Fantastic experience: This is the second time that I have ordered flowers (for delivery) by Florist Ilene. The service has been exceptional on both occasions. I have no affiliation with them at all, other than two flower orders, but their service was worth this lengthy review. I had spoken to them prior to ordering online both times - as a male I had left everything till the last moment. They were able to help me make a selection so that it could go out quickly. Ordering online was simple. I selected the free "photo of flowers" option and I receive a picture from them (see attached with florist lady) before the flowers were sent out. My timing today was great - from when i rang at 10amish, till delivery was less than 2.5 hours :) I absolutely recommend Florist Ilene :)

Negative experience: On behalf of my wife who sent a gift to a family member in Hamilton. She ordered 2 x gift baskets for $169 but instead had it all squashed into 1. Although the recipients are grateful for the gift and of course they would be, however we are disappointed and underwhelmed. We are not happy. This is not value for our dollar. We certainly won't be purchasing from them again. So buyer beware and honestly please shop somewhere else, can't trust these guys.

I haven’t been able to see my sister for two years and because of Florist Ilene, I’ve been able to send her flowers on her birthday and have a cute stocking stuffer delivered, without having to send a package from across the world and wait for months for it to arrive. The bouquet was beautiful and they even wrapped the Christmas gift and hand wrote my message in the card. Fantastic experience: I was sent flowers via Swiss interflora and they were delivered early in December and I have just transferred the last of the surviving flowers into a smaller vase. I cannot believe how long they have lasted and the arrangement was just beautiful with two Christmas baubles in it that will now go on our Christmas tree every year. The whole arrangement stayed looking great for weeks. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: When Marie walked in with the bouquets for my daughters wedding we were blown away. They were better than we ever could’ve imagined. The most magnificent peonies, roses and foliage put together with precision, talent and with particular attention paid to my daughters vision. These bouquets held up all day and even after being thrown they looked as stunning at the end of the night as they did when they arrived. The venue foliage and cake flowers were also amazing and far above our expectations. Marie went above and beyond, was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Marie for any floristry work. We simply couldn’t have been happier.

The arrangements they put together were exactly as I imagined and really tied everything together. Marie was excellent to communicate with and so thorough to make sure we were on the same page about what I wanted, when planning so many things for a wedding this was appreciated so much as I knew I didn't need to worry about the flowers.
