The service is pretty nice ,fast and reasonable price I was worried because I ordered from another country but after my boyfriend get the flower and send the photo to me it’s just like I choose the right place. Fantastic experience: Bought a bright bouquet and a soft colored bouquet for 2 separate tangihanga I was attending. I don't normally buy flowers but these occasions were sudden and very sad. So on random hope cos the shop was closing in 30min. I was so thankful that the bouquets could be made in 20min. Invoice set to my email so now I have a number to order for next time. 5 stars for service, understanding and educating a hopeless case.

Negative experience: I chose this gift based on the picture shown, but not one of the items delivered matched the picture I'd based my choice on. As much as it says they may replace certain things dependent on stock, to not match a single one was disappointing. I won't use this supplier again.

She was super helpful and he said it was a lot less stressful than previous years when he visited other florists! Her birthday was 29th April and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to sort out flowers for her as 28th was the first day of Level 3 during the COVID crises. I called Wellington Flower Co understanding that being the first day back to operating since lockdown they probably wouldn’t have the flowers as advertised on their website. I explained to Angela ( in a traffic jam on her way to work) what I would like ( as I have done many times before) she listened and understood. My daughter and I were absolutely thrilled with the BEAUTIFUL bouquet delivered on her birthday. Sadly I don’t have a photo. This was honestly the best bunch of flowers I have ever ordered.
