. Fantastic experience: I called up last minute to order a bouquet for my sisters graduation, was super easy to pay over the phone- great service. I was a little bit apprehensive at first given I hadn’t seen the bouquet in person but the flowers turned out lovely! High quality and beautifully wrapped too. My sister was so happy ☺️

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been using Scent for years, and we love the final product everytime.

Negative experience: I wanted to buy some lovely flowers for my mom’s birthday and I asked one of the team members, hoping to find some reference images to help me choose the perfect arrangement. However, the team member's attitude was far from welcoming. In the end, I didn't like the bunch they made which cost me $130. I will never come back again.

Positive experience: A little expensive here but you definitely pay for the quality. Got some beautiful sunflowers and a card which came to about $40, the flowers were very beautifully wrapped and my lady was very smitten indeed. Very friendly staff who are would go above and beyond to help you out.

Negative experience: I have been ordering flowers here for a whole year more than 10 times, everything was smoothly. But, last time they were late for one day with delivery (ha-ha my wife didn't get her flowers at valentine's day) - no messages, no calls, no emails, no excuses. The service is not worth the money.

Negative experience: Overpriced and unhelpful. $40 for 5 lillies that the ribbon wasnt even tied into a bow on. A majority of the arrangement was taken up by their branding stapled to the front of the flowers. New World would have been better.

The lovely people managed to find the colours I wanted and were kind and courteous despite it being at the end of an extremely busy day for them (graduation ceremonies plus Christmas plus end of year)

Positive experience: Very nice flowers and arrangements but satifstory service. I come here often but mainly because it's close to my work and there arent any other flower shops near by. I find the service average - florist not too friendly, always stressed and too busy to help you. You get the feeling your in the way when you walk in. Buying flowers should be a pleassent experience.

Fantastic experience: Best of the bunch! Such beautiful posies to choose from. I ordered online from out of town for same day delivery into the CBD and it was so simple and fast. It is difficult to know what the posy will look like due to seasonal variability but my blind trust was warranted as they clearly take care to make something perfect with what is available. They have a stand out style and the gift options are all high quality compared to other floral boutiques. I sent a block of local chocolate with a small milk bottle posy and even with delivery it cost me less than an average bouquet. Such an affordable (and cute) gift for a lowly student to a friend in need. Will definitely use them again :)

Fantastic experience: Recently Scent florists arranged all the flowers for a large event I was organising. Ingrid and her team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Her eye for colour and detail is fantastic and she went beyond the call of duty. Not only did they do the flowers they also helped with some of the organising of the event and offering useful suggestions. I can’t recommend Scent enough they will make your day very special.
