Fantastic experience: I got a bouquet of flowers for my boyfriend for his birthday and they completely surpassed my expectations. The bouquet was absolutely amazing and the price was even better! I was expecting to pay anywhere from $100 and over but for $76 dollars I’m beyond pleased and will definitely buy flowers from them again.

Negative experience: Very strange experience, I went in to get a quote to order red roses for the next day. After staring at my body, she gave me a high quote and then suddenly stopped talking to me. I asked if she could hear me, nothing, I walked out confused and a bit offended. Won't return again

Fantastic experience: I only seem to end up going here on Valentine's Day but they always have something that suits my needs..I like to get my wife a decent bunch and then 3 smaller cut price versions for my teenage daughters...they always help if I need help...if the Pollen buds can be removed they do that for me due to chronic hayfever...always tell me how to make them last longer...presentation is always 100% and the price isn't too terrible either.....highly recommended

They appreciate a budget and complete absolutely beautiful arrangements. Every event I have had with my partner and family I have bought from here. Only ordered a specific bouquet once but was shocked at the sheer size of it. Amazing dedication. My favourite thing to do is to drive past or check their Instagram to see what incredible arrangement and display they have going. Affordable, beautiful pieces. The ladies produced the most stunningly soft arrangements, all beautifully and perfectly coordinated to size with baby breath flowers. All they created couldn’t have been more beautiful

Negative experience: Had the most unhelpful service from a woman here in a puffa vest as I was trying to explain what I was looking for she was short abrupt and annoyed I brushed that off thinking ok maybe she's having a bad morning so proceeded to select a bouquet took it to the counter and said I'll take these with a smile and asked cheerfully if she had any thank you cards in particular...she didn't even look it and said again annoyed we only have what we have here. I said I'd pass on her flowers walked out. Yuck! I was so looking forward to gifting flowers to a grand aunt of mine and the whole experience just killed the buzz lame service wouldn't recommend or go back

Fantastic experience: I wanted a bouquet for a bereavement and the staff were wonderful. Got exactly what I envisaged. Very reasonable price and flowers impressive. I remember Miss Feaver Florist from almost 50 years ago, were awesome then. Live out of town now, but popping into store this morning, service, quality and freshness is as good as it was over 50 yrs ago. Highly recommend.

At the time the city was in chaos and I called Miss Feaver Florist, not expecting to get anyone as everything was closed, from memory I got the owner on the phone at home, I think, she was so kind and I had a paltry $20 cash and she gave me a huge bunch of flowers that would have been expensive both to a customer and also to the owner. “$20 is great” she said “it makes me tear up as I write this”. I gave the wrong address for my girlfriends flowers to be delivered to and the staff at Miss Feaver tracked the flowers down and decided they looked too dry and kindly replaced them with new ones and then redelivered them to the correct address.
