Fantastic experience: Tess is the absolute best! I have always loved the bouquets that Moffat deliver and the most recent one was spectacular! I wanted to send flowers but due to being in Vietnam I couldn’t use the on line link, an email to Tess and she had the whole thing sorted with a Saturday delivery! So accomodating and a high end product as well, I highly recommend Moffats for all your floral needs.

Positive experience: bit of confusion over the lillies. I love the smell of lillies but sometimes they had fragrance and sometimes they didnt. I reached out and got fast reply. Seems i may have been buying the wrong ones but there was nothing on them to say what ones had a fragrance and they were all buds so i couldnt tell. I was quite dissappointed that i spent that much ...i never buy flowers, and i treated myself to several bunches of these, so i suggested if something could be written on them as to what lillies they were and whether or not they have a fragrance so people dont waste their money, thank you

Fantastic experience: Tessa, the florist shop manager at Moffatts and her team made the most beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for my daughter in law and son’s recent wedding. She was so helpful and responsive to Amy’s ideas and really made it happen, particularly since they lived in Auckland and had to communicate via phone and email. The outcome was beyond what we could have hoped for.

Fantastic experience: Moffats absolutely e x c e e d e d my expectations! i’ve known of them as a wholesaler for a while now however changed my mind completely when i purchased a houseplant for myself! impeccable shipping (a cardboard box, clean classy aesthetic, the plant securely placed/anchored yet pleasing and see through on the top) since it was for myself when i emailed for the tracking number they responded straight away! 10/10 customer service too. NOW for the my plant.. foliage/appearance quality 10/10, root condition… healthy, not rotted or rank 10/10, price for what i brought it for and shipping - content and satisfied as a customer.. im excited to purchase more in the future :) (photos attached of plant upon arrival and then last two photos being current (est. 2months since purchase) - stable and increasing variegation on. an existing leaf, meaning for me yay good genetics.. and we are already onto side slits on the newest leaf! overall - id recommend moffats and purchase again! thank you guys

The customer service is exceptional and the flowers are fresh, beautiful and long lasting. The flowers I had sent this week needed to have a special message and a verse written in the card. The lovely lady I spoke with at Moffatt’s was so patient and was kind enough to add a little bit of artwork at my request. Negative experience: Oh dear. The older lady at the counter with the Where Is Wally glasses was obviously having a really bad day :( I was waiting to be served and listened to her belittling a customer that had asked if there were anymore of *something* out there back as they had sold out in the shop.. the poor customer just stood there with her mouth open. My turn was next. I also had the audacity to ask a question, oh boy.. bad mistake. I was told to go try mitre 10, then I was dismissed. I wish I flipped her the bird on the way out. Oh well, hindsight and all that.. I’m not going out of my way to go back again.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I've ever experienced, staff are considered to be rude obnoxious. I have been purchasing flowers from here for the last 5 years. I know the owner operator very well to Halswell New world which I will also be advising the whole of management there of my recent experience with this company.. of my recent experience I arrived in store I asked if can do me a special boutique with my desired colors her response was will do it when I'm ready! I left the store and purchased else where ! All the very best moffats, neglect customer service can damage the current and future clients. I say, stay away they don't want your customer service they will want your pocket!

Negative experience: The staff at this store checkout is rude and kind of racially discriminatory. Not only did I feel this way, but every one of my non-white friends who has visited has had the same experience. The attitude during checkout was cold, condescending, and outright disrespectful. This was a terrible experience, and I will never go back. I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that treats customers this way.

Positive experience: I have just received a large, stunning bouquet of Lilies for my 50th anniversary. While beautiful, this was also very heavy & in order to find a vase, the only safe place for it was on an armchair. Unfortunately, the bottom of the flowers was encased in tissue paper cellophane & considerable water. .which then poured all over my chair, floor and over me. I called to recommend the presenting large, heavy flowers in this way should be changed, but felt as though I was being treated as if that was my fault. Not a nice feeling.

Negative experience: Came to see what they had to offer adjacent to what's in stock at Bunnings/M10/the warehouse and of course oderings. A poor selection of well cared for plants and very meh service was what I found. The prices are above all aforementioned retailers as well. The only plant I was interested in had no price and the dismissive salesperson was too busy flirting with a loud dude with a credit card for me to get a price check.

Fantastic experience: Was super pleased with the flowers from Moffatts. It can be tricky living overseas and ordering from a local company. I hoped that the flowers were going to be true to their website and they were perfect! In fact, they were identical. I can happily report that they are still going strong over a week later. i can highly recommend and will definitely order from again.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a $45 mini pink/purple orchid (which is really hard to find, most are bigger) with a $15 delivery. The price is reasonable compared to many online that charge around $80+. Delivery is super fast. Within a day. However, they got the day wrong! After an email, they responded promptly and offered to deliver roses as apologies! Mistakes happen, but how they dealt with it makes them a good business which I definitely will go back to. The orchid looks sexy! Way better than it looks than the photos!
