Negative experience: I live in Canada and I ordered a Pastel Posey on-line to be delivered to my daughter and her family in Christchurch NZ...in the bouquet that was delivered there was only 1 flower , a proteus, that I recognized from the web site photo that convinced me to purchase. There were no blue flowers and certainly no roses but only flowers that looked like very tired "fillers " surrounding 1 proteus! Never again. Shame on you Court Florist! Note: it is now Jan of the new year 2026 and in reply to my first review , I received an email from the Team offering me 2 alternative solutions in an attempt to satisfy me. Indeed, they sent a beautiful second bouquet ! It was very pretty with a good selection of flowers and I couldn't be happier. Thus team really do pull all the stops to satisfy the client. Thank you Court Florist! I will use you again!

Fantastic experience: I'm Brazilian and my sister lives in Christchurch. I've research a lot of florists and pick Court Florist because its website was super easy to order. My sis really loved the flowers and it was a way I found to congrate her for her 30th birthday. I had a doubt about the address and asked for help by e-mail, they were very quick and kind on the answer. I also told them that it was for my sis and they were very nice. I'm very happy with my choice, highly recommended.

I have been living in Australia for the past 2 years, with distance and closed borders it has meant i have not been able to make it home to Christchurch for many special occasions but i can always trust Court florist deliveries as a way to send love to my friends and family when i cannot be there. Negative experience: Rather disappointed that this beautiful bouquet that I ordered from the UK, was delivered with very, very different flower content.... and with such dark, somber colours, including black berries. Nothing wrong with the flowers themselves, just bearing absolutely no resemblance to what I ordered.... not the cheerful bouquet that I had wanted for a birthday gift to my mother in law.

Fantastic experience: After checking reviews online for a suitable florist, I found Court Florist. I ordered the Bright and Vibrant Bouquet, Medium Size, and a wrapped box of De Spa chocolates, 14 pcs, online as a thank you gift. I am hesitant to buy things online, especially thank you gifts as these are important for the recipient whom I'm thanking. I picked up the bouquet and chocolates the next day from their shop (service was also excellent by Kristine) and was delighted to see the flowers and chocolates were impeccably wrapped and displayed, exactly as they appear on their website.
