Gina and her team provided the most amazing personalised hamper of vegan sweets, a beautiful cake and flowers. Negative experience: Based on poor customer service. Went in to order flowers to be sent to the North Island as it stated they do that on their website but when I went in to see what they had in stock, I was told right away, "no we don't that, we don't send flowers outside of Christchurch" followed by no help at all.

Negative experience: Recieved a lovely bunch of flowers, however this business needs to be ashamed of themselves, that they allowed the dicgusting message in the card to leave their store! Luckily both flowers and card were both discarded of, before my grieving mother got home to see them. Contact made with store and response was... sorry we just copy and paste the message

Positive experience: Picked up my dozen red roses today and the arrangement and bouquet were beautiful but for the price I believe the roses could have been tidier for the price paid. I did go back and the staff were kind enough to help and make them look nice. That's my only gripe and thank you to the staff for making such a lovely bouquet, my partner loves them.

Fantastic experience: I was completely overwhelmed by how kind and understanding this florist was. I put in my order to send some flowers to my Mum, as I am unwell so can't visit. Immediately after making the order online, I received a phone call from the florist letting me know that the Oncology ward where my Mum is doesn't allow flowers. I was so disappointed but then the florist started offering me different ideas that could be delivered to my Mum. Suffice to say my brain is slightly frazzled so it really helped having someone be so kind and explain things to me. The gift basket that was delivered to my Mum was so beautiful, it had the cutest teddy bear and some beautiful extras. My Mum was so happy when it arrived. The delivery was super fast as well. I would happily recommend this florist to anyone and I will definitely be purchasing from them again for any of my flower/hamper needs. Thank you

Fantastic experience: It was a very special lady's birthday and I live about 7.5 hours away from Christchurch. I got in touch with the team at citywide florist and they went above and beyond to work with me and make her feel very special. I ordered my items, and shortly received a phonecall about how some of the things went in stock, I explained a little bit about what I would like her to receive and then left it in there capable hands. To say that went above and beyond is an understatement. From the love and care they put into the arrangement to the extras they added and they even fixed my spelling mistakes! Beautiful flower arrangements either pre-made or made on request, fair pricing and amazing service, always with a smile and happy to assist with any needs and requests. Even on a busy day such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day they are well stocked and prepared for everything and I was never disappointed by the choice of flowers and composition they offer.

Negative experience: Got sent flower's for mother's day, the flowers look old, and they are not the same colour flower's as the photo online of them, they are so small not worth $75 at all, I'm not impressed, I do not recommend this place at all! I won't be coming back here again! It's very disappointing.
