Fantastic experience: This place goes way beyond what you'd normally expect of a florist – I think it’s also the best gift shop in Hamilton! Everything in the Flower Crate is both useful and beautiful. Great range of quality garden tools and much more. Well worth a visit. It's down Lovegrove Lane, across the road from the MADE precinct in Hamilton East.

Negative experience: My partner purchased a bouquet from this florist and paid $150. The flowers received looked like they came a supermarket. Nothing at all like the photograph. When he reached out they completely disregarded his concern and took zero accountability. Most of this is greenery and looks nothing like "the joyful bouquet" they advertise. Perhaps in person you can find a nice bouquet but I would be wary ordering from them for delivery.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my recent online purchase. The item arrived with an inferior paint finish that made it look like a second, even though this wasn’t stated anywhere on the website. When I contacted the shop, I was told that sale items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds, and they offered no help. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering from them again

Someone has dedicated their entire life to creating one of MOST unique and beautiful shop I’ve ever stepped in…

Fantastic experience: Found them online, it was my wife's birthday today and I ducked over there with no appointment etc they were setting up for the day and I was welcomed and the help I received was excellent im no expert with flowers so the ladies there were helpful, friendly and polite. They seemed hectic setting up so even though I was unannounced they still provided great service. My wife was very happy with her flowers. Cheers!
