Fantastic experience: Jane and Michelle were so helpful when we were choosing our florals for our wedding. I had a vision for the flowers, and they did an amazing job! The colours and arrangements were stunning and exactly what we had asked for. The price was very good compared to other places which was a game changer for us. They were prompt with responding to us and very adaptable when we kept adding and changing things. Thanks heaps for being part of our day. Highly recommend these guys for a wedding.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous florists, a wonderful selection of flowers and bouquets all ready to go, but when asked, a lovely bouquet was made whilst I waited (15 mins), I highly recommend the store and will return. I returned to purchase a bouquet for our wedding anniversary and valentine day, their pre-order and pickup service worked a treat, with no queues to wait in.

I was pretty vague on what I wanted but her suggestions were fantastic and really suited the theme of my wedding. She was easy to deal with and had a great eye for unusual shapes and detail within my bouquet. I especially appreciated the call I received on my wedding day when my Brother in Law to be had forgotten to collect the flowers! I found the price super reasonable and would definitely recommend her to any bride to be. I have now been married for 10 days and my flowers still look and smell beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Needing to send flowers overseas in a hurry and not having a clue was quickly remedied by the lovey ladies at Ilam Florist. So understanding, caring and helpful we got them sent Thursday night and delivered on Friday. Colours and style was perfectly followed. I went in for a birthday present for the wife not having any idea what to get this year, A friend of mine suggested this place and I’m so happy I visited. The florists were busy but took the time to tend to my questions and giving me the the best solutions. I was so impressed with the service that thought it most deserving of a review. The goodies basket made my cousins day. Apparently all of the staff at the hospital were super impressed. Fantastic experience: Birthday flowers for my daughter. Didn't order them until the morning of her birthday and they arrived at her work almost within the hour. I had wanted freesias and the florist wasn't sure if any had arrived but when my daughter sent me a video, sure enough, they were there. I thought they looked beautiful and my daughter loved them. Very happy with this florist.
