I was flying into NZ and didn't arrive till a bit later, so I tried to organise delivery completely forgetting it was a public holiday. Despite the booking error, they were still kind enough to accommodate me and deliver my two bunches even though they were closed and I couldn't be anymore thankful!!! I bought an arrangement from another florist which was really disappointing and she totally fixed it up and made it look amazing. She was super helpful, easy to talk to and wouldn’t even accept payment. I had to insist on giving her $20 for her time. Such a kind, talented person, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful Bouquet of flowers delivered today. They were sent by my family in Perth for my birthday but because there was a courier mix up and the flowers were not delivered on the day they were intended Wild River & Co sent me a lovely little note apologizing (even though it appears it was the courier that was the cause of the mix up) with an extra gift of an awesome scented candle and a lovely cake of Pear & Manuka Honey chocolate. This is indeed great customer service and I can't recommend this florist enough. It will be my go to from now on. Thanks heaps Erin & Dida. You went the extra mile. Joy Dawson

They are reasonably priced and my go to for gifts. The shop assistant, Boy, is a real highlight and such a gentle giant.

The quality and service is always impeccable, the girls go out of their way to ensure the client is happy, even with those last minute urgent deliveries! I couldn't imagine using another florist. Fantastic experience: Great service, and very friendly. I ordered large bouquet of flowers, and had them delivered to Tokoroa in time for my mother's burial service. It was a shame I didn't get a photo of the display table at the service bouquet arrangement was very impressive. Also a day before my mums service I took my peace lily plant, as it was looking lifeless. Dida offered to take care of the plant, and re-potted while I was away. Today I picked up the peace lily looking refreshed and healthy again. Thank you Dida and Boy
